During this visit I looked at the cooling side of the system. At 1st the clogged filter was negatively I'm packing my pressure. After removal it normalized. TD is 20 subcool is 10 System could use an easy start. Also house water pressure is terrible. Needs to see plumber. Could not wash system because of this issue.

for this job, I did a cooling tuneup. Filters hadn’t been changed. Went ahead and changed them today. Capacitor on the air handler was out of tolerance, replaced today. Primary drain line was clogged and had no safety device. Cleared the line and added a water safety. Outdoor unit Refrigerant levels were good. In rush was a tad high, so I suggested an easy start. Washed out the condenser completed. All repairs unit was cooling when I left.

For this super tune-up we inspected the customer's furnace and condenser, all equipment was measuring at the manufacturer specs and running well. We recommended adding a heart start kit to the condenser as the compressor was close to overamping on startup. Initially recommend a duct cleaning to help with indoor air quality and a whole home surge protector to protect all the electronics within the home from power surges for lightning strikes.

Pricing on this estimate is to install a new toilet in the master bathroom. The existing toilet has significant corrosion to both the fill valve and flapper. The handle has corroded away and the toilet will not flush. Comfort Experts will order and deliver any materials needed to complete the toilet installation. Upon arrival customer stated that the system was running for long periods of time and it was humid in the house. During evaluation found that the system has a small return leak. Repaired return leak, and found that the fan setting at the thermostat was set to on causing the air to recollect the moisture on the coil. Fixed issues and left system in cooling

Upon arrival tech talked to home owner tech found that after a power outage she heard a loud ear piercing noise tech was unable to find anything to make the noise there is a alarm system in the house that home owner said it was no longer in use. Tech believes the noise came from that there is no indication at this time that the noise came from the water heater or air handler. Upon arrival Customer stated indoor wasnworking but outdoor unit would not run and only buzz. During evaluation found Dual run cap had failed and system was out on locked rotor. Replaced 45/5 dual run cap and ran system check. Left system in cool mode

Customer was concerned that the sump pump was running constantly. Technician found that a partial blockage in the exit line of the sump pump was preventing it from draining properly. Quickly cleared the line and performed function check. System operating properly upon departure.

Tune up on. 2014 Goodman heat pump checked all components and operation of equipment filter needs to be changed refrigerant charge is good washed outdoor heat pump uv light needs to be updated compressor is not protected and outdoor fan motor is showing signs of over heating.
