Ac Maintence Tech
We had our A/C system serviced today by a technician, Daniel, from Comfort A/C Experts. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He notified us while on the way, arrived on time, clearly explained what needed to be done, and completed the job thoroughly. Our A/C is now running smoothly. He also gave us helpful tips on how to maintain the system for better performance and longevity. Kudos for a job well done. I recommend them to anyone needing A/C work done!
Daniel was a professional the entire time and offered great knowledge. He cam out for just a tune up and uncovered an issue I had no idea about. He was able to assure me of the quality of work that would be done and lowered his initial cost. Highly recommended him and this company.
Cooper was amazing! He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He took great care to keep everything clean as he worked. He fixed my garbage disposal and gave me information for my future needs. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend.
Colby Finch was a pleasure to work with. Very detailed and thorough in his maintenance of our system. Definitely felt like I could trust him and the company and I am someone that’s SUPER hard to please. With that being said, don’t let me down!! You have a high bar set.
I had a leaking condensate line that was causing dirty water to spill out into my backyard, and Leo from Comfort Experts came out and quickly got to the bottom of it. Turns out, the primary condensate line had been disconnected due to a poor installation job when the house was built. Leo not only repaired it properly, but also took care of a few other issues he noticed while he was here.

He went above and beyond by explaining everything clearly and giving me detailed next steps to take after he left — including referring me to a trusted plumber, who then connected me with a water condensation specialist. Leo was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him and Comfort Experts for anyone needing reliable HVAC service!
While it’s never great to have unexpected expenses, it IS great to have a fast response and resolution. Daniel H was helpful and efficient, made sure I understood all my options, and was a nice guy! Got me set back up with hot water (new water heater) in just a couple hours.
Daniel A. Was very professional. Listened to the description of the problem and systematically ruled out the possible causes of the problem. He was very thorough and explained what he did and why he did it very well. He is an amazing asset to the company. Amazing customer service skills . Thank you for sending him out.
Had Leo come out to our house at 12 am and help us out! Did an awesome job and got our A/C back up and running in no time! Definitely recommend!!
Awesome service! Cooper did a super job! Our garbage disposal is running well and he checked our upstairs toilet and provided information on what to do with the 25 year old potty! He said he would get us estimate to replace it and we need an ADA compliant system. He said he could install that so we will be getting back with him and y'all real soon!
I received a Promo for an A/C tune up. Kellen M. did an outstanding job! He was professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through every detail of my system and explained all the preventive measures I can take to extend its life. Top-notch service—highly recommend!

Are Mini-Splits Right For Your Home?

As their name suggests, ductless mini-splits don’t require air ducts to operate, making them a great option for cooling and heating small spaces. These zoned systems allow you to effortlessly control the heating or cooling in specific areas of your home. While traditional air conditioning units distribute cooled air through your whole home, mini-splits come equipped with everything they need to service a single room or space. This makes them more versatile and better suited to reach difficult areas and boost comfort.

Whether you rely on hot water, electric heat, or radiant panels, these ductless systems are ideal. Say goodbye to the limitations of ductwork and embrace a more efficient way to heat and cool your home.

You Can Use Ductless Mini-Splits For:

Mini-splits function similarly to heat pumps, in that they offer both heating and cooling solutions while running on electrical power. The condenser and compressor coils are split into two separate units to provide greater efficiency than a traditional AC system.

Their small size and simple build make for easy installation, often only requiring a small wall hole for power and refrigerant lines. Modern mini-splits not only use significantly less electricity but operate quietly for comfortable cooling.

Save on Energy Bills with a Ductless Mini-Split System

Save up to 50% on your heating costs with a mini-split system. These models transfer heat instead of creating it, unlike regular electric heating. Not only that, but mini-split systems can also reduce your cooling bill by 30% compared to traditional air conditioning. These systems achieve high energy efficiency by using compressors and fans to adjust cooling speeds.

Say goodbye to energy loss associated with ducted systems like central air or heating. With split systems, there are no ducts, ensuring maximum efficiency.

Mini-Split System FAQs

On average, you can expect to pay between $2,000 to $5,000 for a single-zone ductless mini-split system in and around Fort Worth. This normally includes the indoor and outdoor units, as well as basic installation. The larger the system and the more indoor units you need, the more expensive it will be.

Yes, ductless mini-splits are worth it for many homeowners and business in and around Forth Worth.

Their value will depend on several factors and individual circumstances:

  • Energy efficiency: Ductless mini-split systems are very energy-efficient, which can save you money on your utility bills.
  • Zoning capability: Ductless mini-split systems allow you to control the temperature in each room individually. This is ideal for homes with multiple zones, such as homes with a finished basement or attic.
  • Precise temperature control: Ductless mini-split systems provide very precise temperature control, so you can always be comfortable in your home.
  • Easy installation: Ductless mini-split systems are relatively easy to install, even in homes without existing ductwork.
  • Quiet operation: Ductless mini-split systems operate very quietly, so you won’t be disturbed by noise while you’re trying to relax or sleep.

In general, a single mini split system can cool up to four rooms. However, if the rooms are large or if the climate is very hot, you may need to install multiple mini split systems.

The maximum allowable distance between the indoor air handlers and outdoor unit in a mini split system depends on the specific model, but general guidelines are:

For most residential systems, the farthest indoor unit can be located around 25-50 feet away from the outdoor unit. High-end commercial models can sometimes handle runs up to 100-200 feet.

The distance is limited by factors like the size of the lineset piping containing the refrigerant lines and drain piping, as well as the system’s overall capacity and efficiency losses over longer pipe lengths.

Exceeding the manufacturer’s maximum distance recommendations can lead to performance issues, so it’s important to select a mini split designed for the required distance between indoor and outdoor components.

To make the most of your mini-split air conditioning, you should schedule preventative maintenance before the seasons you’re most likely to run it frequently or non-stop. Just like traditional AC and heating systems, mini-splits should be tuned up and repaired by a professional to ensure they keep your home comfortable and safe at all times. If your mini-split is on the fritz or needs to be tuned up for the extreme Texas weather, we’re here to help!
