Simple Answer: We always answer the phone, and come when you call to fix what needs fixed — and we stand behind our word and our work.
Plus you can count on getting a Certified AC Genius, Plumbing Genius, or Electrical Genius. Which means we don’t use “salesmen in disguise” or “selling techs,” like other home service companies. Instead we have our own training center to ensure you always get the honest expertise required to repair your problem right, right then and there.
I recently had Comfort Experts come out to inspect my AC unit, and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service and communication. Katie, who handled my scheduling, was excellent. She provided top-notch customer service, was upfront about pricing, and got me scheduled right away. The tracking system for the technician’s arrival was seamless and user-friendly, making the entire process stress-free. It’s clear that this company values communication, which is refreshing in an industry that often falls short in that regard. Katie even followed up the next business day to ensure everything went well—an extra touch that did not go unnoticed. As for the service itself, the technician was friendly and personable, but there was a noticeable gap in skill level when diagnosing the issue. However, Katie promptly addressed my concerns and offered to send another technician free of charge, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I would use Comfort Experts again because of their outstanding customer service and willingness to stand by their work. If you’re looking for a company that prioritizes communication and professionalism, I’d highly recommend giving them a call!
I recently had you guys get me a bid for a short electrical run and was shocked at the extreme cost I was quoted. $8,500 for a 90 foot run. My other bids were $2,500 & 3,200 and that was over half in labor cost. So $8,500 I can’t even comprehend the amount of profit you are wanting to charge me is just grossly over charge. Tyler was a nice young man and did a small switch change out and did fine work. I don’t mind paying a fair cost but this was clearly price gauging. All you have to do is offer a fair charge for the time spent on the job and people will use you.
Mark and Justin did a great job. Highly recommend
Justin was great. He was very personal and professional. He went through the furnace thoroughly and it’s now ready for winter use. I would highly recommend Comfort Experts and ask for Justin he’s a really nice young man.
Dakota was very professional. He got the heat pump taken of. He also explained the workings of the unit, so I would know what to expect. I would love to have him come back, lf I need ya'll again.
Jarred was super nice and knowledgeable. We didn't have any issues that needed repair so I can't rate that aspect. He answered a few questions I had.
Justin was professional knowledgeable and friendly; job well done!
Tyler was very good at his profession, courtesy, and knowledgeable
Great care and explanation. Always do the work that is needed and then tell you ways to better improve in the future without acting like you HAVE TO do this. Great service and friendly people
Very informative and helpful I was very pleased with the Technician
Blake was super friendly and did a good job
Tyler Barbee at Hobson Air is not a good salesman. Already upset that they installed a completely new Amana system that only lasted 6.5 years. Took over a week to call me back with a price. Tyler did not discuss any benefits that would come with his quote such as warranty or even a loyalty discount for me bringing them back. I never got the warm fuzzies with Tyler and even asked that I deal with another employee, Don S., who said would be contacting me but they never acknowledged my request and kept Tyler, so I just don't think they were serious about me being another customer.
Casey did a great job doing routine maintenance on our AC units. During the work, he noticed an issue and clearly explained everything, as well as options, pricing, etc. Seemed very honest about everything and I appreciate the help!
Ryan was super friendly and professional. Showed me everything that needed to be done and completed the work quickly
Alex & Abraham did an awesome job they were 2 of the most politeness young man. There mom's raised them right .
The 2 guys that came out to look & talk about my AC unit where great guys.

INDOOR: I replaced the filter, the evaporator coil was clean, the blower had biological growth on the blades, there was also biological growth on the drain pan, drain line was clear, heat strips were in range. OUTDOOR: I washed and waxed the unit before taking any readings. The compressor and fan motor were operating within manufacturer range, the auxiliary motor starter was within tolerance and the primary electrical control was in good condition. I checked the refrigerant charge and found the levels to be acceptable at this time. I shared my findings with the homeowner and recommended a UV system for the biological growth, a compressor saver for system longevity and our home and budget protection club for preventative Maintenance. Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowners. When I arrived the homeowner told me that last night the system was blowing hot air, when I arrived the system was set to off. I turned it to cool and the indoor equipment began to run, however the outdoor fan motor was not running. I turned off the unit at the disconnect and inspect the electrical equipment. The fan is controlled by the defrost control board with no capacitor hook up. I turned the system back on and the unit began to operate normally, the compressor was operating within manufacturer range, the fan motor was operating within manufacturer specifications, the compressor capacitor was within tolerance and the primary electrical control was in good condition. I checked the refrigerant charge and found the levels to be acceptable at this time. I believe the unit just needed a reboot. I shared with the homeowner how the disconnect functions while sharing my findings, system was cooling when I left.
