Daniel showed up the same day we called. Helped diagnose a blown compressor and provided quotes to replace. Scheduled an appointment for replacement options as well.
Garrett Made another trip to our home after the HVAC stopped working for the third time in less than a year. Garrett researched and discovered that the wrong capacitor was installed last year. He replaced the capacitor and the AC is working fine. Great work by Garrett to dig until he discovered the root cause of the repeated outages.
Jake came to our home after a capacitor failed in less than a year. He checked the circuits and said all was well, but a whole-home surge protector could save all our devices. He didn't have one suitable and had to order it. Jake came back and quickly installed the surge protector without turning the electricity off. I appreciate that because I work from home. I appreciate Jake pointing out that current building code requires all new homes have whole-house surge protectors. We've had UPS backups destroyed by spikes in voltage.
AC capacitor went out — again. Capacitor was replaced and electrician called to check electrical and determine reason capacitor didn't last 1 year. Electrician checked circuits, praised state of electrical box, and recommended whole-house surge protector which will be ordered and installed next week. Both technicians explained findings and got AC working quickly on extremely hot day.

I really like how they continue to give updates on arrival and make it easy to contact them about it by putting the phone link in the text. Blake arrived and diligently worked to diagnose the system and confirm. He communicated the issues to me very well. Sometimes service people can be abrupt or condescending or unwilling to fully explain. This wasn’t the case with Blame.
For this job I performed a heating tune-up. I discovered that the unit had low refrigerant and that the dual fuel system was running improperly. Both heat pump and furnace were running at the same time. I explained to homeowner when that happens it overheats the refrigerant and makes it acidic and will lead to compressor failure. Outdoor thermostat recommended to mitigate the issue of running both furnace and heat pump at the same time. I gave homeowner a starting point and diagnostics trying to pinpoint where the leaks are coming from and replace the filter dryer due to acidic refrigerant running in the unit. I offered homeowner a comfort advisor to go and give an estimate for a system replacement due to age and condition of the unit. Homeowner opted to hold off on Comfort advisor for the meanwhile they did request email with the estimates and stated that they would call back in a week or so to have the outdoor thermostat added. For this call I performed a evaluation. The compressor blew up on itself during inspection. Homeowner contemplating replacement vs repair. CA scheduled for 1/7/25 1-3 for system replacement options.
Came to house for electrical inspection and ended up talking to customer and giving customer three quotes one to repair riser and bring up to code if riser ends up getting more damage and bending the riser anymore and also talked about adding surge protection and also customer was wanting to add a plug under sink from existing wire to power cooktop
Came to house for customer having issue with not being able to run two blow dryers in opposite bathrooms of house came here and explained and saw that she had all three bathrooms on one circuit and was just overloading circuit with two blow dryers and whatever else is plugged but explain to customer we could come off of circuit next to it and feed bathroom plug off of that one so she doesn't keep having that circuit trip or have to run a brand new circuit all the way over to the back

During this visit she was concerned about the vent in her room rattling. After investigation I discovered it was a combo of hard start rattling line set and weak vent.
I have completed my electrical tune up and found that the electrical system is good it's a little full in terms of space but everything is in order and there is one plug upstairs that needs to be replaced but she would like her handyman to do it
9/15/25 Came to look at electrical equipment that had been pulled down from tree and will be back tomorrow morning to replace riser to be ready for inspection as soon as they are able to come out and inspect it
Wrote multiple options for homeowner on replacement of water heaters. Customer still has a other company’s coming to quote will follow up this week.
for this job, I did an evaluation. When I arrived, indoor was running, but outdoor was not. at the outdoor capacitor was reading .4 MFD. Replaced capacitor under PnL warranty. System was cooling and running when I left.
All three systems are producing a 20 degree delta Washed Condenser coils Fan capacitor is out of tolerance on trane system next to fence Only system without a Soft Start, customer stated that Trane came out to replace compressor and that there was one previously He said he is going to call Trane and ask what happened to it. For this job I performed a drain clear from under the sink Upon disassembling the sink pipes I found corrosion in the main sewage line to the home This was likely the main reason why the ac system drain line was backing up I cleared it and also assembled a new connection for under the sink Will need to come back to paint under the sink, I accidentally spilled primer Homeowner is aware that I made the mistake, They are o k with me coming back to paint ***Adam arrived while I was still at the call to fix problem with sink****

8/8/25 Arrived onsite customer had a drain I. Hallway backing up needing to be addressed. Ran auger and cleared drain everything draining properly now. Need to return next Wednesday to run camera in the Am
Returned and cleaned all drain lines plus insulated all 3 primary drain line p traps.
For this job I performed an evaluation. Upon arrival the system was not running at all (downstairs). During the inspection I noted that the fan on the condenser was originally not running but after doing some checks in the electrical components on the outside unit and turning the disconnect on the system began to run wnl. I spoke to the homeowner about potentially having loose wires that caused the issue or a variable speed fan motor that's coming to the end of its lifetime. I the problem reoccurs I recommended replacing the fan motor. Refrigerant was within normal limits and I tested the to fan running multiple times. Came out to install pop up assy. Customer told me and I stated in my summary that he did not want to install pop up because sink is messed up. He called back today wanting it installed. There is absolutely no warranty against leaks or any damage caused by this pop up assy This is not a call back

7/11/25 We will install 2 customer supplied faucets in master bathroom. We will install one pop up assy at right side sink. Left lavatory finish is flaking off and drain will not seal to basin Unable to shut off water without city coming out. Customer will call the city and set up time and day to shut water off. We will then change stops and supplies under lavs. Customer will call when city can come out.
