Great service, Justin was very personable & mindful of keeping my home clean. Worked late to get the job done.

Very thorough inspection and a reasonable price. The service man discussed options to improve our unit and told us to call if we needed anything. Very happy with the service!

He was very sweet and polite.
Technician was awesome
Deven came out in the middle of a storm and got us up and running in about an hour. Friendly and professional.
Technician was polite and answered all my questions. The issue was beyond the scope of what could be expected to be repaired in one visit but all information was well explained and diagnosed.
Needed to fix heating part of HVAC. Could not fix it. Said he would come back at some time in the future when and if needed parts arrive from China. Charged me almost $800. This is the last of multiple problems I’ve had with a system I bought from them and that they installed. Had someone else look at it and it appears it was installed incorrectly and can never be fixed as it is. Everyone I talk to is always really nice, including the service technician, but they can’t or won’t fix my HVAC system.

2014 4t closet upflow hp. Wetswitch was not in the proper place, heavy water on the floor of return would have tripped anyways. UV bulb is out. Filter was soaked. Drain was blocked – cleared, homeowner took it upon himself to attach vacuum to the port outside and I poured water in primary pan. Evaporator coil has detectable refrigerant leaks, also a history of freezing. Blower wheel has heavy buildup. Heatstrips come on when set to heat instantly indicating HP refrigerant issues. Compressor inrush amperage exceeds manufacturers specifications. Start capacitor is blown. Run capacitor is failing. Primary electrical control contractor is buzzing when pulled in. Homeowner was with me most of the time so I decided to educate on how the system is performing, hazards and general reliability. I was able to get confirmation from parts that the evaporator coil is no longer available. Homeowner agreed, after sitting down and reviewing all video/photo evidences to speak to a CA today 1/29

Water damage on the ceiling in the kitchen corner. I traversed the entire attic. I checked primary line – clear. Secondary line – clear. Emergency pan – clear. Seperated a couple ducks that were touching, but minimal dampness between. I believe it could possibly be water lines that come up and into a large structure that is not easy to access situated above the kitchen wall that is in question. Plumbing service requested. CFW restoration contacted with an appointment 8/27/24.
Doesn't appear to have water leak ATM not sure where wall marks are coming from could be old marks from roof or ac issues

45/5 dual run capacitor bloated. Replaced under P&L. System functioning.
Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowners. The system is a 7 year old dual fuel amana system. I started at the indoor unit, the temperature split was within acceptable levels, the supply and return plenum were both clean, the blower fan had minimal dust buildup, the PSC motor capacitor was within tolerance, and the evaporator coil was clean. I then started working on the outdoor unit, the compressor and fan motor were operating within manufacturer range, the dual run capacitor was within tolerance, the primary electrical control was in good condition, and I washed and waxed the unit. The refrigerant charge was within tolerable levels. I shared my findings with the homeowner and recommended that they install a compressor saver.
