7/15/25 1235pm – I got to come back at 5 customers isn’t home till then

Performed evaluation on upstairs system Indoor unit operational – filter is good Outdoor unit not operational Replaced Capacitor- reading of 0MFD on fan and compressor System delta 20 Homeowner joined home and budget protection plan Reccomended Attic tent (2 separate versions on estimate) Attic tent 25 1/2 by 55 inches Reccomended soft start kits System left on cool at exit

Compressor is bad, When I arrived the breaker was tripped. Reset breaker four times, It was still tripping. Went out to condenser and disconnected Compressor from the Contactor Put in disconnect, Fan kicked on For a while Connect to compressor back on to the contactor, The breaker tripped after compressor made weird noises Is home owner declined estimate for New compressor Did not want to see a comfort advisor at this moment Will look around and weigh options. Arrived for rec work Replaced X13 fan motor and module System coming at exit Recommended UV system and our upgrade due to growth in both systems Declined today

We'll have to put 130 ft of trench and gas line on brick wall will install all of customer supplied equipment and wiring we'll need to give estimates on gas line and electrical and if we need to put an extra disconnect to passcode. Gas line is 20' of gas line and a regular will get a estimate for customer when I get back to shop. Will email him

Today I showed up for a free second opinion homeowner had mid cities come out and diagnosed his evaporator coil having a leak this coil is under warranty and homeowner just wanted a second price to compare against mid cities estimate however our price was higher and the homeowner simply walked me out

Arrived for service eval Coleman condenser fan motor failed. Will not stay on ordering new motor

Found blower on gas furnace to be bad also found leaking evaporator coil standing pressure on unit was only at 80 psi advisor is on the way now to give pricing for equipment and need to prioritize this install husband is on hospice

6/3/25 Upon arrival system emergency drain pan has water in it Water is not properly escaping through secondary drain line System only performing at 8-9 delta Due to weather conditions we are unable to calculate and inspect any refrigerant devices Homeowner agreed to have technician to come out tomorrow to further evaluate Homeowner turned off system so unit would not continue to condensate water into drain pan Homeowner will not be home from 10.30am – 12.3pm

On arrival system running and cooling producing adequate delta. Drain line flowing as intended. Indoor unit is clean and in good condition aside from bacterial growth in supply plenum. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. System cooling as I left.

4/29/25 Gas line was hit with a concrete stake. Gas is shut off and locked out. Will need permit and inspection

On arrival system running and cooling producing 19 degrees cooling. Drain lines flowed when flushed. System clean. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. Advised cust that growing Vines near unit will become problematic. Recommended indoor air quality upgrade or bulb replacement as the current system is rated for 1-2 years.

Performed cooling tune up Washed condensor and tightened connections Filters are clean and were recently replaced Delta 18 All cooling components are in tolerance Reccomended IAQ200 UV Reccomended Soft start kits System left off at exit – off at arrival

Came to house to look at quoting changing a fixture. And gave a quote and did the work Real easy and talked about membership

Thermostat was not reading the right temperature so I changed it out system now heating to the right temperature

The sub panel looks goodbut the main panel may need to change out a few breakers just to have the brands all be compliant and a GFCI is needed in kitchen

Came to house for plugs on porch not working and changed t he GFCI in garage and will be back on Thursday to finish troubleshooting down lights went back for troubleshooting down lights and he said he's gonna end up using his other guy specifically to fix those lights because his guy can do it cheaper

12/28/24 House was hit by lightning fire department came out. Turn power off and gas off. We'll have to return on Monday to do some testing on the electrical and the gas lines will need Nate. To come with me already scheduled to the office.

Submitted estimate for replacing 2 bath fans. No go at this time.

On this job I i pected 2 gas furnace. And cooling side of the system. I found 1 uv bulb out and replaced it today. Besides this the system are testing in tolerance. System are online and ready for heating.

On arrival furnace was locked out due to dirty flame sensor. Once cleaned the system ran in heat mode with no issues.

Arrived for evaluation Replaced filters Deltas 18,20,23 System cooling and heating functioning All 3 condensors have high Amperage draw on start up – above manufacturer data plate chart Master bedroom condensor reccomendation to replace primary electrical control unit, disconnect and filter dryer due to high wear Master bedroom and upstairs indoor units reccomendations of drain pans due to corrosion build up Master bedroom and upstairs coil lines have build up – may result in future concerns Reccomended upstairs system flame sensor and ignitor replacement Due to wear Call request for repair or replacement Due to the age of the systems every system will have current and future reccomendations – current state of functioning not guaranteed even with repairs done – current repairs reccomended to get overall systems to good condition Highest reccomendation is to replace systems All or in order of Upstairs – Master bedroom – living area/other rooms Systems left on cool at exit

On arrival systems running and heating with no issue. System were clean and in good condition, downstairs Goodman system showing signs of biological growth.
