Upon arrival Found that the thermostat had been reset and was froze on setup screen. Reset thermostat again and re calibrated thermostat, ran system check found no issues at this time left system in heat

Upon arrival tech talked to home owner. Tech then moved to the air handler where tech checked out all the electric heat strips as well as the wiring tech checked out the X-13 blower motor the motor is clean tech is recommending a iaq 200 to keep it this way. Tech found no growth in the drains. Tech is recommending an anti microbial pan treatment to keep the drains from getting clogged during summer. Tech found that there is no unit surge protection on the system. The system is working as intended at this time tech double check the unit to make sure it is on before tech left home

Came to job to look at fixture flickering.And we'll be back tomorrow morning to swap it out with a new led fixture

Could not find a problem with spow refrigerant levels are good pumps are running everything checked out. Water temperature dropped over 20 degrees while I was here

I checked the main panel as well as plugs and it all looks great she has gfcis a surge protector and solar, I did ask about possible batteries for the solor or a generator but she wasn't interested at this time

Heating tune up performed today on an Amana air handler with heat pump installed in 2022. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. ECM blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Air filter was changed. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.

1/27/25 We will cut manifold under sink to determine which side leak is on. No repair included We will pull water heater and open wall to expose manifold. After access we will cut and cap leaking line and run new pex line thru attic from kitchen sink. We will insulate new line in attic and test. Reinstall water heater Will return first thing 1/28/25 to do work

2023 Ducane Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer recently changed filters Drain was clear and draining Heatstrips were functional and within manufacture range Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable 2023 Ducane Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coil was acceptable WashedCondenser from inside out Cleared debris out of unit Waxed top of unit Recommended uv system to keep Airhandler clean of biological growth and clean air and compressor saver to reduce startup energy for compressor

Cable line thru c/o in attempt to clear. After clearing we will camera line. Video shows connection that has a pvc burr in line that can catch paper and solids causing a stoppage

1/20/25 Mark W and I am will have to return with mortar and other materials to re level cement around toilet. The floor is unlevel allowing toilet to rock back and forth even when shimmed. Need to get with Mark W to schedule

Replaced LP gas spring in gas valve and replaced orifices. Got gas pressure to 10.5 inwc. System is running properly Left system in heat mode

1/14/25 Brian is going to run by tomorrow and see about changing shutoff

Upon arrival Customer stated system would not heat, during evaluation found that the Ignition system would go through all it's steps but would not light. Checked all safeties found no issues, Checked voltage to gas valve then Checked gas pressures leaving valve and found that the gas valve would not open even with 24v call. Replaced gas valve and got gas pressure to 9wc using lp gas spring from original valve. Lp gas spring for White Rodgers single stage gas valve needs to be ordered so gas pressure will correct. System is heating for now.

Generator maintenance performed today on a Generac 26kw generator. Oil, oil filter, air filter, and spark plugs were changed. Valves were checked. Performed function check. System is running normally at this time.

Upon arrival systems breaker was off to the heat kit, turned heat kit on. Ran system in cooling, heating, and auxiliary heat. System is on and operating efficiently. Found some loose wire connections, secured .

Customers flange wasn't sitting properly, adjusted and insured toilet would sit properly. Lvl 1 drain system repair completed

No service fee we had just done a panel change and the problem could be the breaker I switched out the breaker and adjusted a two to three prong adapter but I'm going to talk to Brian to get some estimates on changing out some of these 2 prongs

Super tune up performed today on a Coleman downflow air handler with heat pump installed in 2016. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. PSC blower motor and capacitor are acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Evaporator coil has some corrosion present. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working properly. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Highly suggest adding a compressor saver to the outdoor unit to help with the reliability of the system upon start up.
