Customer flapper had tiny leak on it adjusted flapper in tank and tested after adjusting toilet is brand new came with home. Toilet flapper no longer leaking in tank.

Replaced shut off valve for toilet in master bathroom. Tested after repair was made everything working properly. Customer declined the membership at this time said house is brand new.

On arrival downstairs system was off. After diagnosing I found the downstairs system to have a grounded compressor. The upstairs system was rejecting very hot air so I amp clamped the compressor and found it pulling 20 amps out of an rla of 13.5.
