Attempted fraud, do not use this service provider or it’s technicians or supervisors. I spoke with both after completion of service. System check found capacitor was failed. Then technician said the fan motor was not working. I asked the tech if he is scamming me and he said let me show you. He went over to the Compressor and coil unit and flipped the switch and the fan motor worked fine. He was about to charge me $127 trip fee and $387 for a $30 capacitor and $800 for the compressor fan motor. The fan motor was fine and I didn’t need it to be replaced. The part number on the capacitor is “Titan HD PRCFD455A.” Look it up. My total bill was $506.40; down from about to be $1300.
Came to job to quote running a new circuit across house and underground to a shed that he is putting in his backyard so I talked to him about what he's wanting to add.50 amp subpanel for his shed qo panel and 20 amp mini split
Came to job for electrical inspection and ended up talking to them about search protection and also fixing doubled up neutrals and then also talk to them and explain to them GFIs and how they work and how they're connected in his house
Upon arrival thermostat was on and calling for cool but system was not cooling. Thermostat set at 74 home was 81 Because of system powered and calling for cooling I went directly to condenser unit Outdoor condenser unit not on so I removed panel and checked for high voltage and had nothing System had a core sense installed and had Trip/Lock sensor on Checked disconnect for high voltage issues and noticed disconnect breaker was tripped. Checked all wires to see if bad connection or rub out and did not find any issues. System also has soft start installed so I checked wiring of soft start and it is correct. Spoke to homeowner about breaker trip and after resetting breaker I found no other issues. Collected service fee and left system on cool Thermostat dropped to 78 upon departure and continuing to drop.

Customer is going out of town. Will not be back in town till Monday. Need to follow up with them next Monday.I’m
Performed plumbing inspection home is in good shape made a recommendation to customer.
Accidently left multimeter at homeowners home in the attic from last job Homeowner let me in and I went up to get my tool Asked if system was still cutting on and off and he stated that he has had to mess with it a few times I went ahead and took panel to blower and control board off so that door would not put pressure on wires to cut it off Leaned panel up against so debris would not fly in System left with power upon departure. Thanked homeowner for allowing me to retrieve my tool
Upon arrival the upstairs system had no power and thermostat was blank. Went into attic to inspect unit and as I was removing the panel to the blower and board the system received power and thermostat kicked on and started calibrating. Waited for thermostat to finish calibrating and to fully kick on in cool Once it did I went back up and started inspecting wires to see what was causing it to turn off After receiving some help from supervisor to figure out issues we came to the conclusion that the control board has an issue that causes unit to shut off. Let homeowner know and he wants to order part and have it replaced Going to send part info to parts department and get it ordered Reschedule appointment to come install new parts No charge for service fee Holding for parts I tried to leave panel in a way that unit would stay on but advised homeowner that due to movement from unit it could shut off again. Let him know office would call to reschedule once part comes in. Per call note

Provided second opinion Previous company inspected heat exchanger I inspected heat exchanger and found high soft spot locations with high wear – reccomended replacement Inspected electrical and mechanical components of both systems Both indoor units motors have loose rods/bearings Reccomended both Condensor motors due to overheating – one motor has loose rod/bearing Reccomended dual run capacitor – out of tolerance Reccomended soft start kits – lower unit system amperage for compressor and supporting components reliability Reccomended both systems disconnects Performed CO test and have 0 readings Systems left on cool at exit Comfort advisor scheduled Monday 07/07/25 10.30am Estimate for both indoor furnace units or indoor/outdoor
On this visit I determined the door switch was failing. In this scenario I just by passed it and let the home owner know. If failure occurs again it will have to be the board.
Today we showed up for a complimentary plumbing estimate. Homeowner has 50 gallon gas water heater in the Attic. It was built in 2017, it has somewhere to it. There are some rust stains on the side and on top of it, but water heater was working well. Homeowner wanted quotes on how much it would be to relocate water heater and upgrade to a tankless. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Performed evaluation Upon arrival indoor unit was functional Outdoor fan motor was running, but compressor was not running Found Capacitor rating at 0MFD Primary electrical control unit has gashing and small metal chunks pulled off of contact terminals System performs with 137.4 starting amperage Replaced capacitor/primary electrical control unit and installed Micro air soft start System amperage draw from 137.4 to 20.4 Amps System delta 18 – replaced filter System left on cool at exit
For this rec work, we changed the evaporator coil, performed a vacuum and it stayed at 321 microns, got the target superheat on point, when we checked the Delta, we had a 19° delta Plumber is scheduled for Monday Possibly changing the water heater Thank you for choosing Comfort experts. Hope you have a great day.
