I noticed in late afternoon on a hot summer day (a Sunday no less) that the house was getting warmer, then noticed the AC wouldn't even kick on.
I called their after hours office line & they had someone out very quickly.

I declined to have him replace the outlet only because I know to replace it myself and the price was out of my range for something I can do on my own.
