Comfort Experts is my go to air-conditioning People. They provide maintenance service on my system twice a year. Their service technicians have been excellent. They are experienced professional, and very knowledgeable and appear to be well trained They perform minimal and necessary improvements to my system in order to extend its life. Alonso was out last week for my annual inspection. He was very professional and cordial. He found that one of my air supply tubes and come loose and I was cooling my attic needless to say that was wasting quite a bit of money. I had him order the part and he came out this afternoon and installed it for me. He was again very cordial and professional.
Alex and his helper came early and stayed late to insure our new HVAC system was installed properly and running correctly. Both men were courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. We call them every 6 months for an A/C filter change. This time our technician was Joel. He took his time cleaning our outer unit, checking it for issues, then up in our hot attic changing the filter and double checking that everything is working smoothly and that there's nothing growing up there, no water in the pan, etc. We like these guys. They are clean, prompt and thorough. Thank you!
July 2023 update: This time we had Ian. He was thorough and professional, as well as likeable. Haven't had an issue with any tech yet, they are all so awesome.
April 2024 update: still using these guys, still happy. Our technician today was Mike. He was awesome: professional, knowledgeable and very cool. Checked out the issue I called about and stayed very late to make sure out was solved.

For this job, I completed a tune-up on the heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Filter was replaced and outside condenser was washed as requested by customer.
Customer ask for a pen strip to be added to her indoor unit and a UV bulb was recommended by technician, and customer accepted.

On this job I looked at both heating and cooling sides of the system. I'm happy to report that it test in tolerance on both sides. The td 20°. Filter is clean and condensor is washed.

Heater has small leaks and was not lit when we arrived. I lit it and it might last one day or 10 years but the leak is definitely going to get worse. Recommend replacing water heater

for this job, I did an evaluation. Upon arrival, indoor and outdoor were both not running. Opened the air handler and saw the fuse popped. Checked thermostat wiring at the indoor and outdoor unit and all wiring looked good. Noticed the pressure switch wires, resting on copper, and when I checked them, they had burn marks. Fixed up the wiring and moved them out of the way. Put a new fuse in and System stayed on and cooling for over 20 minutes. While the system was running, I noticed the UV bulb was not on. Recommended The homeowners speak with air quality to get a better idea of their options. Homeowners agreed and we scheduled it for October 16 in the afternoon.

On arrival evaporator coil was fully frozen. Filter was very dirty and restricting airflow. Advised cust to change filter and leave system off untill evaporator coil thaws.
On arrival auxiliary motor starter had .5 capacitance out of an intended 40. This was keeping the compressor from running and cooling the house. Once replaced the system resumed normal operation. Would recommend a start kit ( compressor saver) at some point in the future since the condenser sits on the roof in direct sun. System cooling as I left. Landlord approved work over phone and tenant signed forms.
