Joe came out to check our mini split in our master bedroom. Intermittently would make a loud racket. He spent 20 minutes trying to replicate but couldn't. He listened to the recording I had made so he could hear what exactly it was doing. He let me know exactly what he was going to do and how the process was for the parts and what would happen when the came in. He was our installer of the unit last year so he knew what he was doing. Called on a Sunday due to heater not working. Scheduling was easy, notification on technician was great, provided text when the technician was on the way. Mark was awsome, checked everything. Came to house to pull monitoring system out of panel after a few months of letting it monitor his electrical consumption and also his solar monitoring and got all the data and took pictures of everything and sent it over to Brian so that they could process it all at the office and do everything so that then we could reach back out to the customer when everything is put together so that we could explain and talk to him about it also while I was there customer was having issues with flickering lights took a look at a few switches and didn't really find much but the lights all stop flickering so told customer that if it continues to happen to give us a call and we will come out here and fix the issue with a regular troubleshooting fee

Super tune up performed today on a Goodman heat pump with air handler installed in 2022. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. PSc blower motor and capacitor are acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working properly. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.

2/11/26 Came to house to look at solar edge and call solar ads to give them the rest of the information that was needed to get new inverter order but ended up coming into an issue that saw the reds had no recollection that we had ever gone through a troubleshooting process with them at all to get this order so they wanted us to redo it and so how do you doing it but started it and ended up with them wanting us to update the firmware so we are downloading the firmware on a USB and will be back tomorrow morning to update firmware and see if that works if it doesn't then we will be doing the rest of the process to get the inverter order

Arrived to no cool. Mini split condenser with 4 heads. System is very low in refrigerant. Performed leak search and was not able to conclusively detect a leak. Gave customer estimate to performed full leak search including taking heads off of the wall and checking behind them. Comfort advisor is scheduled to meet with the customer tomorrow morning to discuss replacement options.

All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion heat strips are pulling proper amps, esm blower motor is acceptable, blower and evaporator coil are clean, refrigerant levels are in range, reversing valve and defrost control board are functioning properly, primary electrical control was buzzing and had voltage drop was replaced on his visit, dual run capacitor was within spec, out door unit washed and waxed, system operating properly upon departure.

Arrived to no emergency heat. Found a failed connection on the W2 wire. Fixed connections and performed function check. System operating normally at time of departure. Customer has a level 2 duct cleaning set up for the morning of the 7th. Customer has paid 1100 down and will pay the remainder upon completion of the duct cleaning.

Customer states there were heavy vibrations coming from the outdoor fan. Technician found ice build up in the fan blade. Cleaned the fan blade and performed function check. System running normally at time of departure.

Upon arrival techs found that the zone system board was shutting the emergency heat kit off and on due to the temperature sensor for the board was in the supply plenum Techs took out the temperature sensor and the emergency heat kit stayed on for over 25 minutes. Techs installed the temperature sensor in the correct spot Unit is working properly at this time

Heating tune up performed on American standard propane furnace installed in 2020, all electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Gas valve, burners and igniter are all working properly. Heat exchanger is acceptable. Customer changes the air filter regularly. Customer has an American standard thermostat with a pre programmed schedule on it technician turned off the schedule by customer request. System has a drain switch that is located in the emergency drain pan. It is recommended to add a drain switch directly in line with the primary drain to discover a drain blockage as soon as possible. Duct work is inefficient and is causing some air flow issues in the home. Suggest a duct redesign.

ECM blower motor is acceptable and blower wheel, evaporator are clean.compressor and refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing value and defrost control board are working properly.Customer needs a new filter April aire 910. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Customer has signed up for a 2 star membership plan for continuing warranty coverage. Technician recommends to customer iaq300 to help improve indoor air quality by eliminating biological growth and sterilizing the air.
