We tested the system in heating and cooling. Although the system tests in tolerance for functionality, I do have some concerns with 1 drain line flows but has major gunk buildup, should be cleaned out. 2 compressor inrush, recommend soft start.

Came out for an evaluation determined that the compressor is compromised and needs to be replaced under warranty however there is nothing local for replacement and current best case scenario lead time is 7 to 10 business days worst case scenario undeterminable at this time

Came out for a membership tune-up however upon arrival the homeowner informed me that the system had been down for several days and they did not call it in because we were already scheduled to come out today and they have a portable AC they've been using to get by let the customer know I would be treating it as an evaluation and get started with my diagnostic then it was determined that the system is severely low on refrigerant this due to a significant leak in the condensing coil for the heat pump talked with the parts manager who checked with the supply house best case scenario we're looking at 7 to 10 business days after we order the coil which we will not do without signature and payment from the customer presented this option to the homeowner and she would like to Explorer replacement versus repair seeing as 410A equipment is no longer being manufactured and she doesn't particularly want to throw good money after bad complimentary consultation with the Comfort advisor is scheduled

Came to house to change can light to hanging fixture but needed conversion kit so ordered it and came back and did the work

Customers house is currently under construction so he's wanting to make plans for the future when they get to that point in the field

For this job I did a super tune up. Deltas are good. Drain testing clear. Furnace components are good. Filter was changed recently. Tightened electrical connections. Recommend upgrading value UV to Oxidizer & Germicidal. Outdoors refrigerant is good. Compressor running on 14 amps and hitting high pressure due to extremely dirty coil. After washing coil, pressure returned to normal and compressor operating at 9.5amps. Cap is good. Compressor rated for 112amp startup, currently at 130. Recommend start kit to lower inrush and extend compressor life. Homeowners agreed to installing hard start kit. New inrush of 87.8. System cooling when I left.

For this job we performed a super tune-up. We noted a severely dirty blower wheel and recommended a cleaning, homeowner agreed to have the blower wheel clean. We also noted biological growth inside of the supply plenum and recommended installing a UV system for treatment and prevention. For this job we performed a super tune up. There was a dual run capacitor out of tolerance that was replaced within the visit. Cooling and heating components were running within normal spec limits at the time of inspection. Homeowner is aware of biological growth inside of the unit but has opted to not have anything done to treat it being that she is selling the home soon. For this job I did an evaluation. Homeowner had a plumber tell her to call HVAC to check drain pan. Verified condition of drain pan. Confirmed primary drain line needs to be cleared. Recommend rebuilding primary&secondary and adding safety to one or the other. Recommend replacing drain pan. Suggested looking more thoroughly over system, homeowner declined. Homeowner is unable to make any repairs today. She signed up for Home & Budget and it would like to call us back in a few weeks when she has the ability to make a repair. Systemvin auto when I left. Found unit out of freon found evaporator coil leaking unit is electric heat pump over 10 left customer with estimates on replacing evaporator coil with freon customer would like to talk with CA today at 6:00 p.m. about replacement options

Performed an IAQ evaluation of the HVAC system. After a thorough inspection of the equipment and ductwork, several issues were identified. The most significant concerns include deteriorating/disintegrating ductwork, biological growth present in the system, very old equipment, and a leaking evaporator coil. The customer has been informed of these issues, including the catastrophic equipment failure due to the current condition of the system.s evap coil. After reviewing the digital analysis video, the customer agreed to have a Comfort Advisor come out as soon as possible to discuss custom system replacement options and necessary airflow/ductwork upgrades. A Comfort Advisor is scheduled to visit on March 10th between 6:00–8:00 PM to review the findings with the customer and her husband.
