Jake is a cool young man. He was very polite and diligent in performing his task which was installing surge protection. Very friendly and also provided information should we have any problems or questions…
Daniel was here for the annual checkup. He was friendly courteous efficient and knowledgeable. He told about our HVAC system and that everything looked good. He also mentioned that I might want to change the filter twice per season… exceptional service
Jake was friendly, efficient, and helpful. My fuse box had 4 bad breakers. He explained it was a fault with the box itself, and covered by warranty. He gave me all the detailed information for getting free replacement breakers, and will come back out to replace them all once they arrive. I had a breaker go out previously, and fixed by another electrician. They never mentioned the warranty coverage, and I paid more for that one breaker replacement than all 4 will cost thanks to Jake’s honesty, and integrity. How often do you truly see someone go above and beyond like that?
Jake, was Awesome, he explained everything in detail and show me what needs to be done In the near future I WILL be contact for service

Mike and Alonso gave us great service with our yearly maintance on our HAVAC unit.
Tyler did a great job.
Adam was chill. Which actually relieved the stress I was feeling. We had a slab leak which Adam diagnosed immediately, he also walked our property and came up with a game plan. He also shared his experience with this type of plumbing issue and what we might expect from our insurance provider. Really cool person. Thanks again Adam.
Daniel was really cool. We had an issue with what turned out to be a slab leak. But the leaking water tripped the flood sensor on the A/C unit. He diagnosed this and then helped us get in touch with a plumber which helped get things care for in a timely manner!??
Daniel did a great job for us! Was friendly! Identified the problem quickly and successfully fixed! Highly recommend!
Good timely service as usual.
We have a very tricky three story house with a single unit but different thermostat S on each floor. We have had multiple HVAC companies and Technicians “fix” the problem for some pretty hefty invoices. Michael came out today and after over a year of challenges was able to diagnose and properly repair our Air Conditioner.great Job! Ask for Michael!
Very thorough and explained everything clearly.
Had Zak and Alonso come out and they were able to get my ac unit working same day on an after hours call. Would call comfort experts again.
Very professional and excellent quality of service.
To be a long term customer. To tell you the truth I'm not too happy with you guys on what i had to pay. I think your prices are little bit too extreme {overpriced for the work i had done.}
We found out Tuesday evening our air conditioner wasn’t working. Called Comfort Experts at 10 PM and set up an appointment for a service man to come by first thing next morning. The Comfort Experts pro arrived a little after 9 AM and the problem was fixed within an hour. My wife says give them five stars because we could’ve been facing no air conditioner went outside temperatures will go above 100°. Thanks!
Colby fixed the issue and was very professional and knowledgeable about all things HVAC. Friendly & Courteous!
Representative was on time and polite. He explained how he would correct the problem. I'm very happy.
Zak was extremely professional and helpful. Solved our problem quickly and gave in depth detail as well as advice moving forward.
Jerred was throughly explain what he was doing personable friendly professional got the job done just took a while for him to arrive but he did check the entire system will call again if need too
Tyler was very knowledgeable and explained my options well.
Jerred was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, personable and professional. After being without air conditioning for 36 hours and experiencing inside temperatures in the 90s, I was glad to find a company who responded to my call for service within 3 hrs of my call on a Sunday morning. I had tried all day Saturday to find someone who could get to me before Monday. So glad I made that call.
Great company. A/C tech Abel came out. He was very knowledgeable and, most important, was able to update my system with no problem. He was very professional and informative. I'll have "Comfort" back again.
Jose, "Joe", and Angel showed up on time to install the new system. They were very professional and even asked how they could avoid disrupting our routine. They did their work quickly and were done earlier than expected.
Every aspect from the call center to the arrival of the technician was seamless. The technician, Daniel was a great. He was friendly but professional at the same time. He explained everything he was doing.
Dan was very open and upfront about what his company could offer with their service. He was honest and provided alternate solutions for my problem. I appreciate honesty from service personnel and I like the business model of Comfort ExpertsInc.
For the job, I worked on a super tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through on the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. System was washed and filter will be replaced by customer in January. Adding on, and the outside unit there was a capacitor out of tolerance and that was replaced under warranty. System was inspected in both heating and cooling and it was working in great condition. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day!
For this job I performed a super tune-up I start with the indoor unit I found a lot of biological growth around the fan blower area for the outside unit I recommend it to search protector The homeowner decided to hold on that right now. The system is operating properly on the exit

For this job we performed a heating tune up. Reccomended replacing igniter and flame sensor due to corrosion. Homeowner did not commit to repair but requested estimate to be emailed and will consider replacing parts in spring.
