Jake was friendly, efficient, and helpful. My fuse box had 4 bad breakers. He explained it was a fault with the box itself, and covered by warranty. He gave me all the detailed information for getting free replacement breakers, and will come back out to replace them all once they arrive. I had a breaker go out previously, and fixed by another electrician. They never mentioned the warranty coverage, and I paid more for that one breaker replacement than all 4 will cost thanks to Jake’s honesty, and integrity. For this job, I worked on a heating tune-up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. As I was going through the system I noticed the drain with a lot of buildup, I notified the customer this would eventually cause a clog, customer approved to clear drain and also to add pan strip.
Adding on, system was amping higher than normal, I offered customer an easy start, customer was already informed of the benefits and approved to install it.

Today I performed a membership heating tune-up on a 6-year-old straight Electric System all components check out per manufacturer's specifications however I do have similar concerns as previous technicians about the indoor air quality unfortunately she just replaced the roof the water heater and dealt with a flood in the kitchen she would like the estimate email to her so that she can prepare for our next visit she is interested in the level 2 duct cleaning

Today I showed up for a membership super tune-up on a 3-year-old gas furnace system installed by a Minuteman air conditioning checked everything in door and out for the most part everything is functioning as it should except the outdoor unit is drawing too many amps upon startup recommended a soft start kit to remedy the situation also made some indoor air quality recommendations due to the age and health of the homeowner however I was not dealing with the homeowner today I was dealing with the neighbor and she has chosen not to go with any recommendations today should they change their mind they need only call us back

For this job, I arrived for a noise that was going on in the system. Black part that covers the wires of the fan motor fell from where it was attached and that was causing the fan blade to hit it and make the noise. Issue was solved with zip ties and system was left running and better than ever.

On this job I looked at heating and cooling. I discovered the blower motor is starting to get seized up. This became evident when looking and the delta only 11° with 12 subcool.
This is a r22 system I do not recommend putting any money in to it at this point.
Does not want to replace yet.

Came out for a plumbing evaluation they have a slab leak with the hot water service on the left side of the house put together an estimate to reroute the hot water to this side of the house however the homeowner has hesitations due to our price the last reroute he had done by a handyman was a few hundred dollars 10 years ago I will follow up with homeowner and discuss financing options

Came out here for a customer wanting quote on changing out lug or replacing meter base and got here and customer showed me picture of issue and asked if I was a master electrician and said that I am not and he said that I am not qualified enough to do this job and that he had another master electrician come out here and quote them $300 and he was just going to have him do that and he didn't even have me give him a quote or want me to give him a quote at all just pretty much got here and then he did not want me to do the job didn't think I was qualified enough to do it with the experience that I have
And kept saying that the law says that only a master electrician can do this type of work
