Jake replaced our heat pump circuit breaker with the proper one. Yes he had the necessary parts with him! He is very professional and efficient and glad we chose Comfort Experts .
Joe came out to check our mini split in our master bedroom. Intermittently would make a loud racket. He spent 20 minutes trying to replicate but couldn't. He listened to the recording I had made so he could hear what exactly it was doing. He let me know exactly what he was going to do and how the process was for the parts and what would happen when the came in. He was our installer of the unit last year so he knew what he was doing. Also, very courteous and cleaned up after himself. No payment required at this time.
Called on a Sunday due to heater not working. Scheduling was easy, notification on technician was great, provided text when the technician was on the way. Mark was awsome, checked everything. Unfortunate for me the problem was the ducting was torn up by feral cats. Mark scheduled one of their engineers to come out to do an apprasal and quote. Very satisfied with service and information. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again when the need arises.

Comfort Experts is my go to air-conditioning People. They provide maintenance service on my system twice a year. Their service technicians have been excellent. They are experienced professional, and very knowledgeable and appear to be well trained They perform minimal and necessary improvements to my system in order to extend its life. I'm going on 15 years with the current system and anticipate what will last another 10 years as long as they keep it properly maintained. Alonso was out last week for my annual inspection. He was very professional and cordial. He found that one of my air supply tubes and come loose and I was cooling my attic needless to say that was wasting quite a bit of money. I had him order the part and he came out this afternoon and installed it for me. He was again very cordial and professional.
Alex and his helper came early and stayed late to insure our new HVAC system was installed properly and running correctly. Both men were courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. In spite of Murphey's law glitches they worked tirelessly to get our system up and running correctly. I just had my yearly electrical check up, and just a few days later, got hit with those horrendous thunder and lightning storms! The storms knocked some of my outlets and switches and appliances wacky. I didn’t want to make matters worse, so I called Comfort Experts! They sent Jake the SAME evening! Jake was even better than Dudley Do-Right! He zipped through like the MASTER Electrician that he is! One bulb actually needed replacement, the rest were re-sets. He had me snug as a bug again in no time! I am so happy I found Comfort Experts! They have been an outstanding company to deal with! EVERY technician that has come to my home has been EXCELLENT! Comfort Experts came out the same day, arrived on time and stayed late to perform a thorough inspection of my HVAC system. They were very professional and did everything they could to assist me, understood the issue, and asked the right questions. Lisa in the office was highly responsive and did everything she could, and more. Comfort Experts is a company I would highly recommend. 8/10 Follow up! During this visit I discovered an over charge systems and a bad 45/5 cap. I corrected the charge was condensor and changed cap.

On arrival compressor was not turning on due to a shorted capicator. Condenser coil extremely corroded due to dog pee. Refridgerant levels appeared unaffected at this time.
On arrival system running and cooling producing 19 degrees delta. Indoor unit drain line now flowing. Coil clean, blower dirty and furnace is heavily rusted. Condenser passed all electrical testing but compressor exceeding manufacturer red line on start up. Cust declined all recommended at this time.

Showed up for a complimentary Evaluation set by another trade House Plumbing that the AC drain line dumps into was backed up and Flooding is home Homeowner agreed to Having us Run a snake through the line clearing the stoppage verified with four gallons of hot water And a half gallon of white vinegar Homeowner also Mentioned a previous Plumbing company That he had a bad experience with Breaking a snake off in his Washing machine drain line We took a look at this and Found out we could easily remove the broken snake As well as gain access to the stoppage Allowing us a clear understanding of what's going on and what's needed to move forward Homeowner was Unable to move forward with some repairs today however he did sign up with our home and budget Protection plan Trusting us to be his HVAC Plumbing and electrical company moving forward Customer stated that we originally came out for a cooling tune-up that we were not able to Complete Due to the house Plumbing being clogged He would like

On this job the furnace would not come on because handy man left the gas valve closed. After reviewing the system more I found disconnect lid open as well. I'm pausing this call until 4 April aire filters come in.
For this cooling tune-up I inspected the furnace and condenser. All equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs and running well. I do not foresee any issues for the rest of the cooling season I cleaned off the condenser and change the filter, the capacitor and contactor were both good and refrigerant levels were also normal.
