Thermorstat and Parts installation
Ryan Schmuhl arrived shortly after receiving the text message update. Part was installed fairly quickly. The thermostat was programed and given a walk through on how to operate. Ian was a true blessing today! Im a New homeowner and only been in my home since April. So it was a huge surprise that i was having issues with my toilet backing up into my tub! Recently I had a great referral from Angies list and decided to do the same to find a plumber. Comfort experts were the first to call and Rebecca was extremely helpful in setting appointment. Within the hour I had a knock on my door and was greeted by Ian and his personable smile! Although I was hesitant to proceed after the quote Ian assured me that he was knowledgeable and his integrity spoke volumes! For the job, I worked on a heating tune-up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Refrigerant levels looked great and systems Delta was on point.
Adding on, in the outside condenser I found the capacitor out of tolerance and replace it with no charge because customer was under parts and labor warranty.
In the indoor unit, customer had a bad UV bulb, a replacement bulb was offered but customer rejected because of the holidays. Customer mentioned that he will get it replaced the spring when we come out here again.

2. Future new system plans and termination of 6inch.
3. mini split option for 300 sq ft
Rather then make repairs and install exhaust fan in 6 inch that will be terminated later he would like to discuss mini split install.
Long run benifit.
Not using using 5 ton unit to heat/cool 300 sq ft . This will be a standby system only used when necessary. Saving 25 to 30 amps upon usage rather then 4 to 8 amps on high seer mini split 120v.

Arrived to replace UV bulbs per prior work order. After diagnosing, found the UV system itself (power supply/ballast/assembly) had failed, not just the bulbs. Replaced the entire UV system under warranty coverage, then verified operation (lamp illuminated/indicator OK). System is operating properly after replacement.

For this job, I arrived on a system not working. After doing my inspection, I found a popped 3 amp fuse in the air handler. I replaced the 3 amp fuse and tested the unit, unit came right on and didn't pop the fuse no more. I still managed to do all the necessary tests to make sure that there was no real low voltage issue. As a result, I found the pressure switch wires rubbed out.
System was left running and better than ever, customer was informed about his system having a bad capacitor and a bad compressor saver kit, customer didn't want to do anything about it and mentioned he will think about it and also about signing up for our membership. I notified the customer that he will get the recommended things and his email and that he can just call the office to sign up for the membership.
