After contacting several other plumbers who wouldn’t be able to get me taken care of until the weekend, I got a recommendation to try Comfort Experts. Within a couple hours they had Daniel H on the way. I received a message when he was on the way and when to expect him, with a picture to know who was coming. He arrived promptly and was friendly. Got to work on my water leak and had it taken care of quickly. He was very respectful and even talked with my son about what he was doing and explained things to him as he went. My kiddo was super excited to be included in seeing what happened and how it was fixed. Awesome service, great plumber. Will absolutely recommend and will use again if more issues arise in the future.
After several other plumbers were booked out into the weekend I contacted Comfort Experts on Shantel’s recommendation. She was super sweet, made things quick and was able to get me a plumber sent out within a couple hours. After he left, she called to follow up about my experience and made sure everything was done right. Awesome customer service. Will recommend Comfort Experts and absolutely will use again if I run into another problem.
Dennis fixed the problem and stayed to make sure nothing else went wrong explained the problem and answered with politeness.
He was quick to replace a defective float switch and verify proper operation.
Daniel H. is great. He is always informative and shows me what the issue is. It's difficult to find trustworthy people these days but I'm glad to say I have in him and Comfort Experts. Happy to use them for all of our properties.

Mark came in and went through our old system with a fine tooth comb. Mark understood what the system needed to keep it in good working order. He knew the short cuts the previous owners had taken and how to fix them. I appreciate his professional attitude as well as his customer approach to be polite and to keep his customers happy. Arrived onsite and replaced water heater located in utility room closet area. Tested after installation everything working properly. Job financed through goodleap
Left estimate for some repairs wanted, customer more looking for a company that does it all tile and everything for shower.
Arrived onsite and performed service plumbing inspection found some issues needing to be addressed. Left estimate for homeowner to get it done. Gave options to homeowner requested I follow up in a couple days and see 9/2/25 Need to schedule install for tomorrow morning will need helper on job Financed through goodleap
8/27/25 Came out for plumbing tune up. Call was confirmed but when I arrived, no one was home – rescheduling for future date
Found capacitor was comply dead. Replaced and got system running.
Water heater was popping loudly when got water is running. Gas valve was set to A . Lowered temp to get burner to shut off and made sure it was cycling on and off the way it should. Customer said water was scalding hot and they turned it down once already. They will keep an eye on the appliance and call back if problem persists We installed this heater in March of this year Working as it should at this time
Upon arrival tech found that coil was freezing up tech found that it was less than an ounce shy tech talked to home owner
Upon arrival system was completely frozen. Thawed system and checked refrigerant levels, refrigerant are showing low. Found that the evaporator coil and blower wheel are extremely compacted with dust dirt and Biological growth. Recommended level 2 duct cleaning and level 2 filtration. Customer wants to talk with wife before making any repairs Left with system off per customer request as he stated he was going to try and tlclean the coil

Toilet we repaired a few weeks ago is running constantly. Pulled flushmate cartridge and inlet screen and cleaned out debris. This home has galvanized water lines. Rust is getting into screen and cutting the flow causing toilet to run constantly. Replaced supply and cleaned out all rust that we possibly can. I was able to get toilet working again but We cannot warranty this toilet unless galvanized is replaced. Eval fee will be added to next visit
System was installed in 2023 The air handler looks to be in good condition at this time blower is clean Evaporator is clean Drains are clear Heating elements are working properly Filter needs to be replaced homeowner doesn't have one at this time We did have issues with the delta split at 6 Condenser was installed in 2023 as well Refrigerant are off Technician told homeowner about it Technician also found system is having high inrush amps I'm on her does not wish to do anything to the system at this time
I have talked to the customer about getting the panel and such replaced but after some discussion on replacing it with a bit older panel currently on the property they hav decided to go with someone else
Turned hot water off to lavatory. Drain is leaking on this lav. Recommend repiping drains and water

Upon technicians arrival technician found that water was dripping from the return onto the floor technician also found rust on the bottom of the water heater in highly recommended a plumber to come out technician talk to homeowner as well as son about it technician recommended a duct cleaning level 1 as well as IQ homeowner decline I'm on an awesome decline having a plumber to come out and look at the water heater homeowner also declined for technician to do anything about the water on the bottom of the floor and said he will take care of it
Replace panel and add Sub box
Upon arrival found that the condenser fan motor would not spin and bearings were stuck. Replaced fan motor and checked refrigerant levels. Left system in cool mode
Tech found that the condenser is blocked up and choking the compressor the compressor is going out on a thermal overload. Tech has had the estimate sent to the homeowner technician was able to get a hold of husband husband is calling the office to pay for estimate The condenser coil is making the system go out on high pressure tech has to clean the system to make sure there is nothing else wrong with the system the compressor is running over manufacture ratings at this time
Upon arrival tech found that the system was turned off tech turned system back on and found that it was over charged tech got Refrigerant level levels up to technician standards there is a 17° split in the house. System is cooling at this time.
Upon technicians arrival tech found system had a clog in the main drain where system ties into the cast iron technician had a plumber come out and clear it technician found multiple things to address on the furnace there is not a reducer from a 5 in to a 4 in on the flue pipe technician also has Mark w coming out next Wednesday to do a electrical estimate for homeowner to get a game plan on what to do and what needs to be done system is cooling properly at this time
