After contacting several other plumbers who wouldn’t be able to get me taken care of until the weekend, I got a recommendation to try Comfort Experts. Within a couple hours they had Daniel H on the way. I received a message when he was on the way and when to expect him, with a picture to know who was coming. He arrived promptly and was friendly. Got to work on my water leak and had it taken care of quickly. He was very respectful and even talked with my son about what he was doing and explained things to him as he went. My kiddo was super excited to be included in seeing what happened and how it was fixed. Awesome service, great plumber. Will absolutely recommend and will use again if more issues arise in the future.
After several other plumbers were booked out into the weekend I contacted Comfort Experts on Shantel’s recommendation. She was super sweet, made things quick and was able to get me a plumber sent out within a couple hours. After he left, she called to follow up about my experience and made sure everything was done right. Awesome customer service. Will recommend Comfort Experts and absolutely will use again if I run into another problem.

For this job I provided the customer with an estimate to rework water lines feeding the water heater, and the hot lines feeding the residence.
Pricing on this estimate is to install a new toilet flex line on the toilet at the rear of the residence. The existing feed line hose has broken St the threaded connection, and will need to be replaced. Comfort Experts will remove the existing flex line and remove the broken section still connected to the toilet itself. We will then install the new flex line. Once completed we will test the toilet for leaks and proper functioning.
Installed new fill valve in front bathroom tested for leaks no leaks job complete
System is running properly at this time Itbus a 2007 unit the unit isn't as
6/9/25 Me and Mark will meet at this call at 7:45 in the morning to go over repair options
For this job I provided a complimentary estimate for a gas pressure test. Customer declined the estimate stating the price was too high.
Arrived to no cool on a Coleman inverter heat pump installed in 2017. Outdoor unit was giving me an 08 code meaning it had no communication with the rest on the system found a DIN style breaker on the inside of the cabinet that had tripped. Most likely cause of the fault was from the storm last night breaet breaker and observed the system for 30 minutes to ensure that the system was running properly.
Performed tune up on straight cool furnace r22. Filters need to be changed every 2 months. Checked blower motor and evaporator coil. Evaporator coil is rusty and refrigerant pressures are showing there is a leak in system. Has an 18 degree delta and is still cooling but has a coil saturated temp of below freezing. Let homeowner know about lack of insulation in attic. Checked all electrical indoor and out and everything is working the best it can due to age of equipment. Washed outdoor coil and pressure did not change. Recommendation are iaq to help with biological growth and fight virus. And a condenser refresh with new primary unit electrical control and motor starter and compressor saver. Also wants to rewire the house in the next year
Pricing on this estimate is to clear the drain line that is clogged, the line that is clogged supports the kitchen sink, dish washer, and the condensation drain. The line has access at a clean out at the back of the residence. This clean out is holding water, the stoppage is between this access point and the septic tank. Comfort Experts will use our sewer machine to access the drain line. We will make multiple passes with the sewer machine to break up the stoppage and flush it out. Once the stoppage has been removed we will test the system to ensure the stoppage has been removed.
5/17/25 Technician is pausing job for right now till Tuesday Justin and Hunter will be back out here

Upon technicians arrival technician found condenser to be in a 04 lockout meaning locked rotors the code technician found that the compressor saver was out and needed to be replaced technician a place compressor saver system kicked back on and started running normally technician make sure it was cooling everything is running up to technician standards at this time
Arrived to no cool. Customer says that previous technician believed the 120v outlet powering the furnace was bad. Customer said she pulled all plugs from the outlet to have it tested. The 24v transformer powering the UV system was bad but the outlet was fine. This technician plugged in the furnace and the system started up system was running and cooling upon departure. Customer would like to speak to Riley tomorrow regarding the new system estimate. Customer believes she shouldn't have to pay a service fee. Not technically a recall on previous technician. Pausing job until Riley speaks with the customer.

The refrigerant levels look a little off There wasn't a heat load on the house The deltas was at 14 Tech washed and waxed the condenser
Upon arrival technicians talked to homeowner and asked quesitons aswell as handing out questioneer sheet. Technicians grabbed tools and started in furnace inside home. Technician took readings of blower wheel in good range aswell as blower wheel looking in good condition, plenums in good condition evaporator coil clean, uv bulbs on and working, ozone system working aswell, customer asked for technicians to reset it, technicians then opened it up halfway and suggested running the fan all the time to avoid ozone smell from fan being off. Technicians also suggested if they did not want to have fan running all the time to try it circulate or we can add a relay to cycle on and off. Technicians then moved to condenser unit, took panels off and washed coil in and out aswell as taking leafs out of unit, hooked up gauges refrigerant levels in range, capacitor was a 35/5 tested at 32.2/5, swapped under P&L warranty informed homeowner about it aswell.
