I’ve had several issues with a new unit installed by another company that has done nothing but give me the go around. I called comfort and the next day they had someone out to diagnose and then fix. All I can say is they are awesome.
Andrew came out and figured out our problem fairly quickly. It unfortunately was bad news but atleast we know what we need to fix our AC. He was very nice and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I’m grateful to him coming being the AC company that installed our new unit will not return my calls.
