Today I did an eval on a down system. The drain line clogged and tripping the float switch.after clearing the drain I tested the system and found no further issues. System is now cooling

Replaced evaporator coil for master bedroom unit. Replaced customer provided thermostat.

New install coil not properly feeding Need to replace coil

On arrival system running and cooling but producing only a 12 degree s of cooling. Ideally we want 20 degrees but 12 will certainly struggle to cool home. Found blower and coil very dirty and restricting airflow and evaporator coil was rusted. Looking outside condenser was starting hard causing compressor to overamp and contactor was buzzing indicating electromagnet inside failing. Found condenser producing superheat of 27 when the target is five. This low refrigerant level is the cause for poor cooling. Only found intermittent refrigerant pings when leak searching evaporator coil and nothing at condenser. Recommended speaking with a co,fort advisor about replacement due to age and condition, will follow up with customer next Thursday to see if they would like our bid for a new system as they know they need to replace vs repair.

I have installed 2 extra outlets for small appliance use

Replace main area unit with Amana 2 stage 36k gas upflow keep current filtration

On arrival system was off. When system turned on condenser made a metal on metal noise. Found dual run capicator blown. Once replaced condenser came back on but compressor would randomly stop making the noise and start trying to pump the non existent refridgerant, the rest of the time it would grind and not pump refridgerant. Found leak in condenser near filter dryer. Due to age and condition of equipment and the catastrophic nature of the equipment failure I recommended speaking to a comfort advisor about replacement. Visit is set for 9-12 tomorrow.

Replaced both hose bibbs on home and tested after replacement everything working properly, hose bibbs were leaking slowly when arrived. After repair noticed water meter is leaking on the meter nut on city side. Customer said she would call city and have them out to fix it at the meter.

I have found a few things that do need to be addressed but mainly the main panel, it's very crowded, in a closet and doesn't have any kind of main shut off so I have given him an estimate regarding replacing the panel and a HVAC tech will be out tomorrow morning to evaluate his system as it is much older and he says it keeps tripping the breaker but electrically speaking I could not find any issues

On arrival condenser was not running due to an exploded capicator. Replaced under warranty and system resumed cooling.

During this tune up I washed the condnesor added an easy start. Inside i change the filter and added an iaq200. Im happy to report that they sytem is clean and checks in tolernace. System is now back online and ready for cooling.

On arrival system cooling producing 19 degrees cooling. I door unit clean aside from bacterial growth in air handler and supply plenum. Drain line flowed when flushed. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. System cooling as I left.

During this visit I changed out a uv germ bulb

During this visit I tested the system in cooling. I washed the condensor and checked froen levels. I also adjusted some ducts that were pinched. System checks in tolerance. Im ordering a new germ light and pasuing the call until bulb comes in.

On arrival system running and cooling as intended. Indoor unit clean and producing 20 degrees cooling. Drain line flowed when flushed. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing but condenser overamped on start up. Recommended either a compressor saver kit or a soft start kit to reduce the wear and tear on the compressor when it starts. Cust declined all recommendations at this time.

Arrived onsite customer had a wall removed where shower valve install hall bathroom is. Wanted the shower valve installed customer going to get more quotes will call us if she needs us

Arrived onsite met with person living in home. He said to write estimate for hose bibb replacement and email to customer paying invoice as she is at work and not available. Wrote estimate and emailed customer

Replaced defective outlet. Moved surge protector outside of panel.

For this cooling tune-up I inspected the customer's air handler and condenser, all equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs and running well. I would recommend to the customer upgrading her UV system or replacing the bulb as the current bulb is burnt out. Additionally I would recommend her getting a duct cleaning as she has never had a duct cleaning in the 30+ years of living in the home. Customer would like to have an electrician come out to look at an outlet that sparked last April.

Arrived onsite customer just wanted some estimates for work wrote some options for him. Office needs to contact to collect service fee customer left home while writting up estimates.
