Electricians in Rowlett, TX – Provided by Comfort Experts

Electricity’s one of those things you don’t think about until it stops working. Or starts working too well and tries to burn your house down.
I’ve been doing electrical work in Rowlett for years. Seen panels that belonged in a museum. Outlets held together with electrical tape and prayers. Houses where every room had three extension cords running to one poor outlet.

Here’s what scares me – people ignoring problems until something catches fire. That little buzz from your outlet? That’s not normal. Those lights that flicker when you turn on the microwave? Also not normal.
We’re Comfort Experts. When your electrical stuff goes haywire, we’re the ones who show up and actually fix it. Not patch it. Fix it.

Because your family’s safety is worth more than hoping that weird smell goes away on its own.

Joe came out to check our mini split in our master bedroom. Intermittently would make a loud racket. He spent 20 minutes trying to replicate but couldn't. He listened to the recording I had made so he could hear what exactly it was doing. He let me know exactly what he was going to do and how the process was for the parts and what would happen when the came in.
He was our installer of the unit last year so he knew what he was doing. Also, very courteous and cleaned up after himself.
No payment required at this time.
Called on a Sunday due to heater not working. Scheduling was easy, notification on technician was great, provided text when the technician was on the way. Mark was awsome, checked everything. Unfortunate for me the problem was the ducting was torn up by feral cats. Mark scheduled one of their engineers to come out to do an apprasal and quote. Very satisfied with service and information. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again when the need arises.
Jan 8. 2026. Outstanding plumbing service - Truly Above & Beyond. I cannot say enough good things about the plumbing inspection I received from Jarred. From start to finish, this was hands-down the most thorough and professional service I've ever had. He took the time to address every single issue I had - no rushing, no short cuts and explained everything clearly so I actually understood what was going on with my home's plumbing system. He didn't just point out issues; he provided remedies and solutions for potential problems before they become costly emergencies. What really impressed me was the amount of time he spent with me. He went far beyond what was expected, carefully expecting each room and walking me through his findings. He was personable, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable - the perfect balance of professionalism and easy to talk to. At the end of the inspection, he provided a detailed room-by-room report with transparent pricing, which made planning repairs incredibly easy. There was absolutley no pressure, just honest advice and genuine care about the condition of my home. If you want a plumber who is meticulous, trustworthy, patient, and truly invested in doing a good job - Jerred from Comfort Experts is your guy! He provided the kind of service that restores your faith in home professionals. I recommend him without hesitation. Karen C. Fort Worth TX
Comfort Experts is my go to air-conditioning People. They provide maintenance service on my system twice a year. Their service technicians have been excellent.
They are experienced professional, and very knowledgeable and appear to be well trained
They perform minimal and necessary improvements to my system in order to extend its life. I'm going on 15 years with the current system and anticipate what will last another 10 years as long as they keep it properly maintained.
They are very careful with the cost and keep the expenses to a minimum Which I greatly appreciate
My technician today was Mike R
Not only did he do an excellent job analyzing a few minor issues that could be easily fixed to extend a life of my unit. He was training a new technician Who eventually will become as proficient as he is.
Alonso was out last week for my annual inspection. He was very professional and cordial. He found that one of my air supply tubes and come loose and I was cooling my attic needless to say that was wasting quite a bit of money. I had him order the part and he came out this afternoon and installed it for me. He was again very cordial and professional.
Alex and his helper came early and stayed late to insure our new HVAC system was installed properly and running correctly. Both men were courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. In spite of Murphey's law glitches they worked tirelessly to get our system up and running correctly. I couldn't be happier with their service and strongly recommend this company and these technicians.

When to Call an Electrician in Rowlett

Your house is trying to tell you something. Listen to it.

  1. Breaker keeps tripping: Flipping the same breaker over and over? Something’s pulling too much juice or there’s a short hiding somewhere.
  2. Lights act possessed: Flickering, dimming, doing whatever they want? You’ve got loose connections or overloaded circuits.
  3. Outlets make noise: Buzzing, humming, crackling – electricity should be silent. If it’s making noise, something’s wrong.
  4. Outlets feel hot: Warm outlet means danger. Hot outlet means call us right now before your house burns down.
  5. Everything shocks you: Getting zapped by light switches isn’t normal. It’s a grounding problem that needs fixing.
  6. Power surges keep happening: Electronics resetting themselves? Appliances flickering? You need surge protection.
  7. Dead outlets everywhere: Could be a circuit, could be wiring, could be the outlet itself. We’ll figure it out.
  8. Want to install something big: Electric car charger? New hot tub? Your current wiring probably can’t handle it.
  9. No GFCI outlets near water: Bathrooms, kitchens, garages – anywhere there’s water, you need outlets that’ll trip instead of electrocute you.
  10. Extension cord city: If every room looks like an octopus of cords, you need more real outlets.

Why People Keep Calling Us

We show up. We fix things. We don’t disappear.

No sales pitches about stuff you don’t need. We look at the problem, tell you what’s wrong, tell you what it costs to fix it right.

We explain everything in normal words. No technical mumbo jumbo. Clean up our mess. Don’t track dirt through your house. Actually finish the job before we leave.

That’s it. That’s why people trust us with their electrical work.

The "Haunted" Dining Room

Got this call from a family who swore their dining room was haunted. Light would flicker, buzz, sometimes just quit working. They’d replaced everything – bulb, switch, even the whole fixture.

Still acting crazy.

Opened up the switch box and found wires just twisted together with electrical tape. No proper connectors. No wonder it was acting up.
Rewired it right, put in a new switch, problem disappeared. Ghost was just crappy electrical work.

They’d been dealing with it for months because they figured it was just “old house problems.”

Nope. Just dangerous wiring that could’ve started a fire.

What It's Like to Work With Us:

  1. You call. A real person answers, not a robot.
  2. We schedule. You pick a time that works, and we show up on time.
  3. We diagnose. No guesswork. We will find the issue and walk you through the fix.
  4. We repair or install. We come ready, with tools in hand.
  5. We clean up. You won’t find bits of wire or drywall on your floor.

Rowlett Electrician FAQs

Both things are on the same circuit and your microwave’s a power hog. Need to split them up or add a dedicated line.

If it’s older than 25 years, makes weird noises, or trips all the time, it’s probably done. We can check it out.

Yeah. Power strips only protect what’s plugged into them. Whole house protection covers everything, even your AC and appliances.

Very bad. Could be loose wires or worn out outlet. Sparks start fires.

You could try. But if the box isn’t rated for a fan’s weight, it could fall on your head or start a fire. We’ll do it safely.

Don't Wait Until Something Burns

Electrical problems get worse, not better. That little buzz becomes an arc. That warm outlet becomes a fire. That flickering light becomes dead wiring.

And electrical fires don’t give you much warning before they take your whole house.

Call us before your electrical issues become disasters.

We’re the electricians in Rowlett who actually know what we’re doing and show up when we say we will.

Your lights should turn on when you flip the switch and stay on. Your outlets shouldn’t try to kill you. Your panel shouldn’t sound like it’s dying.

Let’s make that happen.
