Adam came to provide a quote today to install Reverse Osmosis. He came on time, as expected, i am happy with how the visit went. Thank you!
I was in a little bit of a time crunch and Zak made time for me to look at some issues I’ve been having with one of the rooms in my home not cooling sufficiently. He quickly took various measurements, went up into my hot attic, and then was able to describe perfectly what’s happening in my situation. Highly recommended.
He was very thorough
Very professional and excellent job !!
Colby Finch came out to do a check up that turned into a maintenance as I had a bad capacitor. He was very patient with me, answering all my questions and explaining everything he was doing in detail. I know some techs get annoyed when the customer hangs around but Colby seemed excited for the opportunity to teach me a bit about my existing system. Very happy with the overall experience.
Great service highly recommend thanks

Danny and Colby were prompt and did a great job adding Freon to my system. Thanks to both of you!!
The technician (Preston) was very professional and respectful. Got an awesome promotional price for a tune-up on my 2 A/C units. However, I had a thermostat that needed to be replaced. They charged my $500 to replace it. I found the exact same thermostat online for under $100. It took about 15 minutes to replace it so I calculate that to be about $1600 per hour for labor.
They arrived early this morning and went straight to work. They were courteous, did excellent work and left my yard looking better than it did before they relocated the unit.
I am pleased with the service Jake gave today. He was took time to explain the process for the complimentary electrical inspection of my home. He was personable and thorough in his work.

After being without air conditioning for 36 hours and experiencing inside temperatures in the 90s, I was glad to find a company who responded to my call for service within 3 hrs of my call on a Sunday morning. I had tried all day Saturday to find someone who could get to me before Monday. So glad I made that call.
Great company. A/C tech Abel came out. He was very knowledgeable and, most important, was able to update my system with no problem. He was very professional and informative. I'll have "Comfort" back again.

Washed condensor and tightened connections Performed evaluation due to high side line Hot in closet Coil was very built up with debree Reccomended duct cleaning Reccomended disconnect – due to broken high voltage connection Reccomended IAQ200 – mass biological growth System left on cool at exit
Customer requested an inspection on his panel. Due to age. No real concerns with panel. Informed customer the benefits of saftey as well as code compliance. Adding surge and ground rods with new panel. Also existing panel is full full. No major concerns with existing service however. Gfci protected kitchen outlets.
For this evaluation the customers system was not cooling, but circulating air throughout the house. When we gauged up outside the system had a 2⁰ SC and a 42⁰ SH, indicating the system was low on refrigerant. We leak searched the evaporator coil and got positive hits for a leak. Since the customers are under warranty I added enough refrigerant to get them to a 10° sub cool and inform them that I would order the part and I would be back to install it when it arrives at the shop.
Quoted a level 2 60k heat pump horizontal with new duct system and UV Sterilization for $26,000
This evaluation we showed up in the customer's thermostat was not functioning properly and the system was not working. Upon inspecting the air handler we found that the fuse was popped, most likely when the customer was trying to install her thermostat she crossed R and C causing a low voltage short. Replace the fuse and also installed the customers thermostat and programmed it for her and she set up the Wi-Fi connection.
For this super tune-up we inspected the customer's upstairs and downstairs furnace and condensers. While inspecting noticed multiple issues that were brought up to homeowner Such as neither system has water safeties, the blower capacitor for downstairs is slightly out of tolerance, both compressors were overamping on startup, and the downstairs system is overcharged, homeowner elected to have a hard start kit installed and also replace the upstairs condenser run capacitor for fan. I highly recommend it to the customers that we install water safety as well as a UV sanitation system since there was bacterial growth in both Supply plenums. The customers will call us back when they are ready to have water safety installed or do any of the other work that was recommended. Customer would like an electrician to come out to look at his panel Monday 19 May in the morning.
Found bad TXV at air handler unit is under warranty sent estimates to homeowner House is a rent house this will be a free second opinion customer will call and let us know if they want to move forward with the job
For this job we performed a evaluation. Upon arrival homeowner let us know that the outside unit was not turning on since the day before the evaluation. We checked the condenser unit outside the core sensor had locked and the condenser had gone into thermal overload. We were able to reset the system and get it running for about 15 minutes when the compressor went into thermal overload again. Suspect faulty compressor gave homeowner the option of replacement plus refrigerant and let them know their May be further repairs that need to be done but we could not finish a more thorough evaluation without the system running. Spoke with homeowners about options between repairs or replacement. Homeowners requested a comfort advisor to come talk with them Saturday 5/17/25 after 5:00 p.m. to give them an estimate.
For this job I performed a evaluation. During inspection the immediate problem was a dual run capacitor that was completely dead on the Herm side. Recommended replacing the capacitor and adding a membership for discounts. Homeowner approved replacing capacitor to start with. I continued with the evaluation. The refrigerant levels were within normal limits and the Delta was a 20. The In Rush amps or lra was over the maximum rating on the data tag. Spoke with owner and let them know that the over amperage could be something contributing to the capacitor failing on the Herm side. Recommended either an easy start install or a compressor saver. Homeowner declined membership, a compressor saver install, or a soft start install for the meanwhile and requested for an estimate to be sent so they can further look into it with their spouse. No further significant abnormalities were noted during the rest of the inspection. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Electrical inspection. Main panel looks wonderful. Outside electrical service checks all the boxes. Grounding good. Recommended whole home surge protection. Garage light was not functioning properlly. Just and led bulbs issue. Installed new bulb for customer. All is working properlly. Gfci protection needed to the left of sink. Emailed estimate. Customer will reach out if work to be preformed.
Came to house to give quote to add car charger underneath panel and also in the garage
