Jonathan came by for our winter check up of our heat/air unit. He was on time and introduced himself when I opened the door. Showed him where the unit and thermostat were and he went to work. On occasions he would stop and point out things, explain the need for continued maintenance over time and at the end pointed out their upgrade service plan with all of the benefits that come with it. Jonathan was thorough and very knowledgeable about what was needed to service our unit and made sure that I understood what was needed and to contact them if anything should arise in the future. Great guy, good work and we’re very pleased with his professionalism.
Thanks for great service again!
Zack was awesome !!! He knows his HVAC!!!
Michael M. Helped diagnose and troubeshoot a resolution to get it working again. Thank you for giving AC again.
Your technician was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of the situation quickly. He took the time to assure me that everything was okay when he left. At my age that was most appreciated.
Tyler, our plumber, was knowledgeable and most helpful in explaining what would be involved in my plumbing repair. He came and quoted my repair costs. I will be using him.
Very good explanation detail. Thank you Tyler explanation detail a lot of things good to know. If anyone don’t know about your own house plumbing. Should used tyler service will detail explained so you can prepare in case situations will happen. At least you know the problem. 👍👍👍. Thanks tyler again
Arrived timely. Worked efficiently and provided a clear description of the conditions of my units. Not a hard sell type of guy. He let the facts speak for themselves. Highly recommend.
Mike Robles and his helper were awesome. they took the time to show me what they found and recommendations on how to make my unit work more efficiently. I really appreciate the expertise and knowledge they had. I also appreciate they knew how to explain it in terms that someone without the AC knowledge can understand. Thank you!!
Blake Bates did a great job. Friendly, prompt, honest, and a great problem solver.
Aaron did great job
Diego did a great job
Blake did an awesome job. Thank you!!!! Technicians are alway friendly and knowledgeable!!
Looking forward to getting our duct issue solved. Joe was professional and knowledgeable.
Colby is great at making sure we fully understand everything he does when performing maintenance on our system. Thank you!
Diego and Mark were our service technicians, and they did an excellent job of cleaning and inspecting our furnace and condenser. They were thorough and professional.
Blake is our go to tech for any of our heating and a/c issues. Blake is always on time, super reliable, very friendly and explains everything in simple easy terms.
Mark is a great service technician. He was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Mark evaluated the problems and concerns of both our plumbing and water heater systems. Mark found that there was a great need for a replacement to our hot water heater system. Showed me the things that were faulty and offered fix options. Decided to upgrade our system. Mark gave us three options to review. Considered two of the three. Chose the one that best suited our needs. After working up a breakdown of the costs, Mark explained the needed repairs and the cost of each stage including installation, parts and labor. I agreed with the work and the cost involved and Mark scheduled a quick turnaround time to get it done. We have used Comfort Experts for our heating/AC needs for 14 years now and have never had an issue and all of the technicians have been top notch. I’m sure you can get a cheaper price from one of their competitors, but service, reliability and quality will not come from saving a few bucks.
Diego was very professional. Diagnosed the issue quickly.
Blake has serviced our units before. As always, he is prompt, polite, and provides an excellent evaluation. He doesn't push repairs that are unneeded. He does keep us informed as to the status and condition of our units and gives us an expectation of what repairs will become so and a ballpark of how far out the needed repairs will occur.
Blake was very thorough and took the time to explain to a non AC expert what was needed. Thank you Blake!
Blake completed the annual check and inspection for our heater and a/c unit. He was very thorough and informative. Comfort Experts is fortunate to have him in their employment.

Showed up to look at a gas tanked water heater and listen to the noise while it runs provided estimate for Water Heater replacement as well as a water softener should the homeowner decide to go that route they can call us back at a later date also discussed membership conversion and left information for the new home and budget protection plan
For this evaluation the upstairs system was no longer cooling and the thermostat was showing error code 176, there was a communication issue from the thermostat to the condenser. I looked up how to fix the issue and Trane's instructions were to reset the system by unplugging the board and turning off high voltage. I did that and waited 30 seconds. After the wait the system came on and the fault cleared. I left with the system cooling.
For this tune up I inspected the customer upstairs and downstairs furnace and condensers. All equipment was measuring within manufacturer's specs and running well. Customer wants to build out and discuss pricing for a whole home backup generator, and also have Jerred come out to inspect the water heater and the hard water from the city, and see what can be done for that.
Quoted a level 4 24k, 42k, and 48k gas horizontal systems for $52,397 after $3,400 discount
Customer not home and couldn’t get ahold of by phone. Replaced downstairs gas valve, system heat operational, installed iaq200 in master bedroom system
Came out for an evaluation on a 13-year-old gas furnace system that was not providing heat due to a failed gas valve homeowner has opted to replace this part we will have to order it not sure on the lead time due to it being Sunday and supply houses being closed homeowner has also opted to replace/upgrade their UV system for the master bedroom unit we will return to install this as well Free consultation with a comfort advisor to discuss options for replacing all three units is set for Friday March 28th 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Performed whole home inspection bathrooms are newly remodeled water heater is 3 yrs old offered estimates for filtration and softening
On arrival system was set to fan on and not running. It produced 660 cfm. Once system was set to run in heat mode it produced 1640 cfm and had very good airflow. All ducts are attached and whole. One back bedroom and bathroom is getting less airflow. Customer shared with me that this was a previous problem before the new system but were told it would be fixed with new system. I recommended redesigning the duct work as a guaranteed solution, or adding a new supply duct to the back bedroom as a not guaranteed but likely effective solution.
Today I performed a heating tune-up on a 4 year old gas furnace system check everything top to bottom verified the amperage on the inducer draft motor as well as the temperature split across the unit dumped white vinegar down the drain line and performed a carbon monoxide test that red zero homeowner did not have a new filter for me to replace today however they are aware that it needs to be changed I found no issues with the safety reliability or efficiency of the unit that being said we did discuss a couple of options for upgrades as well as the potential for a plumber to come out and flush their hot water heater we also discussed our new home and budget protection plan homeowner would like to discuss things with his wife and I will follow up with him in a few days thank you for choosing comfort experts!
On this visit the home owner was complaining the outside system was making a loud noise. Come to find out it was just a stick in the way of the fan. Blade. The fan blade is not damaged and system is in good health. Subcool is 8° flirter is clean. We also talked a little bit about an easy start. He wants to do some research before buying
