During this visit I looked at both heating and cooling. I'm happy to report that the system test in tolerance on all sides and areas. TD is 20° Subcool 10° The system could benifit from an easy start to help better manage the inrush amps. Filter is dirty but he's getting a new one tomorrow
We came out to customer's house to look at covers in a garage because inspector was out here and said covers were too small and that there was a broke cover and they needed to be sized and secured down and that there was something wrong with the GFCI and the switches as well as the covers for them but there was nothing wrong with any of it everything was wired correctly everything is working GFCI in garage controls all the plugs in the garage I came and we replaced the cover that was chipped and broken with the new one and also replaced the screws on one of the covers that were rusting other than that everything is working and is fine. Covers are fine and nothing wrong with the size

Upon arrival for super tune up I asked to show me to thermostat and indoor access for unit I asked for filter replacement, filters were provided I started in the attic and began tune up, started with checking delta T and had 16° of cooling I then checked filter which was pretty dirty and ready to be replaced, installed new filter I then checked blower motor and its in good condition I then checked evaporator coil which had a little bit of buildup but was in good condition Switched system to heat and checked heating components, all in good condition Lastly I checked drain line which had a little bit of buildup but I was able to clean it out, I then poured vinegar down the line and chased with 2 gallons of water. Line had no backups Switched to outdoor unit Started with checking safety disconnect which was in good operating condition I then removed condenser fan and checked it, it's in good condition Cleaned condenser coils from inside out then rinsed off the sides to clear debris
Today I called the customer back after speaking with my supervisor as well as the parts manager so that I could give him a quote for the repairs and an expected lead time I tried to send the e-signature thing and I'm not sure how to walk him through it so I am pausing this call so the office can call him in 20 minutes at 11:20 a.m. and try to get it figured out so he can make payments so that we can order the part when we process payment and order the part we need to make sure that we also order the opposite side of the plug I have already run this by the parts manager I just want to make sure that it is not forgotten

ELECTRICAL TO PLUMBING Reset breaker for the portion of the house that wasn't working and set up for a plumber to come out today and check his garage disposal
Today we showed up for a complimentary second opinion. Upon arrival homeowners powder bath toilet was constantly running, so she changed out to fill valve. As she shut the water off with the push shut off valve it would not open back up, it was seized and wouldn't allow water to pass through. We had to pull the toilet to be able to access the water shut off. We had to cut a 1×1 square into the drywall. We cut the old stop out put on a stub out and a new shut off valve. We set the toilet back and tested it, and everything worked well. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Today we showed up for a complimentary plumbing inspection. Upon arrival everything in the house was draining well, there were no leaks. It's a three bath house two bathrooms downstairs one upstairs. The the water heater is approximately 9 years old and hasn't had any maintenance done to it. As we got into the master bathroom the right side vanity was clogging up, that is where the condensation line connects into the plumbing. In the backyard there is a hose bib where when you turn it on it sprays from the handle. My only two recommendations would be to replace the hose bib and to clear that Master drain. I took off the p-trap and cleared out underneath, and then ran my top snake down the drain. That solved the issue and that sink now drains as should be. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Made phone call to customer what they said they wanted I wrote in summary of my invoice. I told her I don’t think they are seeing the summary on the invoice just line items. Advised her to send to them again and have them read the summary at the top of the invoice I already sent. Has everything they asked for already in it.
for this job I did a super tuneup. Delta was good on cooling and on heating. Homeowner mentioned that they needed everything to pass inspection. Everything was up to code. I recommended having a safety on the primary drain line. declined by the homeowner. The insulation on the wall of the evaporator coil had gotten ripped off and was stuck to the Evap coil. I showed this to the homeowner and suggested a repair to place the insulation back on the wall. At the condenser pressures were good. Cap was in check. Cleaned out the coil and system was running when I left.
Arrived onsite customer needed a whole home gas ssystem test performed. Went ahead and put a gas gauge on service line for gas at the meter where line comes into home. Pumped up gas system with air at over 5 psi for 20 minutes.. Gas system passed air test no loss detected on system. Gas system is good to go.
Loose nut on meter tightened two turns stop leak turned water on no leaks job complete
For this job I performed an evaluation. Upon arrival homeowner said that the system had been working great but they did notice that there was draining coming out the secondary drain line in front of the house and it had been going on for a while. I checked the primary drain line with the gallon of water and quickly notice that it was clogged. I unclog the drain line and rebuilt their p-trap. I tested the drain line with two gallons of water no abnormalities were noted. I did offer a drain safety homeowner declined at the time but approved the drain clear and repair. Delta's were within normal limits system appear to be running with no issues. Homeowner declined membership at the moment.
Today I performed the first year tune-up on a heat pump system checked everything indoor and outdoor and heat mode and in cool mode everything test within manufacturer specifications I have no issues to report the only recommendation I have for them is some search protection to protect these fine units that they have purchased homeowner expressed her interest but did not want to pull the trigger today estimates will be emailed over should they choose to call us back thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Completed cooling tune up All electrical components good amp draws good Freon levels good filters good condensers cleaned drains clean and clear temperature split good
Returned and installed new coil. Also added auxiliary motor starter to upstairs system that had recently failed. Pulled vaccum under 400 microns and system passed decay test. Recharged up to an 8-9 degree subcool. Both systems cooling as I left.
