For this call we performed a heating tune up on one unit and a evaluation on the second unit. Within the first unit homeowner had a complete about noise levels all components within the unit were working within normal limits I gave the homeowner the option to install a soft start to mitigate the loud noise when the unit starts up. Homeowner had a question about a air cleaning UV system for the main unit as a upgrade, estimate left open for homeowner to have reference. The second unit we noted that it had a faulty thermostat not sending proper signals to the unit outside after replacing the thermostat within warranty we diagnose a faulty OEM condenser fan motor to be ordered and scheduled as recc under p&l warranty. Done for now, holding for parts, call to schedule when the part comes in. Homeowners free membership with star warranty expired, homeowner signed up for a home and budget membership to continue yearly ongoing maintenance.

Came to house to do electrical record which was adding a search protection to panel and also adding GFI protection to kitchen which is done and customer is happy and talk to her about everything and told her to reach out to us if something happens or if something stops working

Talked with homeowner and discussed GFCI protection and surge protection in the home will return tomorrow with materials to finish after our meeting

On this job I looked at both heating and cooling. I'm happy to report the system test in tolerance on both sides. Heat TD 30 Cooling TD 20 Sub cool 7 Superheat 13 System could use easy start management system. This will reduce inRush by 75%.

On this job I looked at both heating and cooling sides of the system. I'm happy to report the system test in tolerance The td 20°. The system could use an easy start management system. This will help the loud bang comes on.

On arrival drain line was clogged. Since I was unable to clear clog we ran a sump pump through the attic and outside into main house plumbing. System cooling as I left.

Today we showed up on a complimentary plumbing estimate. Upon arrival the homeowners AC was backing up, and was not cooling correctly. I went and checked the drain or the AC condensate tides into the plumbing, dumped about 25 gallons into the plumbing and everything was draining well. Upon arrival customer stated he is renting. Breaker was motfsbly damaged by AC tech and APOINTMENT was made. I STRONGLY advise a panel upgrade the federal Pacific stab lock is dangerous and located in an illegal position. Spoke with landlord on the phone about service upgrade as well as some other minor repairs the tenant was interested in . Decided to go ahead and replace breaker at this time against electricians advise to consider panel upgrade.

Install 42k gas horizontal with high efficiency media filtration and UV sterilization, code kit and move current unit surge protector to new unit

For this job I inspected the shower drain line. The drain line is cast iron and has significant corrosion around the inter wall of the pipe which is causing the slow draining issue. I provided the customer will multiple estimates for various repairs in the home. The customer asked us to tentatively schedule them for Aug. 9. They are wanting a Hydro Jet Service.

For this job I performed an evaluation. The system was not running upon arrival. The board on the outside unit had a locked router error code and the compressor saver kit was out of tolerance. I changed the compressor saver kit out within pnl warranty. Scheduled a plumber lead for homeowners son's house. Applying $100 credit on this account and for the son's account to go towards repairs. The outdoor breaker is already eight right size the breaker inside the panel is an olde type we don’t carry or change those out but our outdoor has the right breaker on it

On arrival system was off due to faulty dual run capicator, replaced capicator and compressor was overamping but system otherwise running with no issues. Customer did not wish to add a compressor saver kit at this time.

Replaced 50 amp with 60 amp breaker in panel

Came to put the right breaker size on the outdoor system

Performed cooling tune up Delta 17 Upon entering home, system is was working efficiently Found no underlying issues with electrical or refrigeration, Customer did state one room was hot and indeed it was, upon inspection with thermal camera I was able to determine insulation would correct issue IAQ was also mentioned and maybe next time will consider uv light system

On arrival system running and cooling producing 20 degrees delta. Indoor unit clean and in good condition and drain lines flowed when flushed. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. System cooling as I left.
