Came back and replaced the customer's blower motor and set it for the highest speed setting. After doing so we gauged up or the system had a 16° superheat and a 14⁰ SC. overall it seems like the system is functioning exactly how it should.

I have completed my electrical inspection and the panel looks great but it does need some blank inserts as there are two pretty large holes due to the knockouts not being used other than that everything in there looked great GFCI are present and functional
Found brand new coil on brand new install leaking Ryan is going to order a new coil added free onto system so customer would have cooling unit working now until we change up warranty evaporator coil on new system
2015 Goodman Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Drain was clear and draining at this time Changed Customer provided filter Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable UV system was functional Lamp is past replacement date 2015 Goodman Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacture range Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Waxed the top of the unit Recommended replacement of UV Lamp and installing unit surge protection
Switch to fan in living room was flopped and customer just got confused on it but everything is fixed and customer is very satisfied with Tyler and I and very happy
7/27/25 New install recall found unit low on freon weld's not good Will need to return tomorrow to fix welds
Electrical to HVAC AC IS DOWN MOST LIKELY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BOTH FURNACE AND CONDENSER Tomorrow after 5
Today we showed up for a complimentary plumbing estimate set by another trade. Upon arrival it is a single hand kitchen faucet with a spray hose and it is leaking underneath the seal and the cartridge. The set screw has so much corrosion buildup that it will not come out. The garbage disposal underneath has also not worked for some time now. I would recommend getting both replaced so that you have to and working products. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Came to house for electrical tune up everything seemed great except had a broken switch in the bathroom two lights weren't working but was just lightbulbs customer also stated she had was having issues with kitchen faucet pouring water Out at the handle piece so got that set up for today and talk to the customer about replacing switch and also adding surge protection
Came out on red tag. Spoke with inspector over phone and he told me what to do to pass inspection. Dropped T&P into pan with air gap and dropped pan drain to floor. Sent pictures to inspector showing code upgrades

Upon technicians arrival technician started in the attic at the furnace where technician found everything to be working properly technician checked deltas and found only at 8° split technician then headed outside where he found oil all over the condenser technician did a courtesy leak detection test and found a leak in the bottom of the condenser technician has a comfort advisor coming out from 3:00 to 6:00 today to talk to homeowner system does not have a manufacturer warranty and is a good man
7/13/25 I got here a little early knocked got no answer. left to get gas came back and still no answer
Tech found that the system was low tech looked for leak and didn't find a leak in system system is up are running in cool mode at this time
Unable to find exact point of refrigerant leak but found some oil spots on evaporator coil. Gave customer pricing on coils and refrigerant. System does not have manufacture warranty according to Goodman warranty look up.
Arrived to no cool. American standard heat pump with air handler installed in 2018. Power was not passing through the primary electrical control. 45mfd auxit motor start was reading 41mfd. Replaced primary and auxiliary motor starts and added a compressor saver. Performed function check. System operating normally at time of departure.
7/2/25 Upon arrival tech had found the board that Bosch has sent wasn't the correct board tech has parts department calling Bosch to get the correct board here as fast as possible
Sink drain was blocking condensate drain. Fixed issues and poured gallon of water down with no issues. Left system in cool mode
Arrived to system working intermittently. Customer said the system stopped cooling and they shut it off and it started working about an hour later. System stopped cooling due to a tripped drain switch. Cleared drain and poured a gallon of water down the drain to ensure it was clear. Performed function check of system in low stage and high stage cooling. System running and cooling the home upon departure.
Upon arrival tech found that the board had tripped the breaker tech also found that water was getting in the panel tech has parts department looking for the boards availability tech is pausing job for now
