Today I performed an evaluation on a 2-year-old gas furnace system upon my arrival the outdoor unit was not running due to the board locked out after a low pressure sensor tripped three times after resetting the board I went looking to find the source of the issue the unit was not low on refrigerant but would not run in stage 2 Cooling found an update available for the software at the gas furnace updated the software calibrated the thermostat and found a separation in the low voltage wire near the outdoor unit my only guess is it was disturbed by some form of landscaping repaired this and system is running in cooling satisfied thermostat request before I left the home thank you for choosing comfort experts!
