Wednesday, 5/21/25 My experience with Comfort Experts was very good. We were able to schedule a tech to come out the same day. The technician was friendly (and talkative) and gave a knowledgeable report of the issue, then showed me the readings spent time explaining why they were bad and why he came to his conclusions. I needed a new system. The salesman did a great job of explaining our options with the pros and cons of each. Their professionalism sealed the deal. They were able to schedule the install for two days after the purchase. The techs that installed the system were just as friendly and professional as the others. They finished the installation in one day, so we hada cool air and a new system for that night.

Saturday, 5/24/25 The system stopped working, so we called them back out. Justin Pennington came out to assess the issues and was able to fix the problem to get the system working again. It was very knowledgeable he kind of snow what was going on and explained what he was doing.
I'm still very pleased with Custom Experts. They sold us a good system and they backed it up!
Saved Us a Ton by providing a 2nd opinion, spent extra time troubleshooting our system that was working. Could not find any issues. Garrett and Danny explained everything they were doing and did a great job.
Jerred Gomez and Cooper did an excellent job servicing my AC unit this week. They thoroughly asked questions to diagnose the issue I was having and did not rush the process. Their service was top notch, even went above and beyond to clean my units coils with my hose free of charge. Thank you for the professional and top notch service!
Five. Stars don’t begin to give the awards with this company and its employee deserve. I just met Mark D. today for the first time as he came out to inspect my failing outdoor air conditioner unit, he was remarkable in his assessment he was thorough to the point that he got more fixed than I even knew was wrong. And by the grace of God, he had all the necessary parts already on his truck. Just a delightful man that knew what he was doing, and was so confident in the company he works for. If I had a ribeye steak, got a throwing one on the grill for him just to be able to accommodate him in something better than a soft drink or a glass of water. I would invite him back anytime as a guest and I joined as a member for upcoming service calls and repairs if needed, and would do so in a heartbeat at any time the prices are very fair for all that you get, and I would recommend them to absolutely Anybody. Daniel was our installer. Very knowledgeable and very kind. He is a hard-working guy. He did a 50-gallon water heater by himself. He was on time as well. He answered all of our questions during the initial quote and during the installation. He took the old water heater and cleaned as he went along. Took that other trash with him. I would recommend their service to anyone based off of our experience.
Jarred & Cooper were beyond helpful. After they assessed what needed to be done, Jarred explained the solution so that I felt confident going forward with the project. On this job the furnace would not come on because handy man left the gas valve closed. After reviewing the system more I found disconnect lid open as well. I'm pausing this call until 4 April aire filters come in.

For this cooling tune-up I inspected the furnace and condenser. All equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs and running well. I do not foresee any issues for the rest of the cooling season I cleaned off the condenser and change the filter, the capacitor and contactor were both good and refrigerant levels were also normal.

She is very elderly and you can tell her short term memory isn't good. I found the house at 78. Strong 20 split. Drain flowing great. Super subcool and pressures all checked out. Pics in the form. It satisfied at 78 and she said see it just stops. I asked her what temp she wanted it and she said 78. I explained that the unit will kick off when it reaches the desired temp. Asked her if it's comfortable to her and she said yes. She was just concerned about it turning off.
