Daniel A. was courteous and professional while he worked today. He went above and beyond to help us understand the issue with our air unit. He worked quickly and quietly to assess the problem. Before he left, he made sure we understood the ways we could best maintain our air unit.
Danny was so great! He was very patient explaining all of our options helping us to resolve our problems with our upstairs ac unit. He got us up and running in less than 20 min with real solutions to resolve the issue. Very thankful for employees like Danny. Keep hiring people just like him and this will continue to be a growing and profitable business model. Thank you again
Tyler is an easy person to talk with. Very knowledgeable. He explained the maintenance plan to me which I purchased. He also installed a new breaker which was the reason that I called. It seems to me that you have a very professional business. Thank you.

Mark did a great job on our heating tune-up. He replaced our filter and checked all the safety features. He was thorough, professional and friendly. Highly recommend!!
Toby is the best, most respectful and knowledgeable advisor we have ever had. If you need heating or air, he is your guy! Thank you Comfort Experts for hiring amazing employees.
Jeremy came by to check out our AC and we ended up needing a whole new unit. He took the time to walk us through all the options and got us such a good deal that we couldn’t say no. He was awesome to work with and made the whole process super easy. If you need a new AC, Jeremy is the one to call!
Mark D and Tyler B were very professional and knowledgeable. My electric bill had jumped and I knew something had been going on with the outside unit sounding bad. Mark explained what happened and got me fixed right away.
Thanks for the great service!
Michael and Alonso came out to assess our AC which had stopped cooling in the upstairs for about a week and turns out the "return duct" had some damage of the metal ring that goes around to I guess keep it secure and hold its cylinder shape. It's impossible to know when or how it got damaged whether by the installers or the duct cleaners we had in earlier this year. Although they weren't able to fix the issue, they were able to identify the problem and get me scheduled for their Expert to come out the next day to fully assess. They were professional, seemed knowledgeable and quick to complete the assessment and get me on the schedule.
I've owned my house for about five years now, and have trusted Comfort Experts to do much of the repair and maintenance work on it, with outstanding results.

But nothing compared to the scope of my most recent project, a partial re-plumbing of all the fast-deteriorating (and close to breaking) galvanized pipe running throughout my 1920s house – most of which was creatively installed in bizarre ways, many years ago.

So of course, Comfort Experts was my first call.

And I'm incredibly glad it was, because as challenge after challenge was uncovered, the Comfort Expert team worked through and overcame each of them – from an oddly-placed waterline, to the excavation and installation of a new water main through a yard filled with rock and tree roots (shout-out to C&R Excavation!), to reaching barely-accessible areas of the crawl space under the house to replace difficult-to-reach pipes. Etc.

It was a true team effort, and the Comfort Experts technicians handled everything in stride with determination, patience and professionalism.

Tyler B. – only two weeks into his role at the time – was already insulating pipes, navigating the crawl space, and digging holes like he'd been on the job for months.

Zach answered the call when he was needed; squeezing into ridiculously small spaces to access areas otherwise impossible to reach.

Daniel was with me every step of the way, and I was less anxious about the entire project knowing that it was in his very capable hands. He confidently navigated each unforeseen issue – and there were many – while patiently answering my questions and constantly troubleshooting issues with the team.

And then there was Mark W., who was everywhere and seemingly capable of doing everything. He was in the attic running a new drain line for my HVAC. He was under the house installing new pipe. He was hopping into holes with a jackhammer to assist the excavation team. He had a tool for everything, and an answer to every question, and his high standards for excellence – for his own work and that of his team – also gave me great peace of mind.

What started out as a seemingly simple project ended up taking a full 3.5 days – but I am so grateful that Comfort Experts got it done, and was able to do it right. My 100-year old house will stay standing a little while longer thanks to them!
Zak came the same day and was very professional and informative about the issues we had with our AC unit. Even though we fixed our problem without needing to use the services recommended...I still do recommend Comfort Experts(Zak L) for coming out and being patient. In the future I will contact Comfort Experts if needed Thank you

When to Call an Electrician in Azle

You don’t need to wait for sparks to fly before picking up the phone. Your house usually gives you plenty of clues.

Here’s what to watch for:

  1. Breakers that keep tripping. If flipping the microwave shuts off your whole kitchen, your panel says, “I can’t handle this.”
  2. Lights that flicker when the AC kicks in. That momentary dim might seem harmless but points to overloaded circuits or undersized wiring.
  3. Warm or buzzing outlets. These aren’t just annoying—they’re a warning sign. Heat and sound mean something’s loose or worn out.
  4. You feel a zap when touching switches. That jolt isn’t your imagination. It’s bad wiring, and it needs attention fast. That smell? It’s usually plastic heating up. Don’t wait. Cut the power and call us.
  5. Your home’s more than 30 years old. If you still have aluminum wiring or an old fuse box, it’s time to upgrade.
  6. Too few outlets and too many cords. Extension cords and power strips aren’t meant to carry your daily load. Let’s add what you need.
  7. Installing a big appliance. Hot tubs, EV chargers, or anything with major power needs require a licensed hand. That’s us.
  8. You’re remodeling or building an addition. Before you hang that drywall, make sure the wiring’s done right.

Electrical issues rarely fix themselves. Most only get worse over time and become more expensive. Catching them early saves money, time, and headaches.

What Makes Us the Electrical Genius?

We didn’t slap Electrical Genius on our vans just for fun. It came from years of doing things right the first time—and being the ones people in Azle trust when the lights won’t turn on or the ceiling fan’s wobbling like it’s had too much coffee. Our electricians know the codes, the systems, and the tricks that old homes like to pull.

We talk like people, not textbooks. We explain things clearly, give you real options, and fix them without cutting corners. You’ll never catch us rushing through a job or skipping safety steps. That’s why we’re the Home of the Electrical Genius.

A True Story From the Field

A homeowner near Eagle Mountain Lake called us one afternoon about flickering lights in their den. They thought it might be haunted. We ran some tests and found a loose neutral wire in the main panel—something that could’ve cooked their electronics or started a fire. It took us an hour to fix, and we left them with solid power and a good laugh. “No ghosts,” we told them, “just bad wiring.”

That’s the thing—we take scary situations and make them simple again.

What It's Like to Work With Us:

  1. You call. A real person answers, not a robot.
  2. We schedule. You pick a time that works, and we show up on time.
  3. We diagnose. No guesswork. We will find the issue and walk you through the fix.
  4. We repair or install. We come ready, with tools in hand.
  5. We clean up. You won’t find bits of wire or drywall on your floor.

That’s usually a sign of an overloaded circuit or a stretched-out service panel. We’ll inspect and recommend the best fix.

Sometimes, but not always. It depends on the box’s support. If it wasn’t rated for a fan, it could fall.

Yes—especially if you have expensive electronics and smart appliances or live in a storm-prone area. A single strike can do a lot of damage.

Every 10 years, or sooner, if you notice signs like frequent breaker trips, buzzing, or flickering.

Legally? No. Safely? Definitely not. Outlet installs must follow code and be adequately tested—leave that to us.
