Arrived for rec work Uninstalled bad compressor and installed new compressor Recommend Compressor Svaer Pulled a vaccum, installed compressor saver, and charged and system was running before we left
On this job I washed the condensor inspected the system for efficiency and cleaniness. The filter was new and fresh. I added a iaq200 to improve over all indoor air quality. The tD is 20. I installed the a sensi thermostat with purchase of UV system. After install I tested the heating side and cooling from new thermostat this system is ready for summer.
No answer at door
Install 36k hz gas keep current filtration includes code kit, return plenum and return air filter grill
During inspection discovered that fan blades on the blower motor had slid down the shaft causing the fan blades to hit the housing was able to get fan blades realigned so they were no longer hitting on the casing Left with system operating properly
Low voltage issue is causing the system to lose “y” and the outdoor unit shuts off intermittently. The issue is in the thermostat. Customer refused repairs at this time and said that he is able to change their thermostat himself.

4ton heat pump system has another leak of freon. I repaired a leak about a year ago. Rather then continuous repair he wants to talk about system replacement before the heat really turns on.

On this system I bumped up the fan speed added 5 oz for 410a and a compressor saver. The system test in tolermace for cooling and heating. The system could how ever use a UV system to clean up the air due to the bio growth I found in the air handler. The tD is 20 system is ready for cooling.
Customer stated they had a lighting strike take out half of the home. Tstats lost power and wifi connection. Tstats went back to manufacture settings and schedules. Reset schedule to customers preferences. System running as should

This i a 5 ton heat pump system with 10 years of warrenty. The system needs roughly 150 oz of 410a. She does not want me to perform a leak search. She wants to have home Depot and there departsments fix this issue.
Performed super tune up Cleaned condensor and tightened connections System heat and cool perform good Components are in tolerance Air filter changed out Germicidal bulb is out Recommended IAQ 200 upgrade Financing approved. Homeowner will review product information And financing with husband before installing System left on cool at exit
For the super tune-up I inspected the furnace and condenser, for the most part everything was measuring with a manufacturer's specs and running well. One of the capacitors on the condenser is out of tolerance by more than 6%, I recommend the customer placing that before the intensity of Summer arrives. Additionally I recommend a duct cleaning level 2 to also clean the blower as it is extremely dirty and full of hair and dirt. Lastly I think the customer would benefit from an IQ 200, air scrubber with the amount of hair and dirt that was bypassing the filter there is no telling what biologics may be circulating through the house.

System is low on R-22 refrigerant and it is causing the system to freeze up. Thawed out the evaporator coil and verified refrigerant levels. Customer is not interested in fixing the issue at this time.

Customer had milestone sales guy arrive 5 min into my evaluation so i informed the customer that I am not allowed to work concurrently with another company. She is interested in replacement and wants a comfort advisor to come talk to her. She should be calling in today, please give her a call to discuss as well.

Colby performed my A/C checkup and was not only extremely thorough but professional and knowledgeable. He took pics to show me the parts that were working well and the parts that needed to be replaced/repair. Yes, I need to spend some money but it is for work that I believe needs to be done. Daniel did our HVAC inspection. He was very thorough in his work and explanations, including the photos he took of our equipment. He recommended the clean air system to protect our health and safety.
