This is to repair shower steamer and install shut down valves
Customer did not have filters. System has two 18x20x1 filters that needs to be changed as soon as possible. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Evaporator coil and blower wheel are slightly dirty due to dirty air filters. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.
Super tune up performed today on a Ducane heat pump installed in 2024 with a Carrier air handler installed in 2019. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. X13 blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working as they should boutdoor unit was washed and waxed.
Capacitor on defrost board failed causing low voltage fuse to blow. Replaced board and ran system check. Left with system cooling

Upon arrival for Heating tune up inducer motor would on humans nothing else would happen. Found 2MFD CAP failed and pressure switch failed as well. Replaced both and finished tune up.
Super tune up performed today on a Goodman air handler installed in 2014 with a Goodman heat pump installed in 2021. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. 45/5 dual run capacitor was weak and was replaced under warranty. Compressor saver was installed on this visit. Wired attic fan is not working, the motor has failed suggest replacing it with a solar fan. System running. And cooling upon departure.
Super tune up performed on a two year old Goodman heat pump package unit. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. All amp draws are in range. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. ECM blower motor is acceptable. Biological growth present inside of the unit. Germicidal UV light installed on this visit to kill existing bio growth and prevent it from coming back. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.
told customer to leave system alone not to flip any breakers or anything when failure happens at time of diagnostic. Everything was working properly. Everything else within manufacture specs and pressures are OK is having an intermittent problem. Will likely return to diagnose system again once problem reappears.

Technician found that. The exhaust fan was not Completely up against the sheet rock causinsulation to be sucked in technician pookie around the exhaust fan tech recommends installing 4" duct for fan to go out the ceiling
8/20/25 Unable to complete maintenance on the system due to the rain. Waited two hours for the rain to clear and it would not stop. Tune up completed on propane furnace installed in 2010. Need to reschedule tune up for Monday morning.
Level 2 duct cleaning and 1100 square feet of r19 attic insulation scheduled for tomorrow morning of August the 12th. Customer paid half down and will pay the remainder upon completion of the work.
Upon technicians arrival technician found drain was clogged technician, clear, drained, and installed antimicrobial pan treatment at this time technician then flushed a gallon of water down the system, and it down up to technician standards
Upon arrival found system operating normally owned out compressor mag compressor. Everything was OK when applied power back to the system. Fan came on but compressor did not check contactor and had 120 coming through contactor found ants in contacts replaced contactor and added a compressor saver. System is running.
Upon technicians arrival technician found that the system looked to be undercharged technician looked for a leak and did not find any leaks at this time technician added a small amount of refrigerant system is properly charged at this time technician would love to give the system a workout
7/28/25 Checked boiler and circulation system for on floor heating. There are wire that are disconnected and covers that are gone off pumps. Customer is checking with the builder to see who installed in floor heat. I checked error code history and found cod F76 which means the boiler and circulating system is not communicating with each other. There are some loose wires on circ board. Me and Mark W. Need to come back first call and trace wires
Came to job to look at fans not working and figured out that the remote receivers were bad so customer is ordering a receiver and we will be back out to replace the receiver once it comes in
