Super tune up performed today on amana gas furnace installed inhe 2019. All electrical connections tight no corrosion, blower wheel and evaporator coil clean, air filter was changed, gas valve, burners and igniter are all functional, heat exchangor is acceptable, condenser fan and blower within spec, refrigerant levels within range, outdoor unit washed and waxed, UV system before was installed and bulb has expired and will send via email estimate.

1/30/26 Senior plumber will return to give estimates on replacing galvanized water lines Most of house is pex but previous plumber from other companies. Pex connects to galvanized lines under each faucet likely has rust or debris in the water line. Checked water meter and have recording water meter is not moving has no leaks. Zach w. And Mark w. Performed tune up. Check all electrical connections in furnace customer recently changed filter blower wheel has heavy dust and dirt buildup evaporator coil has heavy rust buildup on u-joints fan cap and compressor cap or within range primary electrical unit was acceptable system is 28 years old talked with customer about replacement of the unit customer stated he's had a bunch of medical issues come up and some damage to the home during the ice storm decided to have comfort adviser come out in 2 weeks to at least talk about pricing Comfort Advisor Visit set for 2/14/26 9-12 confirmed by office

We need to run a 30 amp breaker and wire to indoor unit to make the third set of heat strips work unit will work 90% of the time unless it is very very cold outside

Completed HTU. Found failed ignitor. Replaced ignitor and added senior citizens membership.

Heating tune up performed today on an Amana gas furnace with straight cool condenser installed in 2021. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. X13 blower motor is clean and working as it should. Evaporator coil is clean. Burners, gas valve and heat exchanger are all acceptable. Gas pressure is in range. All safeties are working properly. Air filter was changed. System operating properly at time of departure.

Found system operational upon arrival. Customer states, the blower motor will ramp down and back up within a few seconds of operation. Found a blower error code on the boards history. Ordering new blower motor under warranty

U Joints also have heavy rust build up and coul lead to future leaks of refrigerant Air handler cabin and duct system have heavy biological growth build up 2002 Trane Straight Cool Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run cap was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels are of at this time but the indoor build and poor airflow is most likely the cause, unable to find any leaks at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Compressor is starting with inrush amps over manufactured l

12/29/25 Came to job to give quote on repairing service that tree fell over and broke pole so we'll be coming back out tomorrow with Mark Watkins to do job customer has financed job and has been approved already

Unclogged main line ran camera removed stoppage does have a bad spot and bad cast please schedule for me and mark to return Monday complimentary camera locate and inspection Reran camera located lines gave estimates for full replacement of cast to bathrooms

12/5/25 Will need to return Tuesday 12-9-25 to get complete estimate made will need 2 camera with me and Zach

12/4/25 Evaluated generator operation. Unit is producing normal power (216 VAC & 60.2 Hz) for its rating 208 VAC / 60 Hz. It is failing to initiate sequence to send generated power through its main relay to the utility transfer switch. I have equipment information and wiring diagram to do further diagnosis and research. Will follow up when next steps are determined.

Found transformer and furnace control board were shorted. Talked with customer about repair and replacement. Don was here earlier in the day and gave him price on a new system.

Huffman was not present and I did try to call but I got no answer I have made the estimate and sent it to the email and I will be pausing the call as we are trying to get a hold of them and see if this is something that they would like to get scheduled or not
