Job Locations and Reviews
For the evaluation I'll show up to the customer's home and they stated their air handler was frozen and was not blowing cold air. When I gauged up my saturation temp was below freezing, so I'll be searching I found a leak on the loops of the evaporator coil. I explained to customer their options as far as replacing the coil, replacing the entire unit, and adding refrigerant in the prices of each. They elected to speak with the comfort advisor about replacing.
On arrival system was running and cooling producing a 22 degree delta. Indoor unit was clean and the drain lines flowed when flushed. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. System was running and cooling as I left.

During inspection verified that system was working properly Spoke to customer about replacing his uv bulb and also putting a compressor saver on his system due to his compressor starting to pull over the LRA of the system Customer wanted to hold off on the compressor saver for today but wanted to get the uv bulb put in Left customers house with system operating properly
Air conditioning repair. The customer had been experiencing issues with their AC unit. Identified the problem as a faulty thermostat. The thermostat was replaced with a new one and the system was tested to ensure it was working properly again.
This system tolerance was good. Caps and contactor still in good shape. After changing the filter I washed the condensor coil. The heating side also tested in tolerance the tD 20. The system could benifit from hard start kit and uv . The house could benifit from insulation it basically bare bones. Other then the system is ready for cooling.
Went out to provide maintenance on an air conditioning system. All the electrical, mechanical and safety components were checked. The system's filter was replaced but over all the unit is working as it should for the home.
This system has a leak in the Evap coil rather then make reather and refill he would like to fiance a system through us. Set for 3 to 5 pm tomorrow
Arrived on eval System not working Breaker was flipped and a wire on the heating side had burnt out. Flipped breaker and fixed wire System running before I left.

Determined that the customer would absolutely benefit from a duct cleaning emailed estimates. Customer also wanted a tuneup done while I was on site tuneup fee added to invoice. Tested all components all measured within ratings and specs. Refrigerant level is normal. Washed and cleaned condenser. Customer will change filter when it is time.
Arrived for eval Upstairs indoor blower motor is sparking and the board is bad and the blower cap is bad. Both indoor units coil is rusted Both outdoor units field wire has been chewed up Right outdoor unit is new and left out door unit is R22 Relayed information to customer and we scheduled a comfort advisor meeting Comfort advisor 05/03/24 @6-8
Upon inspection verified that system was completely empty on refrigerant and that the leak was coming from the evap coil Spoke to customer and let him know that he has a R22 system and that R22 is currently no longer made and that the best option would be looking to upgrade the system due to the refrigerant and the damage that could have been caused to the compressor from it running with no refrigerant Setup appt for CA to return 5-6-24 from 6pm-8pm time slot
During inspection verified that system was working properly Spoke to customer about recommendations for the system including a pan strip to prevent buildup in the drain line and also a compressor saver due to the customers compressor having high inrush amps and customers stated they wanted to hold off for now until they could speak about it a little more Left customers house with system operating properly
On arrival system was off. I found the primary drain line clogged at the sink. I removed the clog and tested, drain line is properly flowing.
Upon arrival dissembled old condenser motor and installed new motor with a new cap Tested all components and system was working properly upon departure
Lvl 1 duct cleaning
Upon arrival installed Aprilaire upgrade kit Customer asked about the vents that install didn't have on them at time of the duct work and was asking when they would be back out to install those remain vent covers Let customer know I would get in contact with install and have the office call back to let them know when they would be back
Replace 36k upflow duct system and add 1700 sq foot R30 insulation
Performed inspection made recommendations for customer he does most of the work on his home Himself..
Arrived for eval Had to make another appointment because customer caught me before I left to do the fan motor Installed motor and out door unit is running Relayed information to customer
