He gave me all the detailed information for getting free replacement breakers, and will come back out to replace them all once they arrive. They never mentioned the warranty coverage, and I paid more for that one breaker replacement than all 4 will cost thanks to Jake’s honesty, and integrity. 12/29/25 For this job, I arrived to install a Nest Thermostat that had been ordered under warranty. Thermostat was installed and programmed completely. After installing the thermostat, system was not heating, I gauged up and the system was low on refrigerant once again, I started looking for a refrigerant leak and the indoor units TXV was leaking. For this job, I work on an evaluation on this heat pump system not heating nor cooling. As I arrived, I turned on the system and only the indoor fan would come on. I went to the outside system and nothing was coming on. Board was showing a code which meant that the system had a bad fan motor and a bad inverter board.
Customers mentioned that they will not pay the service fee and that they will call the office for a better understanding of why they're being charged the service fee.

For this call, we performed two super tuneups. Upon inspection, one of the two units was low on refrigerant. We gave homeowner the option to have a leak search and try to mitigate the issue, adding refrigerant and see how long it will last, or considering a system replacement because of refrigerant type and condition of the unit. We were unable to detect the leak after over 30 minutes of leak detection. Homeowner opted to add some refrigerant and see how long the refrigerant will last cooling and heating the home and call back if they start to have issues to leak search again and find the curative answer. Came out to house for free electrical inspection and also to look at double oven turning off after 2 minutes got here and immediately pulled panel cover off to check in there and found a loose wire on the breaker hooked it back up and oven is running fine and everything and has ran 10 minutes and customer is super happy but explain to him if it does happen again and if that didn't fix it to call us back and I will be coming back out here to look deeper into it

Came two house to give quote on panel change and also to run circuit on back side of panel for mini split and came here and ended up wanting to change panel from 225 to a 200 amp but go to a 60 space panel to have extra room for him to add circuits and also the mini split that he is wanting looked on the back side and we may have to replace meter and also will be replacing riser as well to go up a few feet so that it raises the drop to the right height to be code compliant above driveway but emailed customer all quotes and will hear back from him after he gets his third quote tomorrow

For this job, I worked on a heating tune-up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. When going through the system, compressor saver was unfunctional; it was replaced with no charge. Micro air soft side device was recommended to the system however customer rejected.

Responded to a call that the furnace was shutting off before reaching set temperature. During diagnostics, found the PVC vent at the furnace not sealed properly, causing water/condensate leakage. The control board was also showing a flame-sense fault (weak/no signal from the flame sensor), which can cause nuisance shutdowns. I recommended resealing the vent and replacing the flame sensor. The homeowner agreed.
We need to order the flame sensor and will return to install it
They also wanted a plumber to check their garbage disposal and they will be available tomorrow or Wednesday after 5PM
