Very professional, explained what he was doing and was very courteous.
On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being best,,,,I may give Colby an 11. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, down to earth, and wasnt the least bit coming out of the gates trying to sell something. Top Notch.
Blake was very honest and detailed. Very satisfied.
This is the second time Derek has been to my home representing Comfort Experts. Each time he's been courteous, efficient and professional. He did his job checking out my heating unit cleaning my outside a/c unit and patiently answered all of my questions. I feel that Comfort Experts does an excellent job of making their customers feel valued.
