how’s your performing super tuneup poured bleach down drain line changed out filter. System has biological growth growing in. It has progress since last time we were here heat strips and intolerance, capacitor and intolerance. All amperage are good refrigerant and range clean condenser. I added a PAN strip. And changed membership to a home and budget

I was here to perform a super tune poured white vinegar down the drain line change the filter blower has some biological growth on it and in system ducks need a duct cleaning system outside very dirty was cleaned dual run capacitor outside on condenser was at a tolerance so I changed it out refrigerant was in range heat strips were intolerance

Everything was OK. Customer did not have microwave plugged in all the way. Not used to TR outlet. Edu ated customer on little wiggle to get ,microwave plugged all the way in.

On this job I washed the condensor and changed the filter. Hes got a few hot and cold spots. Hes currently not interested in fixing these issue. The condensor has a 9° subcool and a 20° td. The system has a new furnace and is not ready to think about replacing the system just yet.

Customer accepted estimate ates for replacing 3 way and installing 5-20R outlet. Job complete. Submitted estimates for other projects. Customer wrote the check for 400 and said give you a little bit extra for a tip. Maybe we can add this to my performance pay please and thank you.

Customer was home but stated she forgot about appointment. and is having to deal with some unexpected car issues. Needs to reschedule for next week. I stated dispatch will reach out and reschedule with them shortly. Might be best to give the customer a couple hours things seem to be hectic at the moment.

Reset gfci in kitchen fixing the outlet not working problem. Breaker for air handler was bad and replaced breaker. All is good.

On this job I washed and cleaned both condensor. The home owner is getting new filters. Td is 18 sub cooling is 8. One system could benefit from an easy start to help with in rush amps so it doesn't become an issue later on down the road. And both system could use uv.

On this tune up I inspected the heating and cooling side of the system. The heating side is in tolerance. The return girl is a bit dirty I recommend using the lowest rated merv filter to help control dust in the return. In combo with April aire filter at return. The cooling side has 10° sub cooling and I added a new easys start. The system is now clean and ready for heating cooling. I also re insulated the line.

On arrival system running and cooling producing 20 degrees delta. Indoor unit nice and clean after duct cleaning. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. When I left system running and cooling.

Performed plumbing inspection and made some recommendations customer said they will not be replacing water heater till it goes out.

Came out for a membership tune up check everything indoor and out heat mode and cool for the most part everything is operational as it should be except the compressor is over amping upon startup so I made the recommendation for a compressor saver kit homeowner chose not to go with this option today she is aware that every time the compressor turns on it is running a risk of failure also found organic growth throughout the indoor unit recommended a UV system this was turned down as well homeowner did however choose to go with the new home and budget protection plan and would like her membership to be drafted out of the new payment I added today

For this super tune-up I inspected the furnace and condenser, all equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs and running well. I believe customer is good for the upcoming winter season, I only put one filter and the system as the customer originally had four 1 in filters and I informed him he only needed one because four would put too much stress on the machine. I recommended in April air filter upgrade for a Year's worth of filtration as well as a duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Customer client recommendations at this time however stated if he is able to save money he may call us back.

On arrival system running and cooling producing 26 degrees of delta. Found that the blower was dirty and the evaporator coil very rusted. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. Found a superheat of 15 with a target superheat of 1 indicating low refridgerant. When leak searching had intermittent pings around lower right side of coil. Recommended replacement due to age and condition of system. Customer declined at this time.

Arrived onsite customer had a leak under the kitchen sink also a leak on the piping under the lavatory sink. Went ahead and repaired both tested after repairs weee made everything working properly.

For this cooling tuneup I inspected the furnace and condenser. All components were measuring within manufacturer specs and running well. Customer has a unit surge protector, however since this only work once I recommend a whole home surge, as well as a soft start kit. Additionally I recommended the membership plan however customer declined all recommendations at this time.
