I have water dripping from my AC unit. The technician took five minutes to look at the puddle and check for a connection under the bathroom sink. He did not even go up in my crawl space to assess the AC unit itself. He told me it’s PROBABLY a clog further down in the pluming, backing up into the unit, and that I needed to call a plumber instead. After that “expert advice,” he had the GALL to charge me a $49 service fee for coming out, and told me I should be thankful I had a coupon so that it wasn’t more! I chose this provider because both my father and brother had full unit replacements with this provider and maintain service contracts with them. We’re now questioning if that level of hardware replacement was necessary for them. I guess all three of us will be going elsewhere from here out for our HVAC needs.

Tech checked all electrical connections the system is working properly this system was just installed. The uv lamp is working properly. Refrigerant levels are good. Deltas are good tech washed and waxed unit Homeowner changed to star lv3
Upon arrival Customer stated indoor wasnworking but outdoor unit would not run and only buzz. During evaluation found Dual run cap had failed and system was out on locked rotor. Replaced 45/5 dual run cap and ran system check. Left system in cool mode
Customer was concerned that the sump pump was running constantly. Technician found that a partial blockage in the exit line of the sump pump was preventing it from draining properly. Quickly cleared the line and performed function check. System operating properly upon departure.
Tune up on. 2014 Goodman heat pump checked all components and operation of equipment filter needs to be changed refrigerant charge is good washed outdoor heat pump uv light needs to be updated compressor is not protected and outdoor fan motor is showing signs of over heating.

I have checked the solar, the electrical panel, looked over the water heater and AC as well as check the outlets on the inside and everything is looking good
Customer wants to move heater downstairs to garage and wants to see about financing
For this super tune-up I inspected the customers air handler and condenser. There is no water safety on the system so the customer runs the risk of water damage caused from a clog within the primary drain line. I had the customer sign and acknowledge the drain form that if there is a clog and damage caused from it, we are not liable. The dual run capacitor on the condenser is out of tolerance and needs to be replaced, if it fails the customer will be left without air conditioning or heat when it fails.
For this super tune-up I inspected the customer's air handler and condenser. The primary drain line is clogged and not draining, and the customer was willing to clear it himself. There is no water safety on the primary drain line, but there is one on the secondary drain pan however it is not working when tripped. Refrigerant levels and Delta T were good, and heat strips were pulling appropriate amp draws. The customers insulation is measuring at a 12 r-value, with only about 5 inches in the attic. Code nowadays is a minimum of 14 inches of insulation. Please schedule Zak to come out and do an Air Quality evaluation, as well as schedule Shaun to come out and inspect, as the water heater in the attic is slowly leaking.
I have installed a new GFCI breaker customer supplied
Came to job for electrical inspection and customer A plug not working and started to fix it And customer thought it was free But everything's done gave him quotes to come back and change out 2 plugs
Checked water heater elements and t-stats on both water heater. When valve is turned off water still runs in home. Gave repair/replace estimates on water heaters and shower valves. Customer declined work at this time. He will call water heater manufacturer to check parts warranty and have us return to install
Both the plumber and I will come out on Tuesday, I will be installing a customer supplied GFCI breaker and the home owner would like to get his water heaters checked out
On arrival system running and cooling. Filter was extremely dirty, evaporator coil is also excessively clogged impacting the blower motor and the overall performance of the system. Uv bulb on uv system burnt out. Recommended replacing evap coil or doing a level six coil cut and clean. Also recommended replacing uv bulb or upgrading to iaq 200 uvc system.
Customer called for lack of hot water, as I was replacing bottom, element I noticed leak from water heater tank. I informed customer the heater needed to be replaced and will send estimate.

Had to remove some of the wall at the back where faucet was to remove completely. Replaced frost proof and filled in hole. Also replaced shut off valve inside wall and supply line going to lavatory faucet in back bathroom.
