On arrival both systems running and cooling as intended. Indoor units clean, upstairs system will need a new uv bulb or system upgrade in next year. Outdoor units passed all electrical testing but Coleman condenser overamping on start up. With customers permission I installed a compressor saver kit to address this.

Ran small hand auger through drain and cleared stoppage. Tested after repair was made everything working properly.

For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and they stayed in the unit had just stopped cooling only blowing hot air. Started at the condenser where the compressor was not running and when I measured the capacitor it was reading 7MFD out of 70MFD. Spoke with the customer and he elected to go with the warranty capacitor. Installed new capacitor and the system started cooling like it should, blowing out at 65⁰.

Customer concerned about noise from outdoor unit. Recomended monitoring the issue and if it starts to sound really bad schedule a service call and if not we have a maintenance visit scheduled in the next month or two.

Showed up for an evaluation found the TXV not to be functioning properly presented the homeowner with his options he needs to think about it due to the price did offer him financing He's going to think about it and call us back he is aware there will be an additional service fee

For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and she stated the unit was not running at all. I started at the air handler and jumped R & Y and the system turned on however when I took my jumper off it turned off. I checked the wet switch under the furnace and it was tripped, and the floor had signs of water under there that had dried up. There was water sitting in the drain line so I believe it is not draining like I shouldn't there's a clog somewhere, and since it goes in the ground and ties into the house plumbing I will be turning this over to a plumber.

07/29/24 TS- cleared ac drip line. The end of the line drops out front under the gas meter. The line was under the dirt, I had to dig out the end and opened the line again. I poured about 15 cups of water down the drain. Also had the shut off flood puck dry under a fan till it could turn green and the unit turned back on. I left the return grill open with a fan on it so it would dry underneath. Customer said her son could put the return vent back on later

For this evaluation the customers house was 88⁰ and set at 75⁰. Another company had to come out and inspected the unit and replaced the fan motor in June, and this last time told them they needed to replace the evaporator coil or the whole system. I got there, the furnace was running, and blowing hot air and the condenser was running as well however when I gauged up I had a below freezing saturation temp indicating low refrigerant. I explained to the customer that it is a sealed system and the only way refrigerant is lost is by a leak. The reason it is blowing hot air is because there's not enough refrigerant in the system to absorb enough heat from the home. Customer would like to speak with a CA about replacement.

Ductwork under house has sections that are no longer attached. Ri supply plenum has slightly fallen off unit leaking air into crawl space Gave estimate to repair duct work but strongly recommended for CA visit to replace whole duct system. Customers daughter is not home wanted to talk to daughter about what to do

For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and he has a mini split and window unit. The mini split was not keeping up nor cooling nearly as well as it was in the past. When I went outside the lines were sweating however I do not have the connections to gauge up to a mini split. This mini split was installed back in 2020 and I talked to the customer about possibly installing a very small furnace and condenser since that comes with a 10 year warranty.
