Arrived for CTU UV bulb replaced Pan strip added to coil drain pan with membership Drain line flushed and treated with bleach Blower clean Coil clean with some bio growth Ducts are pretty dusty Washed condenser coil Both capacitors are in range Defrost control board has severe hot spot - customer declined replacement at this time and understands a return visit will incur a service fee Hard start kit recommended due to high starting amp draw - declined at this time

Arriving on site both units are three tons educated customer the unit on the right side of the home cools off three the bedrooms the one on the left side of the home cools off and majority of the house it is undersized as a one-stage heat pump recommended that we upgrade this to a 4 ton two stage customers paying high electric bills she's had multiple companies come out and talk to her so she will follow up with us later on she is not home. Also customer has multiple repairs done due to undersized the units only being 6 years old addicts well insulated didn't find any kinks in the ducks no growth a lot of fine does from the construction#solar
