Recommended adding a iaq 200 instead of replacing bulb since the iaq 200 actually kills spores in airflow instead of just on surfaces. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing but was overamping on start up. Recommended adding a compressor saver to reduce wear and tear on compressor. System cooling as I left. Customer would like to update membership but will call in to ensure he isn't double charged.

Install 2 stage variable speed 42k heat pump hz with high efficiency filtration, code kit, 1800 sq ft R11 insulation and 50 gallon electric hot water heater

On arrival fan motor working as intended. I zip tied the polarity wires from the replacement fan motor internally so it looked better and shined up the units. System running and cooling as Ieft.

Arrived for service eval Fan motor over heating in the heat of the day Replaced Contactor coil over heating Replaced Refrigerant levels fine at 16 degree superheat and compressor amp draws are fine If the breaker trips again it is not being caused by the unit Homeowner uninterested in replacement as they are selling the house next month

During this visit I did a hard reset did something trouble shooting. The system is heating it's currently 49° outside hea pump line temp is 149°. The system has a good capacitor and all voltage where it needs it.

On arrival battery powered thermostat was blank. Changed batteries and it still did not function. Replaced with new thermostat under warranty. System running and heating with no issues as I left.

Outdoor unit in good condition after repairs, replaced contactor, capicator, and added compressor saver. System running and heating as I left.

Wrote estimate to replace the garbage disposer customer will call us back out once he’s ready for us.

ELECTRICAL TO PLUMBING Monday the 27th Found that the disposal may need to be changed for a smaller one the start up amps on the one they have exceed the 20 amps on the breaker and may be causing it to trip when it hasn't been used in a while

Arrived for super tune up Washed condensor and tightened connections Delta 20 All cooling and heating components are in tolerance Installed dual run capacitor – Due to fried Rat on connection points Reccomended soft start kit for high LRA System left on heat at exit

I changed the filter and recommended April air upgrade kit. Need to come back to install-the blower and evaporator coil were clean the inducer motor amps were within range. Delta for the system was 30. The condenser was washed and the capacitor was with tolerance. Customer wants a electrician to come out and check out his electrical

On this job I replaced a germ light bulb. The light is back online and ready to work.
