No heat on 2019 first company fur down. 6kw heat kit failed no continuous circuit on heat kit need to replace heat kit.
Arrived for service eval System is incompatible as installed R410A Air handler is not designed currently to work with the R32 condenser. Air handler TXV is 410A not R32 Refrigerant leak detection safety is not present Breakers were jumped together with no regard to wiring size or corresponding breaker size at the panel Parts department to do research and see if repair to existing air handler is possible or if replacement is the only option Breaker at the panel needs to be replaced and the air handler needs to be rewired to use 2 instead of 3 heat strips
Their breaker definitely needs to be replaced but the unit at the moment is hooked up to work 4 heat strips and it's to much for the single circuit you would either need to run another or only use half the heat strips in the unit

Stoppage was in toilet it was cleared from plunger by the time I arrived flush3d multiple times to ensure stoppage was cleared left estimates for toilet rebuild
Evaluated water heater, discovered ruat ring at bottom of tank, water in the tank had rust in it, recommend replacing tank, customer advised me of an issue with with the heat. Discovered downstairs damper was stuck closed and choking system. The damper needs to be replaced. Will need to send another tech out to get the information on ordering the damper, customer would like to proceed with financing.
For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and the downstairs zone was not heating however the upstairs was. Talking with the customer they stated that when both thermostats were on the upstairs would get hot but the downstairs would not. When I showed up the downstairs thermostat was off and the upstairs was set to 75°. I inform the customers that they should stagger the upstairs and downstairs temperatures with the downstairs being lower than the upstairs in the summertime and the upstairs should be cooler than the downstairs in the summertime since heat rises. I'll inspecting the air handler the system kept going into a purge cycle and the DATS sensor was installed in the supply plenum, not between the blower and coil like it should be. I relocated the DATS and ran the system and the zones functioned like it should. The upstairs was closed since it was 79⁰ and the downstairs was getting hot air since it was 73⁰ and set to 75⁰. I set up an appointment with the customers
For this super tune-up I inspected the customer's indoor unit and condenser, all equipment was measuring within manufacturer's specs and running well. I recommended to the customer getting a duct cleaning since she said she has not had one in about 10 years and a duct cleaning would definitely help with allergies in the home. I also recommended adding a whole home surge protector to protect sensitive electronics from damage caused by too much current flowing through them.
Arrived for service Eval System of art breaker box on arrival Air handler p trap is dry. Filled with vinegar and water to prevent sewage bases from entering air flow One system was turned on it ran fine. Turned off and on on command from thermostat
On arrival furnace was running with flue pipe fully detached. Informed homeowner and addressed this for a level two before proceeding. Furnace ran as intended and produced no co at return / supply. Furnace running as I left.
Arrived for service Eval Humidifier on the left side system (the one with the fresh air intake) - R wire came disconnected. Reattached and Humidifier working fine Recommended upgrading Humidifier control to the digital one on the other system as the current one does not turn on the Blower when it runs Recommended electrostatic filters for both units because of severe allergies Compressor in the 2 ton Condenser is in bad shape and may call soon. Homeowner will check his home warranty contact before he makes any decision

Came out for a membership super tune up checked indoor and outdoor in heat mode and in cool mode flushed the drain line with white vinegar and hot water Customer opted into the new home and budget protection plan. As well ashad us install a compressor saver kit and a unit surge protector for the outdoor condensing unit.
