He was not qualified to give the quote we needed. but he did a good job showing what he found and scheduling an engineer to give us a quote.

I have water dripping from my AC unit. The technician took five minutes to look at the puddle and check for a connection under the bathroom sink. He did not even go up in my crawl space to assess the AC unit itself. He told me it’s PROBABLY a clog further down in the pluming, backing up into the unit, and that I needed to call a plumber instead. After that “expert advice,” he had the GALL to charge me a $49 service fee for coming out, and told me I should be thankful I had a coupon so that it wasn’t more! I chose this provider because both my father and brother had full unit replacements with this provider and maintain service contracts with them. We’re now questioning if that level of hardware replacement was necessary for them. I guess all three of us will be going elsewhere from here out for our HVAC needs.

Estimate accepted to hang and move a couple different fixtures. PLEASE SCHEDULE WORK FOR FIRST APOINTMENT THURSDAY MARCH 6TH. 6 HOURS. CUSTOMER NEEDS TO BUY FIXTURES IN THE MEAN TIME. Customer son tried to repair faucet stripped out set screws explained to customer faucet could not be repaired without removing set screws gave estimates for replacement of valve and angle stops they are flare customer is collecting prices plumbing company was here when I arrived
Arrived at customers house for system down Upon arrival supply vents putting out 80 degree air but no air flow Fan on indoor unit not running loose connection after fixing the connection fan runs and unit is heating 105 degree air out supply vent

Today I came out and performed a duct cleaning I cleaned every vent and duct I also made sure I picked up and vacuumed all my trash I asked if the customer had any questions as well
Pausing call, customer paid via financing. Please call to schedule duct cleaning, April aire filter upgrade and iaq 200 already installed. On arrival system running and heating in emergency heat. Switched to normal heating mode and heat pump produced an 18 degree delta and the suction line temp was 122 with outdoor ambient temp at 32 at time of maintenance. Indoor unit dusty, I recommended an April aire filter upgrade and a duct cleaning to address this. Installed iaq 200 to replace old burned out uv system. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. System running and heating as I left.
Install hz 36k heat pump keep current filtration and uv system, new thermostat wire to outdoor unit with code kit
Evaluation on 2019 Lennox air handler customer states that unit cycles on and off more than she would like especially when it's cold out side and that her electricity bill is high. checked componenets heat strips and system operation the unit is working properly 15 KW heat strip kit is warming the house quickly and cycling off and when it's cold out the temp drops fairly quick and the unit cycles back on. Recommend upgrade to heat pump. Comfort advisor 1/15/25 today 3-5
Arrived onsite customer directed me to the back of home where he had a hose bibb leaking. Went ahead and replaced the hose bibb in backyard. Tested after repairs were Made everything working properly.
Tech talked to homeowner and headed to the attic tech found biological growth in the system tech showed homeowner tech then moved to condenser where everything looked and is working up to techs standards

Performed plumbing tune up. Put draft diveter on water heater. It was not installed when water heater was. This heater was installed by others. No warranty on water heater or vent
Arrived at customers house for heat tune up Compressor on upstairs unit over amping All other components working in manufacturers spec Recommended Compressor saver Recommended anti microbial mist for biogrowth Recommended membership Customers card coming via mail Customer approached van after heat tune up want me to set HVAC ca to come by Monday to talk about new unit Customer is about to have a child and wants to insure unit runs and get rid of biogrowth so as to not effect the baby's health
Arrived to no heat. Found the inducer motor to be seized due to rust and debris. Cleaned out debris from inducer motor housing and was able to get the inducer wheel to spin with some resistance. Put system back together and performed a function check. Inducer motor is amping very high due to resistance from the corrosion but it is working and heating the home. Inducer motor still needs to be replaced. Customer refused repairs at this time.

Toilet tank was full of sediment, full valve was no longer working properly and supply line was extremely stopped up. Ram water into a bucket to clear out any more sediment. After going thru his heating system i found a high inrush and and dirty return ducts. The system could use an easy start to help with inrush amps and give the system some longevity. Also the cap 70 is ready 66 and should be replaced. The system could also use a duct cleaning. After talking it over he wants to give us a call back after talking with family. This is his parents house.
Customer states that last night the air handler started making a loud “squeaking noise”. Technician checked the blower motor, blower wheel, and heat strips and everything was within tolerance. Could not make the system make any noise. Performed function check in heating, cooling and emergency heating. System is running normally at this time.
Goodman air handler installed in 2007 with Rheen heat pump installed in 2010. PSC blower motor capacitor is weak and needs to be replaced. Evaporator is showing heavy corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Comfort advisor is scheduled to meet with customer on Thursday morning regarding a while home generator. Customer refused repairs today on the blower motor capacitor.
