Spoke to customer she said she will be purchasing one and call us to install.
Wrote up some options for customers replacement of water heater. Customer is going to get it taken care of but does not want to do any financing. Will call us back out when she is ready to take care of water heater.
1/3/25 no answer at door
Tech found that the home owner had the thermostat set to 65° in heat mode the house was at 71 tech turned the thermostat to 75 and headed to the attic the unit kicked on perfectly. Tech checked all the safety, inducer, flame sensor, igniter, blower motor everything is working properly q
Came out for an evaluation found the unit not running due to and clogged drain line causing the float switch to remove power rebuilt the entire p-trap and drain line installed a union for easy access to remove the filter
Found system low on refrigerant. Recommended leak search and quoted refrigerant per pound. She said her brother in law quoted cheaper

Arrived for service Eval Drain line backed up Cleared and installed PVC union, refilled trap All Motors, capacitors, and refrigerant fine Quoted insulation upgrade to code per Homeowner request

Arrived at eval Customer stated it a new build and only a year old. System not cooling Ran test and the system is empty Replayed information to customer Customer is going to call home seller and ask about getting it fixed
2023 Ducane gas furnace Checked and tightened all electrical connections Changed Customer provided filters Drain had some build up in trap, Cleared trap Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable 2023 Ducane straight electric Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coil was acceptable Washed Condenser coil from inside out Cleared debris out of unit Waxed top of unit Recommended pan treatment, compressor saver and unit surge protection
The home owner was concerned the thermostat was not accurate. I've proved to him that is is in fact accurate.
Arrived for rec work Installed right thermostat Set up customer with their phones
Lv 2 duct cleaning with u.v. light install
His solar is working but due to this being a pretty cloudy day it's not very much
Arrived for eval Ran some test and found out the thermostat was bad Replaced thermostat with a temp and will order for correct one Recommend Duct Cleaning Lv 2 and IAQ 200 Customer is scheduled to have ducts cleaned and IAQ installed tomorrow along with a electrician to look at the solar panel System was running before I left
3ton straight cool system with 15kw heat strips. The heater is blowing the breaker. He wants to talk about system replacement tomorrow 10am.
During inspection verified that system was working properly Spoke to customer about recommendations for the system including, Uv light, compressor saver, and a whole home surge protector Customer said she would talk to the husband whenever he gets home and if they decided to go through with anything they would give us a call Primary language of customer is Spanish
On arrival system was heating, but unable to cool. While testing to determine where the low voltage short was the transformer blew. I replaced the transformer and the contactormonce I determined that was where the short was located. When I left the system was back on and cooling with no issues.
