We were very dissatisfied with our recent service call- the technician reported that there were several issues with our unit, including an expansion valve, reversing valve, and coolant, totally over $3k in repairs. Even suggesting a new unit might be a better option since we were going to be 3 grand in on repairs. However, what he was reporting did not match the issue we were having with the water safety device. We contacted another company for a 2nd opinion, they had a technician here within hours of yours leaving and reported none of those issues, even stating all the test came back within normal ranges, pressures were spot on. Your company advertises to be honest with consumers and that your technician are not paid on commission, this is the exact opposite of our experience.
Michael did a great job except the issues with the system were above his pay grade so he called the big guy to look at it . Hopefully it won’t be anything major !!

Electrical was thoroughly checked, with expert observations! AC unit quality was later thoroughly checked by technician 12. The unit was found to be operating very well. Thoroughly inspected and cleaned my compressors identifying defective capacitor as reason compressor has been making unusual noise when running that needed to be replaced. Showed me pictures of everything inspected and verified to be in good condition. Answered all my questions. Clean and friendly.
I've been using comfort experts for about 2 years now. Just recently had a electrical system check performed and I must say my technician, Tyler Lawyer was very thorough and quick! He performed checks and made sure my home was in good shape! You can't go wrong with comfort experts if your looking for quality service for your home hvac!
I completed a tune up during the inspection I found that the inducer motor is pulling more amps than recommended which indicates its end or some extra strain I also identified that the outdoor unit has a capacitor that's out of tolerance meaning it's not holding the correct charge I discussed these findings and the replacement options with the homeowner and he mentioned he'd like to think it over before deciding on any repairs
12/3/25 Trouble shooted with daikin tech support per there request we will be replacing blower motor and the primary control board 2549450 pcb 4000845 blower motor Pausing job and holding for parts
For this job, I worked on an evaluation on this heat pump system. When I arrived the control board was throwing a open pressure switch code, and only the inducer motor was running. I tested the pressure switch and the result was that it was bad. I offered the customer to replace the pressure switch and he approved. System was left running. Tame two job to look at breaker for water heater tripping every time they turn it on and got here and turned on breaker and could hear it buzzing and making noises so talk to customer about replacing breaker and also replacing other breaker in shed as well so did that and replaced them both
Today I returned to complete Rec work of repairing the toilet flange and replacing the entire toilet in the secondary bathroom everything came out great homeowner decided to make a down payment of $500 today and we need to email them and updated financing form with the proper balance due pausing this call so that it can be closed out by financing thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Showed up for a plumbing evaluation homeowner has a busted toilet that is rocking and leaking they have opted to replace this toilet and repair the flange underneath it this is a 10-in rough-in toilet homeowner opted to check approval for financing they were approved and are considering options more than the toilet however they would like to think about it and we need to schedule the return appointment for tomorrow to at least get started with the toilet needs to be first call and depending on how things go we may start other projects tomorrow as well

Came to a job for electrical inspection customers have been remodeling house so had smoke detectors down and little things like that had a broken cover outside but they were going to fix it also talk to them about doubled up neutrals they had in panel and what they can cause and how house warranty can be affected by those things so customer wants to do that so she will probably call us in the next few days or week to get it scheduled but everything was working in house had GFCI protection everywhere needed panel looked good except doubled up neutrals and could use a surge protector
I have made my estimate for the wiring of the 2 flood lights out side, they are connected to a over hanging porch shade with no attic space about 6 feet out so do get the wiring done wed have to intercept and identify what wires go out to the covering and use a junction box to send it to a switch
On this job I looked at heating and cooling. Both sides test in tolerance. The system could use at this point in it's life an easy start. Sh16 SC 3 TD is 20 Condensor is clean and filter is new

Found the issue to be at the pvc to unit drain line connection re sealed the connection and adjusted the lineset cover to allow the drain to have more downward slope
When I got here the lights were working again and I couldn't find any problems so I told her that as soon as it happens again to please give us a call asap and we'll try and catch it in the act
