Colby is the best. Some times I feel uncomfortable with strangers in my house. Colby doesn't feel like a stranger and my dog Bella likes to help him too. Thanks for sending the best
For this super tune-up we inspected the customers air handler and condenser, all equipment was measuring with the manufacturer specs and running well. We've already replaced the TXV as well as the compressor on this lifetime warranty system and the compressor is over amping on startup so I recommended a hard start kit or soft start kit with a soft start kit being a better value as it has a built-in surge protector. At this time the customer wants to wait and let us repair the system of it breaks down.
During inspection verified that system was working properly Upon arrival customer stated that condenser was making a loud noise every now and then when it started up and upon inspection discovered that part of the condenser coil was compacted and system was pulling too much inrush amps off of initial startup Brought this information to the customer's attention and let him know we could install a compressor saver to help get those initial in Rush amps down and he said he wanted to hold off for now and possibly get it done on his next inspection Left customer's house with system operating properly
