We had our A/C system serviced today by a technician, Daniel, from Comfort A/C Experts. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He notified us while on the way, arrived on time, clearly explained what needed to be done, and completed the job thoroughly. Our A/C is now running smoothly. He also gave us helpful tips on how to maintain the system for better performance and longevity. Kudos for a job well done. I recommend them to anyone needing A/C work done!

Daniel was a professional the entire time and offered great knowledge. He cam out for just a tune up and uncovered an issue I had no idea about. He was able to assure me of the quality of work that would be done and lowered his initial cost. Highly recommended him and this company.

I had a leaking condensate line that was causing dirty water to spill out into my backyard, and Leo from Comfort Experts came out and quickly got to the bottom of it. Turns out, the primary condensate line had been disconnected due to a poor installation job when the house was built. Leo not only repaired it properly, but also took care of a few other issues he noticed while he was here.

He went above and beyond by explaining everything clearly and giving me detailed next steps to take after he left — including referring me to a trusted plumber, who then connected me with a water condensation specialist. Leo was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him and Comfort Experts for anyone needing reliable HVAC service!

While it’s never great to have unexpected expenses, it IS great to have a fast response and resolution. Daniel H was helpful and efficient, made sure I understood all my options, and was a nice guy! Got me set back up with hot water (new water heater) in just a couple hours.

Awesome service! Cooper did a super job! Our garbage disposal is running well and he checked our upstairs toilet and provided information on what to do with the 25 year old potty! He said he would get us estimate to replace it and we need an ADA compliant system. He said he could install that so we will be getting back with him and y'all real soon!
