For this job, I worked on a double super tune-up on these two gas furnace systems. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. I notified the customer about bad dust levels in his ducts, a recommended a duct cleaning for each system. I also mentioned how much air he is loosing due to his plenums being open. High limit being hit, made adjustments to gas pressure, dampers, fan speeds. Blower limit premature trip, also out nowhere ignition failure, replacing gas valve and limit switches
This is a quality control. Found system hitting high limit on dat sensor due to bypass being constantly open and found faulty dat sensor that would read random numbers and 0, replaced dat sensor, adjusted shut off temp on zone control and adjusted bypass
Recall- limit switch was internally doing their job by cutting off at 145 degrees Zone board internal high cutoff set to 135 degrees vs 150 degrees this will allow the furnace to keep running by having a delay to cool furnace down and keep cycling on and off Insulation levels need to be higher, recommended but will think about it next time Surge protection recommended

For this job, I worked on a evaluation on this furnace system, as we arrived, furnace was not turning on. After completing a couple tests furnace turned on and was left running. Solder in furnace control board turned to be bad. Customer did not want to pay service fee because we have been out here many times, I explained to the customer that this issue could not have been figured out because last time system was already running perfectly fine and no issue were seen after all the tests were completed, she asked for the office to call her.
Customer was very unhappy with the pricing offered membership for discount on repairs he stated that it's horrible business practice he felt it should be no more that a 100 dollar customer asked for me to leave and slammed door on me
Came out for a free second opinion homeowner just wanted to compare our price to her regular company she felt like their price was too high unfortunately our price was about the same if the other company hadn't provided a membership discount she has chosen to go with her regular company also left estimate to replace a ceiling fan
For this job, I worked on a evaluation on this gas furnace system. Customer mentioned that the system has stopped working for about an hour yesterday, however it came back on. I did my evaluation and inspected the whole unit and the zone boards, I also made sure that everything was working how it's supposed to. Notified the customer of the process I completed and that everything was working in great condition. Came to job for electrical inspection and everything looked good in house except for doubled up neutrals and grounds but customer had search protection already installed on panel a few years ago and pool panel looks really good and everything in the house is working as it should be and has GFCI protection where it's required

For this job we performed an evaluation. There was a clogged drain line and the compressor was amping over the rated LRA on the data tag. Today we showed up for a clogged hall bath toilet. Upon arrival the homeowner had to plunge the toilet three to four different times. I hrabbed a toilet auger. I flushed a dozen times with and with a toilet paper and it was not backing up. Everything was working well when we left Also the homeowner will be calling in next week to schedule an appointment to get the tub drain and the hall bath redone.
