I contacted Comfort Experts for their $49 A/C tune up special. Justin P arrived on time and explained in detail the scope of the inspection and services provided. Justin was very attentive as he not only listened to my questions but then answered all of them with great detail. Justin performed the inspection and cleaning of our A/C system and provided a very detailed assessment of his findings complete with detailed photos. I couldn’t have been happier with his work ethic and professionalism. If I were a business owner, he would be exactly the type of employee I would hope to hire! Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and a great attitude. Thank you Justin, I have found my new A/C service company moving forward!

Want to thank Michael for his quick response to my AC issues. Quick to diagnose the issues showed his expertise in ac repair. Explained everything needed that I easily understood to make the repairs at a reasonable price and had us up and running in a short period of time. Colby was amazing with his service. He showed up in a timely manner and was very informative. Colby was able to detect the false trigger by the unit and was able to resolve our issues fairly quickly with little to no fuss. We would definitely recommend Colby to anyone.

I noticed in late afternoon on a hot summer day (a Sunday no less) that the house was getting warmer, then noticed the AC wouldn't even kick on.
I called their after hours office line & they had someone out very quickly.
The technician, Garrett, was polite, knowledgeable & ensured I understood what was happening & what he needed to do throughout. I trusted what he was telling me based on my limited knowledge from hearing my dad's conversations (a former Heat & AC technician), no "single lady at the mechanic shop" shenanigans.
I will definitely be calling them again when the need arises in the future.

Danny with Comfort Experts out of the Kennydale office was fantastic. He checked everything and replaced a part that was old and not working properly. I’ve been satisfied for years. I pay my monthly fee and have done so for years . It has paid for itself many times over.

Alex was friendly and professional. The crew was quiet and cleaned up very well after their work was done. All members of the crew were nice to my dogs. He explained all the work that was done, showed me pictures and explained why they moved from one size duct to another. When they left, he made sure I understood what work was done and insured that the house was clean. I would have that crew in my house again to make repairs.

Mark W & Hunter are courteous and professional. They repaired our AC and even took care of some maintenance to help prevent future issues. It's great to feel cool again! Many thanks to these fine gentlemen.

Nathan was amazing!! He came out to look at why my outlets weren’t working. He was very thorough and nice. He found out the outlet itself had gone bad and that was the problem. I declined to have him replace the outlet only because I know to replace it myself and the price was out of my range for something I can do on my own. Would definitely use them again in the future though.
