2020 Amana Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer recently changed filters Drain was clear and draining at this time Heat strips were functional and within manufacture range Blower Motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was replaced recently UV system is functional 2020 Amana Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run cap was within manufacture range Compressor saver is functional Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Recommended unit surge protection

Dismantled gas furnace removed front cover from evaporator coil and cleaned it using chemical cleaner removed blower motor from assembly and cleaned blower wheel assembly. Put the furnace back together and did a whole function check. During function check third furnace burner failed function test. dismantled burner and found coil cleaner that caused the blockage on the burner assembly ports. Cleaned burners and processed function test and system functions normally.

Super tune up performed today on a propane furnace with straight cool condenser installed in 2013. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are dirty and need to be cleaned. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. All amp draws are within spec. Refrigerant levels show as low but is most likely due to improper airflow across the coil due to it being dirty. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Need to return for rec work later this week. Customer is available after noon every day.

Generator maintenance performed today on a generac 24kw air cooled generator. Oil and oil filter changed. Air filter and spark plugs changed. Battery checks as good. Valve clearances check in tolerance. Performed function check. System running not ally at time of departure.

Completed STU for Main Area and master bedroom. Found failed dual run cap on bedroom system. Biological growth inside both systems. Exposed live wires in attic above main system. Missing paint on main system compressor appears to be from significant heat at one point.

Heating tune up performed today on a Coleman heat pump with down flow air handler installed in 2016. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling. Proper amperage. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working as they should. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Highly suggest adding a whole home surge protector to the main panel.

Came to house for electrical stove top having issues and causing lights to flicker got there and could not get the issue to happen but customer said lights were flickering and buzzing and breaker was also buzzing as well but could not get any of it to happen but did retighten connections and pull everything apart to take a look at it and everything did look fine but we did connections underneath stove top told customer if it happens again to give us a call back and I will come out there with no charge

X13 blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working as they should boutdoor unit was washed and waxed.

Capacitor on defrost board failed causing low voltage fuse to blow. Replaced board and ran system check. Left with system cooling

Upon arrival for Heating tune up inducer motor would on humans nothing else would happen. Found 2MFD CAP failed and pressure switch failed as well. Replaced both and finished tune up.

Super tune up performed today on a Goodman air handler installed in 2014 with a Goodman heat pump installed in 2021. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. 45/5 dual run capacitor was weak and was replaced under warranty. Compressor saver was installed on this visit. Wired attic fan is not working, the motor has failed suggest replacing it with a solar fan. System running. And cooling upon departure.

Super tune up performed on a two year old Goodman heat pump package unit. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. All amp draws are in range. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. ECM blower motor is acceptable. Biological growth present inside of the unit. Germicidal UV light installed on this visit to kill existing bio growth and prevent it from coming back. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.

Replace flapper in half bath toilet

told customer to leave system alone not to flip any breakers or anything when failure happens at time of diagnostic. Everything was working properly. Everything else within manufacture specs and pressures are OK is having an intermittent problem. Will likely return to diagnose system again once problem reappears.

Technician found that. The exhaust fan was not Completely up against the sheet rock causinsulation to be sucked in technician pookie around the exhaust fan tech recommends installing 4" duct for fan to go out the ceiling

8/20/25 Unable to complete maintenance on the system due to the rain. Waited two hours for the rain to clear and it would not stop. Tune up completed on propane furnace installed in 2010. Need to reschedule tune up for Monday morning.
