Came to job to do electrical inspection and got here and started looking at panel and panel looked fine inside of house no issues but didn't have surge protector so talk to customer about adding that inside to protect all of the equipment inside of his house took a look at the panel and the pole and the meter and everything looks good out there has the ground rod and everything wires look good going to open it up and there was a few wasp in there pulling that out but other than that it looks pretty good in there but talk to him about that and also found a UF cable going to AC that could be covered by a seal tight so talked to the customer about that as well

Rather then make repairs and add ons they want to talk to ca for replacement 5 to 7pm.

Found unit completely out of 410A freon found evaporator coil completely rusted out leaking freon need to find out if evaporator coil is available let customer know that we may not be able to find parts will not know until we do the research to try and find part but had problems in the past trying to find particular particular part unit is p&l until April 2026 of this year did go over customer about $550 for the freon if we are able to find said part

Gave customer multiple options to locate sewer line to find if they do or do not have cleaouts gave estimate to install clean outs and membership pricing as well customer is going to try and locate them and if he does he will call us bk to clean if not he will call us back to locate and install

Came to job to look at issue with light and room not working when I left I could have sworn it was working but apparently it was not and when I got here when I was putting junction boxes on and pulled a wire going to the fan out of a wire nuts and disconnected the fan so fixed my issue and explain to customer about everything customer still happy with all the work we've done and understands but also talk to customer about flickering lights in room and in living room but is only on dimmer fan and switch when lights are dimmed and you are switching fan speed so definitely thinking it is light bulbs or dimmer and we tried changing light bulbs out but didn't work so it will come out to probably be the switches the customer is going to get light bulbs and

Today I've come back to install soft start and blower control. The system is now online and ready for work.

Came to house for breaker tripping and a bunch of plugs and stuff not working ended up looking for issue and found a burnt-up plug with a wire that was loose and talk to customer about fixing it and customer also wanted a quote on 7th grade bedroom into so gave quote for that and gave a quote for a few different things and talk to her about everything and then right at the end customer DEC change out the plug herself because it is too much but she said she will end up calling us back if it doesn't fix it but I am 100% sure it will fix it

During this visit I looked at both heat and cooling. The system is slightly out of tolerance for functionality. It also has parts that do not test in tolerance . Out of tolerance Defrost board Blower control Contactor Recommend Contactor Blower control Defrost control Soft start Doing this I can safely say the system is reliable for up coming cooling season. On this I job I'm ordering a soft start and OEM defrost control board The system is now washed and cleaned and ready for work.

Came to house to do electrical inspection and met with homeowner of business before entering and went to property and looked at panel on outside on Pole and looks fine but does not have a main disconnect or a main breaker so talk to her about that and bring all that up to code but she was not interested also talked about the wire that was ran from the panel up to the light and MC wire and that's not the correct wire to be ran outside so talk to her about that but she said the electricians put that in and still let her know that it's not correct but other than that talk to her about you see I protecting the kitchen and she said that she's planning on putting her own in there very soon but customer was not interested in doing any work at the moment

Going to house to do rec work which involved repairing and putting boxes on all the open splices in the Attic which there were a good amount of open splices but put boxes on every single one of them with covers and there are no open splices in the Attic anymore and customer is super happy but informed customer that if inspector has anything to say or says anything about what we did and there is still something there did for her to call us and I will be going back out there to fix what I missed if there was something

Found flame sensor to be bad replaced flame sensor went over the options with customer on home budget protection plan and for flame sensor customer agreed to replace flame sensor customers now signed up on budget protection plan collected today by credit card

Although the system test in tolerance for functionality the system does have some areas that need attention The outdoor system System rattles the frame for 2 reason The fan motor is wore out and has a small wobble The compressor kicks on pretty tough and shakes the system screws loose. Recommendation Replace fan motor Replace fan blade Add soft start

Came two house to look at running new circuit for microwaving kitchen and also talk to go tomorrow about them wanting to add a fireplace on that circuit but ended up figuring out that that wasn't going to work on a 20 amp circuit and thought about a 30 m circuit but that wouldn't work either so gave customer a few quotes to run one circuit or run two circuits but customer decided to just run the one circuit for the microwave and is GFCI protected and everything is working perfectly also quoted to come back on Friday at 11:00 and put boxes and covers on every open splice in the Attic will take about half the day or more depending on how it goes

Found thermostat to be bad also found burnt igniter and faulty flame sensor replaced parts unit now working properly upgraded customer on a budget plan collected payment tonight by credit card

Adjusted blower speed and straightened out the flue pipe.

Customer didn't have the money for repair today but said he will call and schedule for next wk once they get paid
