Plus you can count on getting a Certified AC Genius, Plumbing Genius, or Electrical Genius. Which means we don’t use “salesmen in disguise” or “selling techs,” like other home service companies. Instead we have our own training center to ensure you always get the honest expertise required to repair your problem right, right then and there.
Jonathan Brockway did a great job in our house AC tune UP. He took the time to review each component and provided a detailed report.
Very positive experience for the most part. Previous technician didn’t inform me of the refrigerant cost from previous visit, so I was hit with an unexpected charge.
Ryan is quite knowledgeable and has great customer service. Very patient and professional to deal with.
On arrival both furnaces running and heating. Both systems very dusty, would recommend upgrading filters, cleaning duct work and blowers. Outdoor units had one of two capicators out of tolerance and both compressors overamping on start up. Recommended replacing capicator and adding two compressor saver kits. Customer has home warranty.
Replaced evaporator coil, installed txv, system operating as should.
For the evaluation I showed up to the customer's home she stated her air conditioning was only blowing out hot air. When I went upstairs I immediately noticed there was water in the overflow pan when I opened up the air handler the coil was frozen. I turn on the heat try and let it start to thaw out, and gauged up outside showing a saturation temp of below 10⁰F. I like searched the air handler and believe the leak is coming on the underside of the Evap coil. I charged the unit to the appropriate superheat to hopefully get the customer by until the new coil is ordered and we can install it.
Ran super tune up on customer's house. All heating and cooling components worked as normal. Found biological growth inside of both supply plenums, No drain protection on either unit and no compressor savers. Install drain switches on both units to prevent any issues with water. I found no other issues at this time
Tech arrived at a 2 system tune-up. Upon arrival the customer thought this was a duct cleaning estimate. He recently had a tune-up from another company and just wanted an IAQ estimate. The system were checked for IAQ symptoms and qualifications. The ductwork does qualify for a duct cleaning. There was growth and particle buildup in the systems. The customer was given information on recommendations today. He will speak with his wife about how they would like to proceed and would like a call back in a couple weeks if we haven't heard from them by then. The tech will follow up at that time.
