Upon arrival technician talk to homeowner and ask questions technician found there is no p-trap in drain as well as drain protection technician highly recommends this technician also found that the blower needs cleaning technician move to the condenser where technician got inrush amps as well as running amps the inrush was high technician recommends a compressor saver to lower it technician washed and waxed unit as well as got refrigerant readings

Performed plumbing tune up with water heater flush. No issues. All fixtures are working as they should at this time

Upon arrival tech talked to home owner tech started with the package unit tech found that the unit was working properly tech only had a unit surge protection for recommendations.

I have spoke to him about his electrical and how since the panel is very full the spaces for neutrals is very limited and it could be causing his flickering issue but to probe further into the living room I would need to do a diagnostic and he wants to wait until the A1 electrician has had a chance to look at it

Talked with homeowner and found that she is moving in 11 days and has a company that buys homes as is is buying the house. Customer wants to talk with that company first before doing anything else.

Technician arrived to customers home. Technician asked the homeowner some questions about their home. Technician grabbed tools and started in second floor on the air handler for the second floor. Technician took heat strip readings aswell as other electrical readings all in range. Technician then moved to attic air handler for the first floor. Technician took heat strip readings and electrical readings all in range. Technician then moved to outside condenser units. Technician took electrical readings of capacitor and inrush on both units all in range. Technician took refrigerant readings on both units an all in range. Technician cleaned both coils and took panels off to clean. Technician waxed both units put stickers and put both units back together. Technician talked to homeowner about recommendations to both units since they don't have compressor saver. Homeowner said she will hold on since they just installed units a year ago.