Came to house to do work for adding a whole home surge protector on panel and customer was very happy and satisfied with the work explained everything to him and how it works and if it ever does go bad from a Storm or a surge for him to call us and since he has our membership that will be free to replace it
I did discover the blower motor malfunctioning. It would kick on and stop every time tested. It would run longer whencalling for fan on but would ultimately stop. This is an x13 motor I would need to order OEM. She also wants to address the biological growth in the unit. She wants some time to think it over and fiance this option I'm going to pause this job if she wants to proceed I have all the materials input.
Couldn't you how to look at giving quotes you had search protector and talk to customer about it and customer wants to do it so we'll be back out here tomorrow morning to install it first call if available if not then from 9:00 to 12:00
For this call I performed a super tune up. All components within heating and cooling side of the unit were operating within normal spec limits. Electrician to give whole home surge protection options scheduled for 12/9/25.
Came to job to give quote on permanent outdoor lighting and it is 152 ft in total emailed quote to customer as well
Return Visit & Estimate: I came back for a return call due to the homeowner noticing unusual noise from the fan blower. On inspection, I found that the blower fan blade was rotating loosely on its hub, causing the noise. I recommended replacing both the blower motor and the fan blade to ensure proper operation. Also, I noted that I accidentally charged an extra $199 service fee, which should be waived since this return visit is our responsibility. We’ll refund that fee and only charge for the necessary parts and labor.
Completed Electrical Inspection
Came to job to swap out customer provided breakers that came in the mail and everything is working and should not have the issue of tripping again
For the job, I worked on a super tune-up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical part of the system, unchecked for maximum efficiency. When going through the system, I noticed the compressor over amping, this was notified to the customer and I recommended her to add something to help her compressor out, customer said that she will talk to her husband and think about it. Other than that her system was washed and was left running and in great condition. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day!
Today I removed some gas from the system because it was over charged system back online
For this job I performed a super tune-up. I mentioned that the primary electrical control unit had burnt weldings on it and were showing signs of a potential future failure. I recommended having it replaced and I also recommended a duct cleaning due to lack of duct cleanings in history. Homeowner stated that they are currently paying off a $12,000 plumber visit that they had and did not commit to having any work done at the moment. I left the estimates as open estimates for homeowner to have as a reference. All the components within the unit were running within normal spec limits. Thank you for choosing Comfort experts, have a great day!
Homeowner reported loud noise from the indoor unit. On inspection, found an out-of-tolerance blower fan (indoor) run capacitor and a weak/low compressor (outdoor) run capacitor. Replaced both capacitors with properly rated new parts and test-ran the system. Result: system starts and runs normally; operation sounds normal; no additional issues noted at this time.
For this job I performed a super tune up. I noted a over amping fan moving signs of overheating and a failing txv due to high superheat and normal subcool after 15 min of run time. Homeowner has a sibling who has a HVAC company. They stated they will tell there sibling to make the reccomended repairs.
Today i replaced inducer motor blower control and added easy start to outside system as well as a pressure switch
Name two job two look at breaker issue and ended up being that the line side feeder wire was totally fried from a solar tap probably from there being aluminum wire so talk to customer about upgrading panels to give them more spaces for anything to add and to get it off of hot taps onto a breaker but customer did not want that and only wanted to fix the wire and get the house back and running explain everything to them and talked about the pipe coming up into the meter base Boeing out way too far but that is a power company issue and that is something that they will call them about but did talk to them and quote them to do a total redo on their service but just wanted to fix the issue so did it and everything is working again
On this job the inducer motor make a terrible sound. I'm ordering a new OEM inducer motor and pressure switch..I'm also adding an easy start to the new outside condensor he's got. Will also be ordering a new OEM furnace control board.
For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. As I was talking to the customer, he mentioned he was interested in a compressor saver, I presented the compressor saver and customer approved. Compressor saver was added to the system, and tests were shown to the customer. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day!
Informed customer on breaker situation and that she could order the breakers for free and call us back and we could come back to swap it out so quoted customer to do that and customer will call back as soon as breakers come in
On this job I looked at a 30 year old rudd system. System has many concerns and she's just not in a position to have anything done. Inside unit walls are extremely dirty and weak blower is sucking them in. The system has a weak blower cap. The system makes a loud humming noise coming from the inside unit. Out side unit is a r22 system slightly low on r22
Completed tune-ups on both systems. Indoor unit: UV light is out of tolerance—recommend bulb replacement to maintain IAQ. Outdoor unit: high inrush current on compressor start; reviewed hard/soft-start options. Homeowner plans to consider a soft-start install next month due to its benefits.
During the heating tune-up iPhone to main issue first there was a dust buildup on the planet which would recommend giving up for better air quality and efficiency second there was no float switch or drink switch on the drain line which is important for safety to prevent overflow issues explaining the importance of adding one to the homeowner and while they are not ready to proceed right now, they understand why it's recommended. Thank you for choosing comfort expert, have a great day!
