During evaluation found the wire from contactor to the dual run cap had burned at the cap. Cut wire back to uncompromised section and connected it back to cap. Started system, compressor is running at 18 amps and rla Is 19.3 so compressor is working extremely hard and has the potential to fail at any moment. Recommended talking with Comfort Advisor but customer wants to hold off for now System was cooling upon leaving
