2018 Lennox Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer recently changed filters Drains were clear and draining at this time Heatstrips were not functional and found the low voltage was wired wrong Blower motor and wheel were heavily compacted with dust and dirt Evaporator coil is completely restricted with dust, dirt, biological growth and leaves from the fresh air intake Filter is at ceiling instead of the unit so unfiltered air from fresh air damper is causing coil to get caked in all kinds of restrictions 2018 Lennox Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Fan cap was weak and below manufacture rseange Primary electrical unit was acceptable Defrost board was acceptable Defrost is functional Refrigerant levels are off due to indoor restrictions of air Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were heavily compacted Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Recommended

Came to job for electrical inspection and talk to customer about adding search protector but customer was not interested in it but house had you if I protection everywhere it was needed and talked to customer about also replacing a switch for a like but customer is two switches for the lights and doesn't want to do that at the moment but talk to her about it and she will reach out to us when she's wanting to do that

Camping for breaker issue and got here and lights and everything are working they just put up a light in the back and had it wired up wrong so moved one wire to another wire and everything is working

Super tune up performed today. Goodman air handler installed in 2023 with a Lennox heat pump installed in 2016. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Refrigerant levels are in range.

Performed Tune up checked all components of the Airhandler all connections were tight blower wheel and coil were acceptable. Filter is in need of changing immediately. Airhandler cabin has biological growth build up Checked all components of the heatpump. All components and functions are working properly and within Manufactured range. Recommended compressor saver and UV system

12/29/25 Sewer is running on the ground outside of back fence. Septic tank is in this area but line is not hook up to it. Need to come back out tomorrow during daylight and figure prices for what needs to be done. Come back 12/31. Wade and Mark 12/31/25 We looked at sewer and septic but could not talk to customer as he has the flu. Me and Mark W. Will need to come back out next week when customer is well and discuss options

I have grounded the boxes and made them safe I did suggest possibly taking out the conduit in between boxes that are fully under the house but they're going to hold off on that right now

System locked out on 04 code again. Checked cap, compressor saver and electrical connections. Found compressor saver had failed, replaced compressor saver run cap and also removed transformer from Heatpump. Reset system and checked refrigerant levels and subcool was within range. Found no other issues at this time but if it happens again the compressor or primary electrical board will have have to be changed. Left with system in cool NO SERVICE FEE

12/18/25 Alex D – Replaced electric heat kit and ran unit through multiple cycles of heating unit is now operational Left thermostat set to heat

12/16/25 Will need to come back tomorrow morning with a properly sized ladder mine was too big

Arrived to no heat pump not coming on. Found an "04" locked rotor code. Compressor saver had failed. Replaced compressor saver under warranty. Performed function check. System running normally at time of departure.

12/13/25 I want to come back on the 18th as the forecast says mostly sunny but if we can't do it before the 22nd we have to wait till January as he'll be out of town Need the test if solar is producing

Spoke with the husband he wants to hold off on changing out any of the breakers as they do all technically still function correctly it's just the fact that the compressor filter outside is tripping the 15 amp but they aren't looking to install a new circuit remedy that problem this time

Came to job for electrical rec work and installed generator plug customer is happy and explained everything to customer about generator plug

Found half of heater kit to be getting all necessary inputs but not functioning talked with Joe and we will be ordering a new kit to install upon return pausing job and holding for parts Customer will not be back in town until Friday

Came to customer's house to quote swapping out a fixtures and a swapping out a 12 ft ceiling fan for a customer supply chandelier All light fixtures are customer supplied talk to customer about the work it is a lot of work and would be able to come the next morning and do the work but customer said she was going to get a few other quotes before she decides to go with us call got miscommunicated somewhere and on the call it said it was a quote and that The job needed to be done in the next two weeks but it was a lot of work and was already late and would take all night so stated I could come in the morning
