09/07/24 TS- leak in the yard that appears to be the main line. Waterline is copper at the main. Quoted for digging up spot that's flooding and appears to be were the break is. Unsure at this time untill we u cover the area. Quoted $775 too dig up spot and repair section. Because I couldn't locate leak at this time, quote is subject to change. A person that can make a decision was not home at the time and not available. I told his parents, that if he agrees to the quote on digging up the leak then we can return on Monday

Everything looks good dual capacitor is out of tolerance, clean condenser. Refrigerant looks good.

08/24/24 TS- could not snake past 8ft in tub drain. Couldn't get clog

On arrival system was running and cooling producing a 17 degree delta. Indoor unit had a large amount of dust bypassing the filter. Recommended an electrostatic filter to prevent further dust buildup. Coil/supply plenum is growing biological growth. Recommended an iaq 200 uv system to kill biological growth on surfaces and in airflow. Dual run capicator reading 32.79 out of 35 for compressor with a 5% tolerance. Recommended replacing out of tolerance capacitor. Customer would like to move forward with repairs but would like to speak with nephew first. Please call and schedule/collect payment on Friday the 23rd.

System cap went out along with some wires that melted. For this issue I gave her a new cap and an easy start system. The compressor now starts up with 70% less amps. The system has excellent pressure and is ready for cooling.

Performed inspection and wrote multiple estimates for issues with plumbing that need to be addressed. Customer will reach out if and when she is ready to make any repairs.

Returned and installed new supply plenum and uv system. All was functioning and system was cooling as I left.

07/03/24 TS- basic plumbing checkup. No visible cleanout for sewer. Bathroom sink drain needs to be proper and waterheater gas line needs a sediment trap. Waterheater is 1 year old

Arrive for service Eval Homeowner recently had dry wall work completed Blocked filter and covered everything in dust Filter was replaced and ice Defrosted Refrigerant OK But the delta is off due to dust build up System needs to be deep cleaned Filtration upgrade recommended to prevent further dust issues Drain pan under the coil is rusted through and needs to be replaced Outdoor Condenser fan motor is very close to over heating and should be replaced to maintain system reliability Homeowner will talk to his wife and get back to us when they make a decision

Rebuilt toilet in master bathroom replaced the ring on the bottom of flush valve in order for it to seal properly. Job complete

System had a clogged drain line causing hockey puck switch to trip system and fail. Today I unclogged the drian and replaced the wet switch.

45 evaluation unable to recreate original issue of puddling water tripping the unit off after thoroughly inspecting everything it is determined that the preceding rain combined with the homeowner using double merv11 filters that were both dirty at the time cause the coil to freeze up and thaw out they are also experiencing a condensation issue between the coil and the plenum due to failed insulation inside the plenum and hot air exposure from the attic recommending UV system to get rid of the growth in the plenum homeowner also would like for a comfort advisor to come back and speak with them about replacing the entire plenum

Arrived at eval Customer stated the stop working yesterday Ran test and the compressor prongs were not showing continuity. Relayed information to customer that this is a sign of a bad compressor or the compressor in heat overload. Also found a leak in the service valve Talked about replacement vs refurbishment. Arrived at eval Customer stated after the rain the wet switch was going on and off Customer also stated that the area was wet Recommend sealing the roof where the flue pipe exits at the roof Also recommend upping their membership to gain labor warranty Customer is calling home owners to confirm the okay of membership

Arrived for eval Customer stated system wasn’t working Ran test and found out the cap was bad and the breaker had flipper Customer stated that a storm with lightning and thunder came through a couple days ago Recommend new disconnect because of the old one being out of code and a whole home surge protector. Customer okayed Both and I installed and system was running before I left
