Michael and Alonso came out to assess our AC which had stopped cooling in the upstairs for about a week and turns out the "return duct" had some damage of the metal ring that goes around to I guess keep it secure and hold its cylinder shape. It's impossible to know when or how it got damaged whether by the installers or the duct cleaners we had in earlier this year. Although they weren't able to fix the issue, they were able to identify the problem and get me scheduled for their Expert to come out the next day to fully assess.
