Comfort Experts is my go to air-conditioning People. They provide maintenance service on my system twice a year. Their service technicians have been excellent. They are experienced professional, and very knowledgeable and appear to be well trained They perform minimal and necessary improvements to my system in order to extend its life. I'm going on 15 years with the current system and anticipate what will last another 10 years as long as they keep it properly maintained. They are very careful with the cost and keep the expenses to a minimum Which I greatly appreciate My technician today was Mike R Not only did he do an excellent job analyzing a few minor issues that could be easily fixed to extend a life of my unit. He was training a new technician Who eventually will become as proficient as he is.
Alonso was out last week for my annual inspection. He was very professional and cordial. He found that one of my air supply tubes and come loose and I was cooling my attic needless to say that was wasting quite a bit of money. I had him order the part and he came out this afternoon and installed it for me. He was again very cordial and professional.
Alex and his helper came early and stayed late to insure our new HVAC system was installed properly and running correctly. Both men were courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. In spite of Murphey's law glitches they worked tirelessly to get our system up and running correctly. I couldn't be happier with their service and strongly recommend this company and these technicians.
Just recently my Hvac tune up from Comfort Experts and had the pleasure of having Danny B. Perform the services! Danny was very thorough and answered any questions I had. Nathaniel was wonderful! He came out to fix light on my flag pole. Explained everything clearly to me. And went the extra mile by explaining GFCI operation, and make Christmas lights work! All the while being patient with this old lady! He is an outstanding employee! So thankful for all he did!
Danny was exceptional to work with today. He explained all the concepts where they were easy to understand. He also took the time to show me where the underlying issues were within my system. He took photos of each concern as well and was honest and transparent with pricing which is rare to see nowadays. Five stars! I will recommend to my friends as well.

After contacting several other plumbers who wouldn’t be able to get me taken care of until the weekend, I got a recommendation to try Comfort Experts. Within a couple hours they had Daniel H on the way. I received a message when he was on the way and when to expect him, with a picture to know who was coming.
He arrived promptly and was friendly. Got to work on my water leak and had it taken care of quickly. He was very respectful and even talked with my son about what he was doing and explained things to him as he went. My kiddo was super excited to be included in seeing what happened and how it was fixed. Awesome service, great plumber. Will absolutely recommend and will use again if more issues arise in the future.

12/4/25 Evaluated generator operation. Unit is producing normal power (216 VAC & 60.2 Hz) for its rating 208 VAC / 60 Hz. It is failing to initiate sequence to send generated power through its main relay to the utility transfer switch. I have equipment information and wiring diagram to do further diagnosis and research. Will follow up when next steps are determined.

Super tune up performed today on an Amana gas furnace with a straight cool condenser installed in 2018. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. X13 blower motor is acceptable. Gas burners, igniter, and gas valve are all working accordingly. Heat exchanger is acceptable. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range boutdoor unit was washed and waxed.

Generator maintenance performed today on a 24kw generac generator. Oil changed with a fully synthetic 5w30 motor oil. Oil filter, air filter and spark plugs were all changed. Valves are properly spaced. Performed function check. System running properly at this time.

Customer would like to speak to a comfort advisor regarding duct work. Duct system is undersized as original unit was a 2.5 ton and a 4 ton has been out in its place. Customer is available Monday evening from 5-7 pm.
Ducane gas furnace with straight cool condenser was installed last year. Coil has been freezing up since installed. Poor airflow across the coil is causing it to freeze. Customer wants to speak to a comfort advisor regarding redesigning duct work to improve air flow.
