The technicians that came today to add insulation to our attic were very nice and professional. They did a great job. I do not like Comfort Experts because they are always trying to sell you some upgrade or added features that are very expensive. I am a member and pay $20 per month for fees. They installed a "Hard Startup kit" on our compressor and now they are saying it needs a "Soft Startup Kit" in the amount of $1500. They said our UV bulb should be replaced once a year in the amount of $500. I am tired of taking advantage of.

Comfort has always been great and I appreciate their once a year tune up to get me ready for the next year!

Jose is a fantastic technician. No complaint on him. He is attempting to resolve some issue we have with the new unit, a member of sales and an issue with the install itself. we have been with this company for 16 years. We have been mostly satisfied with Comfort Experts, but truely talking of changing service providers if the issues can not be resolved.

Wife came home, she is pissed. AC is roaring with thumping sound. it is at top speed to change temp from 76 -75. Went to dinner, came back, there are red lights flashing in a round glass i didn't know was there, this morning a bright 16 showing. a Google search indicated 16 means low pressure.. My wife complained a puffing sound all night when cycled. It did maintain requested temp. I called the low pressure in. I asked the tech if he could change the filter for me. I had one ready but with Parkinson's it's sometimes hard to get and vack up, He stated he had never changed that filter. I ended up doing myself like after my last tune-up. The tech seemed to blow it off and left it undone. I did that one myself which is also complicated by the condition of a 16 year old drawer and broken pleat spacers. I also noted when i took the drawer outside to clean, the wire mess on the bottom is rusting.

Comfort experts isn't the cheapest, bit you always get what you pay for. I highly recommend them and today's Tech Cody was no exception to performing the repair to the highest standard possible even going beyond our expections!!

Mark listened to our conversation and new exactly what it was. He fixed it immediately was finished in no time!! Crystal the customer service agent was very concerned and willing to help!!

Kellen was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He completed the inspection of the system, removed debris that had accumulated in the outside unit, rinsed the unit and replaced the filter. Great job!

Awesome service! i called and a couple of hours later they were out. the tech was very knowledgeable about a/c units. he diagnosed and repaired my system within minutes.
