Came to house to do electrical inspection and house actually look really good how to remain grounding system as well as panel looked really neat all connections were tight and right size as well as having GFCI protection in the entire house everywhere it was needed outside garage bathrooms and in the kitchen as well as we did just swap out all the smoke detectors to brand new ones customer has search protection on an AC and furnace so talk to customer about adding a surge protector to their panel to then protect all the plugs and equipment inside of their house and customer was definitely on board for it so have it scheduled to come back out on Friday but we need to call them at around noon 12:00 pm to to check with them and see if Friday is still good and if it is okay for me to come at that time

For this job, I arrived for a cooling tune-up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. When going through the unit I noticed that compressor was amping high, I went on and tested the capacitor and noticed that it was really low. Customer was offered replacement, I explained to the customer that getting a membership would covered him, and would get him savings of 20%, I explained that with the membership he would get lifetime warranty on any part that he buys, he gets two free service calls, and on top of that he get access to plumbers and electricians. Customer believed it was beneficial and he purchased a capacitor and a membership. Customer also schedule to get a plumber for tomorrow afternoon to come check his water heater. Will be coming back out here Wednesday in the afternoon to do electrical inspection on house well I was here gave a quote to swap out a bunch of smoke detectors and customer did want to do that so I went and picked up smoke detectors and came back and swap them all out as well as customer did sign up for a membership as well so informed her them on everything that comes with the membership But customer does have an HVAC company already so does not want HVAC guys to come out and they did just have a plumber come out and do an inspection but would still like to have that on there but would like to have us come back to do the electrical inspection on Wednesday afternoon

Came to house to do electrical inspection and everything looked really good straightened out a plug that we had installed a while ago at her house also looked at a fan not doing what it's supposed to from the remote and found out it is a bad transmitter so talk to customer about replacing that and gave her a quote to come back and replace a customer provided one as well as talking about search protection but we have already talked to her about that and she's not interested in it at the moment

For this job I did an evaluation. Indoor was running and outdoor was not. Found that unit was not receiving high voltage. Checked the house panel and found the breaker tripped. Reset breaker and unit came on. Unit remained functional without any further concerns. Recommend panstrip for upcoming months to keep drain clear and replacing the breaker as it has been tripped. Declined work for today, system cooling when I left.

For this job I did an evaluation. Condensation from coil is dripping onto filter. Upflow without vent on drain line. Let homeowner know this can cause water to be held in system and the only other cause would be the coil not feeding water to the pan properly. Homeowner opted to fixing drain line concern to see if that resolves the issue. Went over benefits of H&B. Made repair and system was in auto when I left.

Adding on, customer was informed about biological growth in his unit, our options of UV systems were and custer approved for a IAQ200, UV system was added to customers unit. Toda6 on this job I discovered a bad fan motor a high in rush compressor and a burn out contactor. The system is still running but not running smooth at all. He wants to take some time to think about system replacement.

Came out for an evaluation found a blown capacitor replaced it verified a good temperature split system is running and cooling as it should also discussed options about putting a soft start device on the condensing unit to provide longevity of the compressor and allow them to use their solar to power the HVAC system entirely after they get their battery installed

Eval- arrived to indoor running fine but the outdoor, only the fan was running, not the compressor; measured capacitor and it was dead on Herm side replaced Capacitor and system kicked on System is running now, thank you for choosing comfort experts, have a great day

I didn't know cracks and deterioration on the duct sealant on the supply and return ducts. I recommended resealing them due to condition and air leakage shown with thermal imaging. Came to house to do electrical inspection and did that and customer ID if I projection everywhere that was needed everything was working customer was having issues with shower faucet dripping but got it to stop dripping but told her to reach back out to us if it does it again or has any more issues but other than that house look good had everything that it needed but a surge protector so talk to customer about getting that on there to bring her house of and protect all of it to also help with selling of the house we've also done an AC and a furnace swap recently which was also something that will help out with her house sell

Today on this job I added a soft start and defrost control 🎛️. I fixed the burnt out wires as well. System is now working.
