Called on a Sunday due to heater not working. Scheduling was easy, notification on technician was great, provided text when the technician was on the way. Mark was awsome, checked everything. Unfortunate for me the problem was the ducting was torn up by feral cats. Mark scheduled one of their engineers to come out to do an apprasal and quote. Very satisfied with service and information. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again when the need arises.

Comfort Experts is my go to air-conditioning People. They provide maintenance service on my system twice a year. Their service technicians have been excellent. They are experienced professional, and very knowledgeable and appear to be well trained They perform minimal and necessary improvements to my system in order to extend its life. I'm going on 15 years with the current system and anticipate what will last another 10 years as long as they keep it properly maintained. Alonso was out last week for my annual inspection. He was very professional and cordial. He found that one of my air supply tubes and come loose and I was cooling my attic needless to say that was wasting quite a bit of money. I had him order the part and he came out this afternoon and installed it for me. He was again very cordial and professional.
Alex and his helper came early and stayed late to insure our new HVAC system was installed properly and running correctly. Both men were courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. In spite of Murphey's law glitches they worked tirelessly to get our system up and running correctly. Nathaniel was wonderful! He came out to fix light on my flag pole. Explained everything clearly to me. And went the extra mile by explaining GFCI operation, and make Christmas lights work! All the while being patient with this old lady! He is an outstanding employee! So thankful for all he did!
Danny was exceptional to work with today. He explained all the concepts where they were easy to understand. He also took the time to show me where the underlying issues were within my system. Jonathan came by for our winter check up of our heat/air unit. He was on time and introduced himself when I opened the door.
Showed him where the unit and thermostat were and he went to work. On occasions he would stop and point out things, explain the need for continued maintenance over time and at the end pointed out their upgrade service plan with all of the benefits that come with it.
Jonathan was thorough and very knowledgeable about what was needed to service our unit and made sure that I understood what was needed and to contact them if anything should arise in the future.

Mark is a great service technician. He was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Mark evaluated the problems and concerns of both our plumbing and water heater systems.
Mark found that there was a great need for a replacement to our hot water heater system. Showed me the things that were faulty and offered fix options.
Decided to upgrade our system. Mark gave us three options to review. Considered two of the three. Chose the one that best suited our needs. After working up a breakdown of the costs, Mark explained the needed repairs and the cost of each stage including installation, parts and labor. I agreed with the work and the cost involved and Mark scheduled a quick turnaround time to get it done.
We have used Comfort Experts for our heating/AC needs for 14 years now and have never had an issue and all of the technicians have been top notch. I’m sure you can get a cheaper price from one of their competitors, but service, reliability and quality will not come from saving a few bucks.

Different solutions were offered to the customer and customer was not able to make a decision today. For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Filter was changed and outside unit was washed. Customers showed interest on getting a duct cleaning, I presented to them our two options and the benefits each one has. Customers approved for a duct cleaning 2, for their coil, blower, ducts and for the antimicrobial to be added to the ducts.
Customers want to be called by the office tomorrow for them to schedule the work to be done, they will see today when the job can be done.
