Unclogged the toilet in hall bathroom toilet was clogged.

Upon arrival customer stated that she didn't know if the AC was having any problems she just wanted to check it out and make sure it was working properly Checked out system thoroughly and found no problems and system had an almost 20 degree delta after switching it to cooling Spoke to customer and let them know they need a new filter due to it being heavily caked and customer said we normally order her filters Customer also wanted to go ahead and get a compressor saver installed to lower the inrush amps on the compressor

Tech arrived at a warranty tuneup. Upon inspection the capacitor was within specs. The contactorless board was functioning. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The Delta was within range. The drain system was clear and bleach was poured. The heating system reached complete ignition. The ductwork and blower area was dirty. The attic insulation is very low. The customer was informed of recommendations today. She will discuss recommendations with her husband. Insulation can pay for itself, there are tax credits available and can extend the life of the system. She would like a call back in midMay. The Tech will follow up at that time. The system was functioning upon departure.

03/29/24 Tyler - kitch3n sink drain needs to be repaired. Kids bathroom sink drains slow and drain pipe needs upgrading. Waterheater 11 years old but still fine. Other bathroom was occupied.

Tech arrived at a service call, possible 45. Upon inspection the thermostat was set up was set up at a heat pump. The system is a furnace. When in heating mode it was cooling. The thermostat was reprogrammed. The system regained functionality and was tested in both modes. The system was running upon departure.

During inspection discovered that system was working properly Spoke with customer about recommendations for the system and customer wanted to hold off for now but wanted to be emailed the estimate for when she decides to move forward on it at a later date Left customers house with system operating properly

Cx job no issues

Tech arrived at a 45 service call. Upon arrival the customer mentioned water problems. The 90 percent flue pipe has water in it. The horizontal run was not sloped properly and was holding water. This was inhibiting the furnace draft components from functioning. The pipe was realigned and the drains were flushed. Management was contacted. The water is assumed to be from the previous appointment. The customer will monitor the water spots. The system was functioning upon departure.

I returned and fixed the cracked flue pipe and installed a customer provided light bulb. When I left system was on and running.

On arrival all three furnaces were running as intended. All three units had clean blowers and coils and clear drain lines. The furnace above the garage had a cracked flue pipe causing condensation to drip on the floor. Please schedule my return visit for next tuesday

After arrival I cleared the homeowner's bathroom sink for her by sticking a Flathead screwdriver in the drain and then pulling out an old toothbrush. Besides that, I came across no other issues throughout the home.

12/1 Brock-Replaced Gas Valve under P&L. Tested for leaks and found none.

Found Gas Valve opening intermittently. Will need to replace valve. Customer spoke with office and said to charge service fee tomorrow, and said office confirmed payment for tomorrow. Will need to return with valve for replacement.

Tech arrived at a 1st yr service call. The customer had roofers out yesterday. The gas flow was running intermittently. The pressure switch was bypassed and the condition stopped. The pets were cleaned and the pressure switch was replaced. The system ran with no observed issues after the repair. If problems persist. A 2 story ladder will be needed to evaluate flue cap on the second story. She will have the roofers come back and evaluate the flue pipe as well.

The arrived at a membership tune-up. Upon inspection, the capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The 410 AprilAire filter was dirty. There was no replacement today. The customer was given reorder information. The blower area was a little dirty. The heating system reached complete ignition. The customer was informed of recommendations today. The system was functioning upon departure.

Upon arrival system was on heat with thermostat satisfied. Went ahead to a took a look the indoor unit. System was receiving 24 and 120v. Went ahead and jumped heating , blower and cooling from indoor unit , heating , blower and cooling came on. Tightened everything up. Called for cool on thermostat and both indoor and outdoor came on. Called for heat and heat came on. Left system in working Condition. Thank you for choosing comfort experts.

Upon arrival system was in working condition. Looking at the indoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Blower and coil are dirty. Blower capacitor is out of tolerance. Drain line has no air holes or water safety. Connection between supply plenum and unit is loose causing attic air to by pass filter and affect the systems operation. Ducts are starting to fall apart. Gas line has no sediment trap. Insulation is low as well. Heating components and safetys are good. Filter was changed. Looking at outdoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Capacitor within tolerance. Amp draws are acceptable. Recommended a compressor saver. Cleaned unit inside out. Disconnect box is starting to come off the wall , recommended we re assure it. Customer is interested in all the recommendedations and getting a quote on duct work. However customer had a meeting to get to and will be busy the rest of the month and November. Added high and low combustion to indoor unit closet also took a picture of the already existing low combustion air in the closet

Low voltage conduit was secured per customer request. The filter was clean. The blower area was a little dirty. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. The UV light was expired. Customer was informed of recommendations today. They would like to move forward with upgrading to an IAQ 200 System and Air Cleaner. We will pause to call to order and install at another time. Customer would like Friday first call if possible. The system was functioning upon departure.

Customer was confused why I was there because she said she didn't even remember calling us out. She mentioned that she has been sick lately and has some issues with recalling. I arrived system was on and cooling properly and still operating upon my departure. Blowing 54 degree air from supply. Cx

The Delta was within range. The filter was dirty and there was no replacement today. There was signs of rodents. The insulation levels were low. The drain was clear. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He does not have time for repairs right now. He will review the information and call back for repairs. The system was functioning upon departure.

All three units temperature delta drops were normal, all capacitors tested within range, drains were tested, outdoor coils were washed off, and refrigerant levels normal. Did quote customer for installing a UV system on the upstairs unit. Customer did not want to do repair at this time. Also informed customer that other two uv system bulbs would need to be replaced.

Upon arrival system was not working. No power to indoor unit. Fuse replaced went bad. Replaced fuse , system came on. Please schedule electrician to come out here and inspect why fuse went bad in 2 days. Left system in working condition.
