Jake was friendly, efficient, and helpful. My fuse box had 4 bad breakers. He explained it was a fault with the box itself, and covered by warranty. He gave me all the detailed information for getting free replacement breakers, and will come back out to replace them all once they arrive. I had a breaker go out previously, and fixed by another electrician. They never mentioned the warranty coverage, and I paid more for that one breaker replacement than all 4 will cost thanks to Jake’s honesty, and integrity. How often do you truly see someone go above and beyond like that?

For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. When I was doing my inspections, on the outside condenser the dual run capacitor was out of tolerance, I recommended the replacement of the capacitor and explained the warranty on it, customer approved and capacitor was replaced. In addition, systems compressor was amping high, a Micro air soft start or a hard start were recommended, customer made that decision to add a soft start, this was installed and results were shown to customer. Came to house for shed and lights in master bathroom not working and ended up finding a damaged junction in the attic and no box so fixed it and put it in a box and everything is working as it should be and explain to customer that it happened again to call us back out and we will be there to fix it but should not ever happen again

Today I showed up to complete the recwork of installing a new toilet in the back bedroom bathroom the flange itself underneath the toilet was fine however the floor was unlevel likely due to previous flooding regardless the installation went through without a hitch everything is stable and sealed customer asked about fixing or replacing a ceiling fan left a couple of estimates for this and the homeowner said he would try to call back within the 30-day window thank you for choosing comfort experts!
On this job I looked at both heating and cooling. The system has a 11 subcool and a 33 superheat. After checking airflow and filter the system still didn't correct. They a txv issue at this point. The duct system is also very dirty and need to be cleaned. Fan motor is also wore out Rather make any more further repairs he wants to talk system replacement this Friday at 10 am sharp

Today I discovered the system hpco 3 times. System was slightly over charged and it showed pretty quick in heating. I recovered and corrected the charge. System is now back online and ready for work. He's duct work on the return side is caked and needs cleaning. Uv bulb is out Wants to talk about upgrades. I'm also coming back on Saturday feb 14th first call to install iaq300

Came out to service HVAC system, tested heater and AC, found the filter extremely dirty due to the return duct falling off the plenum and not duct seal. Check burners and all electrical components in the furnace, cleaned out the drain line. Turn system over to AC, outdoor condenser coil was extremely dirty and I washed it very thoroughly, system had a soft start kit. Checked capacitor and all electrical components and check refrigerant. Tested unit operations system works fine at this time. Homeowner approved duct sealing the whole house. I then reconnected the duct to the return plenum, duct sealed all connections in the attic on all plenums, coil, and air boxes. I then grill sealed all supply air vents in the house. H/O payed $500 and the remaining balance is financed.
For this job, I worked on some recommended work for this gas furnace system. Limit switch and fan motor where replaced. Both items were tested and system was running again. After a couple tests, system started being faulty again, tested for voltage on gas valves, and I had 2.8v. Control Board for furnace has been ordered for the same downstairs unit. Showed up for a follow-up visit thought we were going to put together a materials list for the solution chosen upon arrival we realized that the actual issue had yet to be identified therefore the solution is unclear at this time and the homeowner had the hot water turned off so there was no way to use thermal and I do not have other slab leak diagnostic equipment on my van we are turning this over to one of the other plumbers that does have this equipment to come take a look I advised the homeowner that there may be a diagnostic fee for locating the issue depending on how difficult it is pausing this call for dispatch to send the other technician
Came out for a complimentary plumbing evaluation customer has chosen to replace the existing toilet I am pausing this call so we can reschedule the install for Wednesday the 11th first call

On this job I discovered the reason for her air misbalance is because some rooms and areas are not being prioritized properly. She has an extreme lack of insulation and outdated system that is falling apart. After talking with her she want to talk about system replacement along with duct work and insulation.
