From the moment I set up the appointment and when the work was completed, I knew I made the right decision not going through my home warranty and reaching out to comfort experts. Mike is very very knowledgeable and was able to fix my AC quickly! He answered all of my questions and provided valuable information to help maintain my AC unit. I didn’t feel pressured in adding any services. He did a great job & great customer service. Thanks!
Leo, the consummate professional, did an exceptional job in customer service, answering any questions I had and making sure the service was exemplary. I appreciated the care he took of the equipment and my home upon arrival and before leaving. I highly recommend Leo for any work on your AC system.
Thank you SO much to Mark W for stopping to help me and my daughter on the side of the road with a flat tire on our trailer I couldn’t get off! He got us back on the road in no time. I will def be using them for any of our repair needs!!!
After contacting several other plumbers who wouldn’t be able to get me taken care of until the weekend, I got a recommendation to try Comfort Experts. Within a couple hours they had Daniel H on the way. I received a message when he was on the way and when to expect him, with a picture to know who was coming. He arrived promptly and was friendly. Got to work on my water leak and had it taken care of quickly. He was very respectful and even talked with my son about what he was doing and explained things to him as he went. My kiddo was super excited to be included in seeing what happened and how it was fixed. Awesome service, great plumber. Will absolutely recommend and will use again if more issues arise in the future.
We had our A/C system serviced today by a technician, Daniel, from Comfort A/C Experts. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He notified us while on the way, arrived on time, clearly explained what needed to be done, and completed the job thoroughly. Our A/C is now running smoothly. He also gave us helpful tips on how to maintain the system for better performance and longevity. Kudos for a job well done. I recommend them to anyone needing A/C work done!
Colby came out and inspected my a/c unit. He was so polite, knowledgeable, and informative. He offered options for repairs and was not pushy.
Alex and another gentleman spent the day installing a furnace and outside unit and they were also respectful, polite, and hardworking.
Daniel was a professional the entire time and offered great knowledge. He cam out for just a tune up and uncovered an issue I had no idea about. He was able to assure me of the quality of work that would be done and lowered his initial cost. Highly recommended him and this company.
Cooper was amazing! He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He took great care to keep everything clean as he worked. He fixed my garbage disposal and gave me information for my future needs. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend.
Colby Finch was a pleasure to work with. Very detailed and thorough in his maintenance of our system. Definitely felt like I could trust him and the company and I am someone that’s SUPER hard to please. With that being said, don’t let me down!! You have a high bar set.
I had a leaking condensate line that was causing dirty water to spill out into my backyard, and Leo from Comfort Experts came out and quickly got to the bottom of it. Turns out, the primary condensate line had been disconnected due to a poor installation job when the house was built. Leo not only repaired it properly, but also took care of a few other issues he noticed while he was here.

He went above and beyond by explaining everything clearly and giving me detailed next steps to take after he left — including referring me to a trusted plumber, who then connected me with a water condensation specialist. Leo was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him and Comfort Experts for anyone needing reliable HVAC service!

When to Call an Electrician in Keene

Some issues scream for attention. Others sneak up quietly.

The sooner you call, the better. Here’s when it’s time to bring us in:

  1. Lights flicker or dim: If your lights dim when appliances kick on, your wiring or circuits are likely overloaded.
  2. Outlets spark: Sparks aren’t harmless. They mean something inside the wall is loose, broken, or failing.
  3. Burning smells near outlets or your panel: That burning plastic smell means wires are overheating. Kill the power and call us immediately.
  4. Buzzing or humming sounds: Electricity should stay silent. Buzzing means loose wires, failing parts, or trouble inside your panel.
  5. Breakers trip repeatedly: If you’re resetting the same breaker more than once, something is pulling too much power or shorting out.
  6. Partial power outages: When half your house loses power while the other half stays on, the problem is likely inside your panel or central line.
  7. Extension cords everywhere: If you’re stringing extension cords around your house, you need more outlets and better circuits.
  8. Old or outdated panels: Panels over 25 years old aren’t built to handle today’s power needs. We’ll check them out before they fail.
  9. Adding large appliances or upgrades: New HVAC systems, EV chargers, kitchen remodels, or workshops can overload older wiring quickly.
  10. Small shocks when touching appliances or switches: If you feel a zap, your grounding system needs attention right away.

Catching these issues early can save you from bigger problems and bills down the road.

Why Keene Trusts Comfort Experts

We show up when we say we will. We explain every step. We give you options without pushing you into something you don’t need.

We’ve worked on homes across Keene—brand-new houses, older homes with aging wiring, and everything in between. We know which areas struggle with old panels, where moisture sneaks into outdoor boxes, and how Texas storms stress electrical systems.

We treat your home like it’s our own. We leave it safer than it was when we arrived.

Why We’re Called Electrical Geniuses

We earned the name Electrical Genius by solving problems others couldn’t. We don’t toss guesses at your wiring. We investigate, explain, and fix it right.

One call in Keene sticks with us. A family kept losing power to part of their house during storms. Other electricians replaced the breakers and left. We checked the service panel and found water leaking through the outdoor meter base and into the wiring. Every rainstorm triggered a short. We sealed the leak, rewired the damaged section, and ended a problem they’d been dealing with for months.

That’s experience. That’s why people call us when nobody else can figure it out.

What It's Like to Work With Us:

  1. You call. A real person answers, not a robot.
  2. We schedule. You pick a time that works, and we show up on time.
  3. We diagnose. No guesswork. We will find the issue and walk you through the fix.
  4. We repair or install. We come ready, with tools in hand.
  5. We clean up. You won’t find bits of wire or drywall on your floor.

Keene Electrician FAQs

Your AC pulls a heavy load at startup. We can install dedicated circuits or upgrade your panel to handle that power better.

Yes. That spark means loose wires or failing parts. We’ll replace the outlet before it becomes a fire risk.

We don’t recommend it. Panels carry dangerous voltage, even when powered down. One mistake can cause serious harm.

Two-prong outlets usually mean your system isn’t grounded. We can upgrade your outlets and bring your system up to today’s safety standards.

Power strips protect a few devices. Whole-home surge protection shields your entire system from lightning strikes and grid surges.
