Jake replaced our heat pump circuit breaker with the proper one. Yes he had the necessary parts with him! He is very professional and efficient and glad we chose Comfort Experts .
Joe came out to check our mini split in our master bedroom. Intermittently would make a loud racket. He spent 20 minutes trying to replicate but couldn't. He listened to the recording I had made so he could hear what exactly it was doing. He let me know exactly what he was going to do and how the process was for the parts and what would happen when the came in. He was our installer of the unit last year so he knew what he was doing. Also, very courteous and cleaned up after himself. No payment required at this time.
Called on a Sunday due to heater not working. Scheduling was easy, notification on technician was great, provided text when the technician was on the way. Mark was awsome, checked everything. For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency.
Capacitor was low so it was changed under warranty.
Compressor saver was recommended to customer to help her compressor's longevity. A blower clean what's also offered due to dust levels. A UV system upgrade was also recommended, and a membership upgrade was talked about too.
Customer decided to not do anything today due to other things she has going on. If she decides to do anything she will call the office to get anything scheduled.

For this call I performed a triple super tune-up. I spoke to homeowner about issues with all three units. The upstairs unit did not have any sealant on any of the supply of return ducts, minimum ceiling on the plenums, and a improperly installed secondary drain line. The downstairs main unit did not have a drain safety switch or a properly installed secondary drain line. Lastly the main bedroom unit was the only of the three running with r22 (two refrigerant cycles outdated) did not have any sealant on any of the ducts, a properly installed secondary drain line, had water damage on the drain pan, and although operational very low refrigerant levels. For this job I did a super tune up/eval.
When I arrived indoor unit was running, outdoor was not.
Contactor putting out 120V at each leg but not 240V together.
Cap is fine.
Homeowner agreed to replacing contactor and installing a hard start kit.
After repair & installation, unit kicked on with a 67 inrush. Running amps and refrigerant levels were good. Washed coil.
Deltas great. Electrical components were tightened and running in tolerance.
Homeowner does not have filter for today. Also current filter is the incorrect size.

For this call I performed a evaluation. Upon arrival I noted that the unit needed software updates. After updating the software on the unit and reprogramming the Wi-Fi thermostat, the unit began to run within normal limits.
