Jake was fine. I had the impression my work was scheduled to be done and it was really doing an estimate for work I’d given a complete description of. And the estimate was higher than expected. So I paid for a service trip to get an estimate and the appointment was delayed and ended up being during a time I said I wouldn’t be here.
Mark quickly identified the source of our leak, reported it and explained what happened and what we can do to prevent it from happening again in the future.

I dont do these reviews most of the time because theres never really any thing to say about the service from you company you rely on to keep your equipment operating. But now is my chance to say I had the best technician from Comfort Experts Ive ever had in 25 years Ill been partners with a company. You find it weird I say partners with the company? Mike D diagnosed it was low on freon was low and spent 3 hours working on finding the problem. I felt he really cared about Finding and fixing the issue with the unit they installed. I would give Mike D a 10 on all aspects of has drive to solve and help and work with his company to reduce the cost of the repair. Thanks Mike
First I would like share how professional our Tech Cody was. He completed all time up work in a timely manner and checked everything 100% After completion Cody covered his check list with us and shared pointers on how to keep our unit running like new. Arrived to no emergency heat. Found a failed connection on the W2 wire. Fixed connections and performed function check. System operating normally at time of departure. Customer has a level 2 duct cleaning set up for the morning of the 7th. Customer has paid 1100 down and will pay the remainder upon completion of the duct cleaning.
Customer states there were heavy vibrations coming from the outdoor fan. Technician found ice build up in the fan blade. Cleaned the fan blade and performed function check. System running normally at time of departure.
Upon arrival techs found that the zone system board was shutting the emergency heat kit off and on due to the temperature sensor for the board was in the supply plenum Techs took out the temperature sensor and the emergency heat kit stayed on for over 25 minutes. Techs installed the temperature sensor in the correct spot Unit is working properly at this time

Heating tune up performed on American standard propane furnace installed in 2020, all electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Gas valve, burners and igniter are all working properly. Heat exchanger is acceptable. Customer changes the air filter regularly. Customer has an American standard thermostat with a pre programmed schedule on it technician turned off the schedule by customer request. System has a drain switch that is located in the emergency drain pan. It is recommended to add a drain switch directly in line with the primary drain to discover a drain blockage as soon as possible. Duct work is inefficient and is causing some air flow issues in the home. Suggest a duct redesign.
Super tune up performed today on a one year Amana heat pump with air handler. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Each heat strips are pulling proper amps. ECM blower motor is acceptable and blower wheel, evaporator are clean.compressor and refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing value and defrost control board are working properly.Customer needs a new filter April aire 910. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Customer has signed up for a 2 star membership plan for continuing warranty coverage. Technician recommends to customer iaq300 to help improve indoor air quality by eliminating biological growth and sterilizing the air.

Center job for customer thinking Tyler put in the wrong plug for his generator and got here and customer was wanting to change out the plugs to different ones because it wasn't the right ones but ended up talking to customer about it and figured out a solution that would benefit both of us so we didn't have to replace and repair anything and he wasn't going to have to spend any more money but customer is happy and everything is good
Super tune up perfomed today on a 9 year old Coleman heat pump with air handler. All electrical connections are tight withno corrosion. X13 blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator have some biological growth starting to form. UV bulb has expired and is not working. UV bulb needs to be replaced. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working as they should. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. 45/5 dual run capacitor was showing weak and was replaced under warranty on this visit.

Upon arrival customer stated they had multiple companies out. First company replaced indoor TXV. Second company found system to be extremely low on refrigerant and gave price to replace system. During our evaluation found system to have 0 psi refrigerant. Found indoor coil rusted and multiple locations of oil spots. Coil has a refrigerant leak. Talked with customer about repair vs replacement. Customer is leaning towards replacement. Talked with customer about comfort Advisor Visit and set up comfort Advisor Visit for today as soon as possible. Comfort Advisor Visit set up for today confirmed by office.

Evaporator coil is clean. Replaced UV bulb to help improve air quality in the home. Unit was slightly low on refrigerant. Performed leak search and was not able to find a leak. Added 24oz of r410a refrigerant. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Outdoor unit wased and waxed. Compressor saver was replaced under warranty.

Came to job for electrical inspection and talk to customer about adding search protector but customer was not interested in it but house had you if I protection everywhere it was needed and talked to customer about also replacing a switch for a like but customer is two switches for the lights and doesn't want to do that at the moment but talk to her about it and she will reach out to us when she's wanting to do that
Camping for breaker issue and got here and lights and everything are working they just put up a light in the back and had it wired up wrong so moved one wire to another wire and everything is working

12/29/25 Sewer is running on the ground outside of back fence. Septic tank is in this area but line is not hook up to it. Need to come back out tomorrow during daylight and figure prices for what needs to be done. Come back 12/31.
