Plus you can count on getting a Certified AC Genius, Plumbing Genius, or Electrical Genius. Which means we don’t use “salesmen in disguise” or “selling techs,” like other home service companies. Instead we have our own training center to ensure you always get the honest expertise required to repair your problem right, right then and there.
Michael Martinez was professional, thorough and explained everything extremely well all along the way. Would highly recommend. His trainee Daniel A. was just as great.

Austin was on time, well mannered and knew exactly what he was doing. I have called many plumbers and never really liked any of them bc they would walk with no shoe cover or leave mess. Austin was respectful, he wore his shoe cover without being asked, and left no mess. He was quick and just nice. I will definitely recommend Austin!!
I really like how they continue to give updates on arrival and make it easy to contact them about it by putting the phone link in the text. Blake arrived and diligently worked to diagnose the system and confirm. He communicated the issues to me very well. Sometimes service people can be abrupt or condescending or unwilling to fully explain. This wasn’t the case with Blame.
Colbi was courteous and professional. He suggested good suggestions to resolve issues.

This week our son's house had a backup of the cindenser that leaked into his bedroom closet. Blake as part of our maintenance checked our condenser drain and found it mostly clogged. Blake saved us from a damaging backup by finding and clearing the blockage. Well done Blake!
Colby did an amazing job today
Total home HVAC replacement including inside and outside AC units, furnace, fancy electrical air filter, ductwork with old system removed and new one installed. EVERYTHING. I MEAN EVERYTHING POSSIBLE!!!!!! I spent a ton of money on all this with them – at least $15,000 which was way too much. But I knew that going into my interaction with them ONLY because it included a lifetime warranty which they have been trying to disavow now for the last 2-3 years now at least. Here we go again. Take my advice and don’t do business with them. You’ll be sorry if you do. Be forewarned. I’d give them a -10 review If I could. I have a feeling it’s going to end up in court but I’m gonna try the news media first. I’ve worked with them as much as humanly possible. I realize that they sold a product that’s turned out to be a lemon and defective but to try to pass that cost along to me after what I’ve done and paid and continue to do is wrong. I’d give them a negative 10 review on all I’ve described if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THESE OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT HOW NICE THE EMPLOYEES ARE AND THIER TIMELINESS ARE FINE BUT IF THEIR PRODUCTS ARE MISREPRESENTED AND THEIR VERBAL WORD AND/OR EVEN THEIR OWN AGREEMENT DON’T MEAN ANYTHING THEN YOU’RE JUST A SUCKER LIKE ME STAY AWAY. I’M AN ACTUAL CASH ON THE BARRELHEAD REAL LIVE CUSTOMER
Customer wanted us to inspect water heaters in attic. Water heaters replaced in 2019 customer is selling home. Water heaters look to be in good shape no concerned on units at this time.

On arrival system running and cooling as intended producing 17+ degree delta although it was raining at time of maintenance. Furnace ran with no issues. Blower capicator in tolerance. Condenser passed all electrical testing but dual run capicator was out of tolerance. Customer replaced capicator and would like duct cleaning scheduled. System cooling as I left.

Generac was not connecting to the phone app. Performed a hard reset on the generator and the phone app. System working properly and was connected to the app upon departure.
For this super tune-up we inspected both the upstairs and downstairs furnaces and condensers. All equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs and running well in both heating and cooling. The customers are selling the home and are not interested in investing any money in the systems. Customer would like an electrician to look at their GFCI receptacle in the kitchen, they have replaced it once but it continues to trip.
Today we showed up for a membership plumbing inspection we checked all water supplies and waste drains homeowner expressed her concern about both bathroom sinks draining slowly after testing them they were backed up and holding water we tested all of the water shut off throughout the home there was only one that we were unable to shut off due to it being seized this was the hot water supply shut off for the bathroom sink the homeowner opted to replace this today as well as have us unclogged both bathroom sinks as a courtesy we replaced the supply line to the shut off that we worked on today to ensure no leaks in the future thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Ran STU on system. Dual run capicitor was out of tolerance, in rush Amps were over lra on data plate, and evap coil was dirty and had some bio growth. Discussed replacement for the dual run capacitor as well as add ons for other issues. (IAQ200, aprilair kit, and soft start) Owner declined any add ons or replacement parts at the moment.
Thank you house for electrical inspection and had some issues outside at the meter and disconnect, so talk to customer about it and it's a duplex and she owns half of it. But the other owner also is sharing the same power so I don't know how that works. So customer is going to reach out to Condominium complex to see.
For this evaluation the customers can enter fan motor was not spinning and pulling almost double the FLA. There was debris inside the motor shaft which caused it to seize up. I took the motor off and I used silicone lubricant on the motor shaft to make sure it was properly lubricated and tested it 5 times to make sure the motor was working like it should. Amp draws on the fan were below the maximum, pulling 1.3 out of a 1.4 FLA. Don't run faster is still perfectly with intolerance as well. The system had a 10⁰ SC, and a 15⁰ SH after gauging up, indicating the system is perfectly charged and the expansion cable is functioning well.
For this super tune-up I inspected the customer's furnace and answer, all equipment was measuring at the manufacturer specs and running well.
On arrival upstairs capicator was reading 6 out of 40 mfd. Compressor was cool yet stuck in thermal overload. Tried manually moving the solenoid with no success. Recommended speaking with comfort advisor about replacememt before pursuing repairs due to age of system. Visit is scheduled for 12-3 with a start time of 2. Left condenser disconnected from high voltage.

Returned and installed iaq 200. System running and heating as I left.
Please call customer and schedule a return visit for next week, we currently do not have iaq 200's at the shop. Did not charge yet as it is a truck stock item. On arrival furnace was running as intended. April aire filter doing a good job preventing dust entering into system. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. Will return with iaq200 asap.
I changed the assistance filter out. Dust was bypassing the filter so I recommended an April air kit inducer motor amperage within tolerance. Blower was very dirty. The compressor inrush was almost at the LRA refrigerant was in the range in and condenser was cleaned.
On arrival both systems were off. I found no issues with airflow, both systems were very low on refridgerant. Due to the age and condition of both systems I recommended replacement. Toby will be returning tomorrow from 6-8. We discussed April aire filter bases with the new system, soft start kits to help the compressors last as long as possible and uv systems to prevent and kill any biological growth in airflow.
