On arrival the switch to the furnace was off. Once turned on the system ran in cooling and heating.

Tech arrived for rec work. The 210 AprilAire filter upgrade kit and filter was installed and functional today. The system was functioning upon departure.

Tech arrived at a membership tune-up. Upon inspection the filter was dirty and loose in the filter box. This was allowing unfiltered air to move into the blower air. Blower area was dirty. The vinegar was poured down the drain line. The heating system reached complete ignition. The flame sensor was scorched. There was no observed surge protection. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He decided to move forward with ordering the 20*25*4 AprilAire upgrade kit. He will review the other recommendations. We will pause for parts. The system was heating upon departure.

Tested all components all measured within ratings. Refrigerant level is normal. Washed and cleaned condenser. Changed filter.

Upon arrival the indoor and outdoor system was running and cooling. The indoor unit was in good shape factoring in age. The coil was not rusted and the delta of 17 is good. The blower was dusty and it's capicator was out of tolerance. The drain line flowed when flushed but did not have any water safety on the unit. I did advise the customer of the potential for water damage without the safety The outdoor system was fairly clean. The dual run capicator was 29 out of 45 and is likely causing the fan run amps and compressor amps on start up to be above what they are rated. Fan is running at 1.03 and max rated is .93. the compressor is starting up at 128.6 amps and the max is 109. Customer declined to pursue any of my recommendations today. As I left I ensured the system was back up and running. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day!

Upon arrival system was in working condition. Looking at the indoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Blower dirty. Plenum is dirty. Recommended a duct clean and uv light but client rejected work. Drain lines are clear and flowing. Filter was changed. Looking at the outdoor unit, all electrical connections and components are good. Compressor capacitor is within tolerance. Fan capacitor out of tolerance but client decided to hold off on that. Refrigerant levels are acceptable. Amp draws are acceptable. Cleaned unit from inside out. Left system in working condition. Thank you for choosing comfort experts.

Upon arrival I checked the indoor unit for heating functionality and everything ran fine. System was very clean. Outdoor unit ran well as well. Capacitor was within tolerance and the amp draws were all within specs. Left customer in cooling with a 20⁰ delta.

Performed ah, system operation is normal, changed filter, removed blower and inspected heat exchangers, found high dust levels in return plenum, flame sensor is highly corroded, supply plenum is damaged from condensation and rusted along with secondary pan. Recommend duct cleaning, flame sensor, drain treatment