Performed plumbing inspection and made some recommendations for customer. She requested I send her estimate so she can talk to husband about items.
On arrival indoor unit was not sending high voltage to the board and was essentially inert. I taped down the door switch and it stayed on but door switch is likely failing. Ecobee thermostat was not sending call for cooling. Wired power and cooling directly and had a call for cooling at furnace and condenser. Once I put wires back in and ecobee on system sent 24 volts call to furnace and condenser. At condenser found disconnect burnt up and not passing power. Once replaced system resumed cooling. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day.
Came to job for free electrical inspection and panel looked good but had a few issues inside of the house no covers on some plugs some plugs were not working upstairs and tried for a second and couldn't figure it out so talked to her about a diagnosis and then talked to her about swapping out all these trims in her house to new LED ones so gave her quotes to do that and replace a plug and cover outside
**This tune up turned into an evaluation, When I arrived system was not running. Turns out thermostat was not placed correctly*** Upon inspecting the inside systems, I noticed that one of them didn't have a filter at all, Not the return grill nor the machine itself. The other system did have a filter but it was dirty, clogged up I don't Believe that the filters have ever been replaced, And if they have it was a very long time ago. seeing the inside of the Return Plenum, I noticed that there was a lot of dust and Debris Accumulated. ***Highly recommend a duct clean and a furnace super clean*** April air filters upgrade recommended as well Don't need to be replaced until six months up to a year Condensers do not have a soft start or hard start system Installed. Highly recommended to get one. Disconnect box is burning up, getting charred On every start up. I recommend replacing safety disconnect box **We need to schedule an electrician and a plumber to come out** Electric
Showed up and the condenser was not running. Opened breaker box and Breaker was. Tripped, More than likely due to the fact that the capacitor is out of Tolerance Notice that the fan was running But the compressor was not Measured the capacitor, It was not in tolerance as stated previously Replaced capacitor and installed soft start kit Compressor and fan started running again. Check Took measurements of the gauges after it had been running for a while Gauges told me that There was a problem with the evap coil Opened up the door to the evaporator coil And leak checked, Found leak We'll need to order a new evaporator coil with piston
Bedroom 12×16.5×10 – needs 8” duct CFM requirements are already a 9 but likely a 10 due to route and length of run behind the wall Customer not interested in dead heading the duct or a mini split at this time Homeowner requested follow up from electricians about the cost of trenching in their electrical quote Notified Mark directly
Today we showed up for a complimentary plumbing estimate. Homeowner wanted to get a bidet attachment installed on the master toilet. Homeowner has ordered bidet attachment, but it is not here yet. THEY will give a CALL TO THE OFFICE once it arrives. Upon inspection the left side lavatory in the master bathroom the cold side was leaking from the supply line. We replaced the supply line, tested and everything worked well. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Arrived onsite customer had a tub spout that needed to be replaced also installed new shower head and replaced fill valve on toilet in upstairs hall bathroom.
Came to job to give quote on adding plug upstairs behind bar sign and also run new dedicated circuit for sauna 240v, 20 amp circuit Also quoted to run sub panel in case he wants to add more things
6/19/25 For this super tune-up I inspected the customer's 4 furnaces and condensers. Overall the equipment was measuring within manufacturers specs besides the master bedroom dual run capacitor being out of tolerance. The systems were running well in both heating and cooling with the systems producing 30° of heat and 20° of cooling. All four furnaces did not have primary water safety on the primary drain lines only float switches in the secondary overflow pan so the customers wanted to go ahead and have those installed however I only have two on my van so I will need to return tomorrow June 20th to replace the capacitor as well as install all four float switches. Customers would like to have a plumber come out Monday June 23rd for a new installation, as well as an electrician come out tomorrow January 20th or some electrical work. Additionally I scheduled for Zak to come out Monday the 23rd as well for some airflow checks.
