Came to customers job for trade turn from Cody and got here and talked to customer about it and customer was a little everything that I was going to be doing was going to be free but talked to her about it and ended up just doing the small repair but did talk about everything and was told Cody would be back out here to do his thing

Heat pump system is working when unit goes into defrost cold air is coming out of vents because nest thermostat doesn't go into auxiliary heat immediately does it intermittently also nest thermostat does not have the option to put into emergency heat spoke with customer customer is going to buy his own thermostat went over thermostat options like Honeywell for him to buy and as soon as he buys thermostat we will return or I will to install thermostat gave customer estimate on thermostat installation also signed customer up on new protection plan

Found low voltage to be not done correctly redid low voltage fixed low voltagen also found burnt wires that disconnect and also found on the bottom heating element breaker getting no power and not getting power at disconnect scheduling for electrician and also found heating element is going to have to be replaced unit is under p&l spent all info to parts to get heating elements ordered did get the heat pump side of the heater working so customer does have heat just not emergency heat collect it today for low voltage issues by credit card also sign customer up on new protection plan

1/22/26 Have excavation coming out to do an access pausing job will return first call tomorrow to install not enough room under beams to work

Removing geothermal and replacing with (2) gas upflow systems 24k left side bedrooms and 30k right side bedrooms with high efficiency filtrations, code kits, new flue pipe, power circuit to outdoor, new linesets and tstat wire

Project is to replace 20 ft of sewer under home difficult access Will install tomorrow requesting help because under home

Eval- Geo thermal heat pump has been going through issues, last major repair through HW were the water pumps, they were recently replaced, customer informed me that they added “Leak Stop” and that they didn’t find the leak, only that they added 407C and charged it on Thursday of last week but when I connected my gauges, nothing shot out, 0 psi on both sides Informed customer that the Low Pressure cutoff was tripped and not allowing voltage to go through to entire system Customer ultimately would like a system replacement quote for both geothermal heat pumps to change to furnaces Comfort Advisor is scheduled for today 3-5 pm Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day

1/14/26 Membership and lav drain clearing. Pulled p trap dumped with videos of what came out ran a sink auger with pictures. Filled sink 4 times and drained. Customer was happy with work completed and I showed her what all I got out of the drain. Put sticker on unit as well as water heater Need to return tomorrow 01/15 with Mark W customer would like it to be after 10 Mark and Zach retuned. Ran camera in yard line found roots every in the clay pipe every 3 foot showed home owner and explained to here that it is not good and showed her pictures of roots.

Evaluated home’s layout for estimate on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work to be done during the remodel. Will run HVAC loads to verify proper sizing of systems and ductwork. Will follow up next week with estimates.

On this job I looked at the heating side. The system tested in tolerance besides a 90° flame sensor. TD is over 30. Adding new flame sensor Adding new iaq200. I'm ordering a iaq200 and 90° flame sensor

Came out here for fan in bedroom not working and to take a look at it and got here and finish spinning at very slow speed and motor is humming and not moving when it changes so from experience motor and seized up and just from overtime has gone bad it needs to be replaced so talk to customer about replacing the fan if they provide it and also if they wanted to just replace the motor but it would turn out to cost around the same but same quote to customer and they will reach back out to us if they want to do it

For this call we performed a double super tune-up. The unit downstairs was running within normal limits we did not see any thing that was worth noting as far as performance reliability safety and efficiency. The unit from upstairs had bio growth inside of the plenum and on the blower, was missing a drain safety or wet switch, had a condenser fan showing signs of overheating and over amping during run time, and a defrost control board that was showing signs of wear and tear. I spoke to homeowner about options for a refurbishment for the upstairs unit and they stated that they were planning on replacing the whole unit in the future probably when it fails. I offered to have a comfort advisor come and give him an idea of what a new unit would cost them, they politely decline and said they are not ready for it yet. On this job I looked at the duct work. They have some biogrowth n the airhandler around the blower motor housing and evap coil. The ducts visible dirty and need to be cleaned

On this job I looked what 1 system in both heating and cooling.. I'm happy to report that the system test in tolerance on both sides Super heat 23 Subcool 6.2 TD 20° Concernes Biogrowth starting to develop on evap coil Jumper disconnect where fuse should. Duct cleaning needed. Some grills are dirty.

Today replaced the indoor evap coil. System is now back online and ready for heating

On this job I found a leak in the evap coil. I'm ordering an new OEM evap coil with txv

Fans and closet light are fully functional
