We were very dissatisfied with our recent service call- the technician reported that there were several issues with our unit, including an expansion valve, reversing valve, and coolant, totally over $3k in repairs. Even suggesting a new unit might be a better option since we were going to be 3 grand in on repairs. However, what he was reporting did not match the issue we were having with the water safety device. We contacted another company for a 2nd opinion, they had a technician here within hours of yours leaving and reported none of those issues, even stating all the test came back within normal ranges, pressures were spot on. Your company advertises to be honest with consumers and that your technician are not paid on commission, this is the exact opposite of our experience.
Michael did a great job except the issues with the system were above his pay grade so he called the big guy to look at it . Hopefully it won’t be anything major !!

Electrical was thoroughly checked, with expert observations! AC unit quality was later thoroughly checked by technician 12. The unit was found to be operating very well. We completely agree with the assessment, and we appreciate having the quality inspection. We are pleased with the unit and the company!

Thoroughly inspected and cleaned my compressors identifying defective capacitor as reason compressor has been making unusual noise when running that needed to be replaced. Showed me pictures of everything inspected and verified to be in good condition. Answered all my questions. Clean and friendly.
I've been using comfort experts for about 2 years now. Just recently had a electrical system check performed and I must say my technician, Tyler Lawyer was very thorough and quick! He performed checks and made sure my home was in good shape! You can't go wrong with comfort experts if your looking for quality service for your home hvac!
Came to customers house for electrical inspection and house was made in 2020 and looks really good house has solar on it and all of that was tied and correctly and done right also had surge protection and GFI breakers and afci breakers and GFI protection everywhere needed in the house also had good smoke detectors that were all working and we're only 6 years old did not have anything wrong or nothing not working but did talk to customer about swapping out some fans in house whenever they are ready to add the fans
For this call I perform two super tune-ups. The downstairs unit had a blower motor that was not operating at the time of arrival. The unit had a completely frozen evaporator coil. I noted three immediate issues. There is a damage burned wire, a damaged primary electrical control unit, and a dysfunctional fan relay. I suspect the reason the unit froze is due to a dysfunctional blower motor. Homeowner is going to wait for the first to call back to have recommended work done. Left open estimates for duct cleanings and duct walking both units. No further suggestions were made, thank you for choosing comfort experts, have a great day!
For this call I performed a evaluation. I noted the unit had a completely dead capacitor on the compressor side of the capacitor. Homeowners signed on for a 1-year warranty basic dual run capacitor and a home and budget protection plan. Plumber scheduled for airagation and general check preping for selling home. Replaced breaker for the mini split. Installed 30 amp leviton breaker.
Today I looked over the system home warranty said was done improper. The wet bulb was hanging in the air out of the system. The only thing that could have been wrong with it is placement/position of the bulb. Looking back to previous tech photo I can prove it was not hanging out of the system like this. He wants to talk about system replacement with uv to tackle all the biogrowth. 3.5 ton heat pump zone system with 15kw in the attic. Set for tomorrow
Found condenser completely out of freon found leak at condensing coil also found that compressor is locked up due to running without freon gave customer estimates on replacing warranty condensing coil and compressor customer declined it at this time and customer refuse to pay service fee

During this visit I found I leak in the condensor. There's oil all over the condensor wall and on the inside filter dryer. The system also has a leak at the valve core. Another concern is the capacitor. It's bubbled up. He's tired of making repairs and wants to talk system replacement. Today 4 to 6
Replaced daiken mini split with new Fujitsu mini split including lineset and communication wire Unit is up and running but we will be returning at some point to upsize the breaker

Came to job to look at lights not working and ended up replacing them with two new ones and everything is working if they end up happening again or if some of the other ones start flickering she will call us back out here to come and take a look at them and replace them
Came out to job to give quote on doing a panel change and also gave quote to add grounding and updates inside of panel to code as much as possible customer will reach back out to us on what inspector says and if he wants to go with what we quoted him

On this job i found build up on all duct and return. The system has build up on the blower as well. System needs level 2 duct cleaning. Estimates are in when he decides he ready to proceed.
Came to job for electrical burnt up plug and issue with lights not working and got there and found a breaker tripped and a burnt up plug from a heater and so once breaker was turned on everything worked again

12/30/25 Tested some components at the head unit. Changed a setting at the outdoor unit. Will meet our Rep out here on Friday Afternoon.
Weighed out refrigerant charge. It came out to be at 3 lbs out of the 3.64lbs the manufacturer put in. Weighed in 3.64lbs. Confirmed with tech suppport, everything else is within spec.
Showed up for a membership plumbing inspection checked everything throughout the house and discussed luxury add-ons with the homeowner this is a fairly new home with no real issues to report discuss the importance of regular maintenance and recommended flushing the hot water heater
